I was shocked they are not following COVID safety protocols. Only one employee had a mask. The other three did not. No one wore gloves. We asked for the young lady who was responsible enough to wear a mask and she was happy to help us. She told us the company says wearing masks is optional. At a time when everyone, including customers are wearing masks to be safe, it is irresponsible for the company to say that safety of customers is "optional" Shame on them. read more

Really really overpriced ice cream. I got the kids sized scoop which is half an adult scoop (and still big) and it was 4.45. They told me an adult scoop is around 5.25. That's insane. The quality of the ice cream was ok although I could barely taste it over the overwhelming amount of peanut butter in it. I got the peanut butter chocolate flavor and they used bad quality peanut butter and threw a lot of it in there. I would not recommend at all unless you wanna blow over 10 dollars on two small scoops of mediocre ice cream. read more

Great chocolate! Lots of ice cream flavors that you can sample! They also make fresh fudge. They brought a chocolate peanut butter fudge to sample which was really good. I tried two pieces of their dark chocolate bars which I also enjoyed. The line was out the door every night we passed by, but it moved relatively quickly. The samples also helped to pass the time. I would recommend stopping here to try any of their items! read more

The weirdest part about that is because Im actualy allergic to chocolate and nuts but I was just blown away the selection, I mean come on! Look at those pics! The boy behind the counter put one of the ice cream cups on one of the girl's heads', I think she may have even been the manager, she took it off her head and put it back with the other cups...GROSS!!! Kilwin's has so many delicious items, it is hard to choose what to get! And they have wonderful customer service. Their ice cream is creamy and delicious. Their peach ice cream, in particular, is unique and has real peach in it. Their coconut ice cream is also one-of-a-kind with each coconut flake coated in chocolate and put into a rich vanilla base. Their caramel is to die for and I don't even like caramel. It is so buttery and thick. They have caramel dipped apples, and they even have an option where the caramel is coated in mini M&Ms which is so colorful and a great gift. Their fudge and chocolate are also delicious. I love their maple fudge...it is something I never heard of and adore. Their chocolate-covered apricot and chocolate-covered orange peel add a little citrusy lightness to their rich chocolate. Their tuxedo espresso beans (some covered in white chocolate and some covered in dark chocolate) are delicious, as well! Everything here is amazing! read more

The good the bad and the totally laugh out loud and shake your head. First off, the good.. the Ice cream is the Best.. yup.. The bad is it isn't the only ice cream place in town and I'll find the other places. The place is dirty and the Millennials that work here are just down right hysterical. When the bill comes to $17.44 and you tell her you only have $20 and .43 cents. She says.. that's close enough. Then she proceeds to give you .99 cents in change along with $3.00.. you just shake your head and laugh. It's to funny... I just think the lack of leadership in this location is causing the noticeable dirty appearance and lack of cleaning as you go. This is our favorite Kilwin's store. The ice cream here is so much better than the one in South Beach. Even the waffle cones are better. I find them to be crunchier and with more 'cone' flavor. I always get New Orleans Praline Pecan and my SO gets the Chocolate. The chocolate is not really the traditional rich chocolate ice cream. Here it was a little more 'water' based than cream/milk. While not really a problem, this store gets packed. Be prepared to make a queue because it is the most popular ice cream place in town. Kilwin's has to be one of the best places to stop by and enjoy a cone of your favorite ice cream. After our 4th of July dinner at Pazzo! Cucina Italiana, my family and I walked over to Kilwin's for some ice cream for dessert. I ordered the Rum Raisin ice cream. It was thick, creamy, and not too sweet or overly rich. The rum flavor was there, and was accented wonderfully by the bits of real raisins in the ice cream here and there. Such a cute, authentic and delicious chocolate shop! I came with my family to Naples for the day and were craving something sweet. We saw this place that had a European chocolate shop feel to it and decided to check it out. The line was long but totally worth it for their creamy and rich ice creams as well as chocolates. Very good ice cream. Store was cute and inviting. I had a scoop of cookies and cream and the Cherry, both were great. I sampled the s'mores and the Sea salt caramel. The s'mores wasn't bad, a little on the sweeter side and the Sea salt caramel was too salty for my liking. They have a great variety off ice cream, chocolate and fudge. A group of friends and I went into Kilwins to get ice cream after dinner. 3/4 employees were not wearing a mask. In the middle of a pandemic. When we asked why, a male employee answered that it wasn't required in the state of Florida. He was very rude about it and we walked out. Instead we headed over to Reginas and got much better ice cream while they also followed all Covid-19 guidelines to promote customer safety. Absolutely appalled by the ignorance displayed by the management at this location. Walked in and the workers were not wearing either masks nor gloves. Upon further investigation, turns out it's due to the lack of their location's policies. I don't care if their owners believe that masks are a hoax or whatever their stance is, the guidance by the CDC and Florida health department is that workers should wear masks and have a plan to reduce or eliminate exposure. It's clear that the management ignores this guidance and has a blatant disregard to the health and safety of their customers.
