Bonta Bakery offers a wide variety of bakery specialties, pizza, ice cream and many other items. I had a delicious slice of arugula and prosciutto pizza. The staff are very friendly and the check out process was efficient. The prices were very reasonable. A slice of pizza was so large that my sister and I shared this. A wonderful lunch.

Everything looked delicious, but I think they look better than they taste. We decided to get a Nutella bombalone and a roll with whipped cream. The Nutella on the bombalone was only a dollop on top and was not also on the inside. The bombalone itself was not as soft as expected and the sugar on the outside did not enhance the flavor. I would have preferred powdered sugar on the outside instead. While it was nice to look at, it didn't deliver on taste as I would have liked. The roll was super soft and the whipped cream was delicious. Surprisingly this was my favorite of the two. It was good, however not exceptional. As much as you pay for each item, which I was happy to pay, I expected to enjoy the pastries more. While the pastries were okay, I would not frequent again because I didn't like either enough to want to eat it again.

As you stroll along 5th Avenue in downtown Naples you will find yourself in a fun and one of a kind area. Then you must look for a tasty treat. One of the best spots on the Avenue is Bonita Bakery. This charming and delicious bakery has sandwiches and desserts of all kinds including gelato! I tried their hazelnut gelato and forgot to take a pic! It was amazing! It was creamy, smooth, and you could taste hazelnut in every bite. Check out my other pics of their pastry options which I had to resist. The staff was friendly and ready to serve up all your desires of food! Enjoy!

Self served cafe, you order at the counter and then take your food to the table outside. My husband loved cappuccino and croissant with pistachios custard. I had sadwich with chicken cutlet, which was ok. Dubai chocolate dessert with strawberries was too sweet. The prices are not shown, only for some drinks and pizza. So $58 for 2 sandwiches, 2 desserts and 2 hot beverages of average quality is too much. It is not 5 star food or experience and for what they serve the price is too high. I wouldn't eat there again.

Bontà Bakery is a must-visit if you're on 5th Ave in Naples. The food and coffee are as authentic as what you'd find in Italy. Staff is nice & all together this place is a cute little to-go spot. Their focaccia is always fresh, and you can customize your sandwich however you like--I highly recommend adding a balsamic glaze on top. The gluten-free coconut cookies were a surprisingly delicious treat. I always order a hot vanilla latte, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I haven't tried the desserts yet, but they look tempting--that's on my list for next time!

Outdoor seating in a covered breezeway with very comfortable seats.

Unreal pistachio croissants--flaky, buttery, and overflowing with rich pistachio cream (literally dripping with filling!). Paired with a smooth, velvety cappuccino, this is hands‑down one of the most delicious bakery experiences in Naples. A must‑visit spot for pastry lovers!

Just wow. I was looking for a quick breakfast for my family and this did the trick. Everything was absolutely stunning and tasted just as delicious. If you haven't gone yet, you must try.

Place is cute inside, convenient to just order and eat pretty fast. Staff was okay as well. I don't like their "menu" not very explanatory, the focaccia sandwiches don't have any descriptions to tell you what's in each one. Neither does the pizza or desserts. I got the eggplant pizza and it was okay, they were very skimpy on the mozzarella, I tried to stay away from the meat stuffed sandwiches because I found it a bit weird for the protein to just be sitting out all day in the heat...not very sanitary. Also got a iced coffee and was charged for adding flavoring to it and they didn't even add it the girl got distracted making my coffee with a phone call she took on her cell and kind of zoned out, another employee had to go get the coffee from her and bring it to me. Not sure id come again. $50 for mid food and mid service as well.

I got the ham and cheese pizza for $10.50. They warmed it up but barely so I would ask to get it warmed up even more next time. It wasn't bad and the dough was soft, but not a must get either. The ham was thin and soft though.

Impromptu foodie tour. Bonta Bakery for the win!!

Is it safe to have the meat, cheese and eggs just sitting out unrefrigerated? Everything looks delicious but I'm afraid to eat it.

Sitting out unrefrigerated as a sample is fine, but I would prefer (demand) that they make it fresh upon my ordering.

