I'm so sad! This place used to be so good. I would get strawberries and cream ice cream and they would mix it with REAL strawberries. Just went in and they told me they couldn't do it. I said I'll buy a strawberries and cream drink (which is real strawberries) and you can just add me a scoop of ice cream. Nope wouldn't do it. Like what??? Some kid just rolled his eyes at me when I said really, but I'll pay for it?!? I am leaving dumbfounded because you lost a 15 year customer but you also turned down money. This place is really good. They have a variety of Mexican ice-creams and ive heard the ice-cream is made in the store. Get ready to enjoy because you will get big scoops even on small cup. They have small cup sizes until large. They have different flavors of ice-cream oreo, cookies and cream, coconut ,chocolate strawberries and cheese and others. The ice-cream flavors change most of the time but they are so good . The staff is also attentive thats they main thing , why go somewhere if the staff is rude. This location is in a strip mall. It looks very appealing from the outside. Once inside it is nicely decorated, feels like an ice cream shop. The reason for the lower rating compared to others is because both my wife and I felt the flavor additives tasted fake! We come from an area in PA that has some very good real homemade ice cream with real all natural additives to enhance the flavor or create different flavors. My wife had Chocolate Coconut and Butter Pecan. The chocolate didn't taste like chocolate and didn't melt in your mouth or dissolve. The Butter Pecan didn't have any Pecans and didn't have the buttery taste you would expect. I had the Coconut and the Pina Colada. The Coconut was the best of the 4 flavors and had coconut in it. The Pina Colada tasted really fake. The ice cream seemed to lack milk fat and wasn't as creamy as one would expect from homemade. If it wasn't this expensive, we probably would have thrown them away ($14.98 for 2 double scoop cups). I think next time we will just go to Culver's! read more

I ordered a cup of esquites after (a second and separate order) with no spicy powder and she put the spicy powder in the middle then ignored me blatantly when I said thank you three times. We stopped by this place because of the reviews but honestly a majority of the reviews must be solicited. The placed smelled badly of dirty mop water when we entered. The service was beyond poor. It was as though the lady went out of her way to be ugly and rude. The outside tables were so dirty and hadn't been cleaned, it looked like in days.