From the moment we sat down, the energy and ambiance set the tone -- lively, authentic, and exactly what you hope for in a great Italian spot. The food was exceptional across the board. The chicken parm was perfectly prepared, the carbonara rich and authentic, and the chicken piccata balanced beautifully with bright, fresh flavors. Every dish felt like it was made with real care and tradition. Dessert took it to another level -- the gelato was fantastic, but the real highlight was the tableside homemade tiramisu, which was both impressive and absolutely delicious. A perfect ending... until the espresso martinis arrived. Smooth, well-crafted, and honestly some of the best we've had. What truly made the night unforgettable was the service. Leonardo -- straight from Amalfi, Italy -- delivered one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, he elevated the entire evening. We had a great table and our server came with our menu and the wine list as well as some crusty bread. There are numerous salads, appetizers, entrees, and even pizza on the menu. I started with a Caesar salad, which I thought was super pricey, but was very good. I was able to enjoy it before I ordered my entree. I chose the gnocchi and a glass of wine. The gnocchi came out in minutes and was some of the lightest, fluffiest gnocchi I have had since New York City ages ago. Good choice. The server wasn't rushing us, but let us enjoy our meal at our pace, which was refreshing. Overall, nice experience.

First, was an attractive plate of lightly breaded hot and tender Calamari with a lemon parsley aioli. A top 10 presentation of this popular dish. The pan fried snapper sandwich was fresh and crisp with a vegetable giarderian topping. It's the little things that Campiellos does so well. Each sandwich came with marinated pickles and carrots along with hot feather-light potato chips with garlic and wonderful crispy parsley. The chips alone are worth the trip. Our second sandwich was the lobster salad which is described as spicy fra diavolo, but was more a lemon and chive taste. Delicious tender lobster and those sautéed chips with parsley are off the hook. We usually have the pasta for lunch and it is excellent. It's nice to see what a great job they do with sandwiches.

I would give that service 6 stars if I could! The drinks and the food were top notch. We had the Columba and Negroni and both were perfect. We shared bruschetta and burrata appetizers- fresh and flavorful. We ordered seared ahi tuna salad, margarita pizza and snapper as our main dishes and everyone was very impressed with their dishes. Thank you so much to the entire Campiello team for making my birthday extra special and that complimentary desert was a sweet touch. We will definitely be back because I'm determined to get a table on that patio next time.

I…read moreshould've been leery to begin with, as we were able to get a table for six with less than 24 hours notice, at 6 PM. This does not happen during spring break in Naples at a good restaurant. Let's start with the atmosphere: this is not a fine dining establishment, especially when you compare it to everything else you get to experience on 5th. Some of the most upscale and beautifully adorned restaurants and businesses call this street home, but we chose Pescheria for a moderately priced meal, which is not what we ended up having. It's not a terrible atmosphere, but it's certainly casual. My whole group was very disappointed to learn that this restaurant only serves beer and wine, which further entrenched our belief that we were at a casual, affordable establishment; frankly this should've been the red flag to go elsewhere, but it's pretty slim-pickins around the dinner hour last minute in Naples, so we stuck it out based on the great reviews. The bread service is good, but don't bother asking for butter, they said they have some but never brought it to the table. They do have a great wine list, especially if you like Italian reds; definitely the best part of the experience. Our group ordered two of the Dover Sole special, a pasta dish, and a grilled branzino. I'm partial to both of the fish; some of the branzinos and soles I've had have been memorable and delicious, so I do tend to seek them out. If you also love branzino, you probably know that $50 is on the high end of what you would generally pay, and Dover sole might get you up to 60. If you eat in restaurants, you also know that it's common practice for servers to tell you the prices before you order, so you don't have to embarrass yourself by asking for the price of a dish you want and then denying yourself because of the price. Here, they don't tell you the price, and if you're an idiot like me you'll just go ahead and order it assuming it's reasonable like the rest of the menu. My branzino was $70, and the Dover sole was $75, and frankly I wouldn't have ordered them at all, let alone paid a fortune for them after I tasted each of these dishes. Branzino was cooked nicely and deboned well at the table, but that's pretty much it. The fish had zero flavor whatsoever. The Dover sole had flavor, but it wasn't a good flavor. It was fishy. And when we told the staff that the fish was fishy-tasting, they argued with us incessantly even though we told them we're not asking for a discount, we are simply letting them know so they pay attention for the next diners, but that wasn't good enough for them. They continued to argue with us before we finally told them to walk away and leave us alone. So in hindsight, there isn't a thing that would bring me back, not the atmosphere, frankly not even the wine list (it's Naples, throw a rock in any direction and you'll break a great bottle of wine); not the service, not the price, not the cocktails, not the food. And if none of those check the boxes, somebody please tell me what the appeal is, because I'm not seeing it. Don't worry though, if you don't like your meal you'll be gaslit into thinking it's fabulous because the server can show you pictures of himself fishing (I'm not making this up).
