Jerimiah" Italian Ice is always the perfect choice. This was the first time at this location. This is not actual store but a walk up and order. There are tables outside to sit and enjoy the ices. The best Gelati! You have to try the orange ice with vanilla ice cream it is just like creamsicle. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. The location is in a shopping center and there is ample parking. read more

Today was the first time I've been to a Jeremiah's and the staff was not friendly. This is also the first time I did not tip. The girl taking my order had such a scowl on her face when I walked up to place my order, I had to ask if they closed at 9 because I thought maybe she was mad we came last minute. It turns out she told me they closed at 10. My husband goes up to ask for a sample and he hadn't seen her face yet, he asked her if everything was ok because she seemed off. She was such a crabby Patty, we almost left. The young man giving the samples was polite and quiet. I don't know if they got into a fight or what we walked into but it was terrible customer service. The girl had such a bad vibe. We ended up buying a gelati anyway but it was probably the worst one I've had. The coconut and pina colada flavor Italian ice was hard and crunchy, the strawberry lemonade was watery. The flavors all being very bland. I'm not sure what went wrong today but scooping Italian ice and ringing an order up isn't rocket science. There's someone out there that would love to have a low stress job and interact with the public. I think hiring young people with poor customer communication will kill your business. I would not return to this location. Teach your employees the art of smiling. read more

The workers are always happy to give you a sample. I love the Oreo ice and so does my husband. It's the only one we get, sorry. I can't say anything else about the other flavors. This place is always full of kids and parents. They have an outside area for the kids to play. Definitely family friendly. read more

The place was huge. The ice was delicious but it needed a little wiping down but you can't blame the one single high school/college kid working. Went in at 3 & it got pretty busy with bunch elementary kids and their parents with one girl in there by herself. Company should be ashamed. Work two kids at a time specially at that hour. read more

I've never seen Italian ices mixed with soft serve before! Really hits the spot on a hot Florida day. The Strawberry Shortcake with strawberry Italian ice and vanilla soft serve was INSANE. Loved it. They make your order super quick and help with lots of questions when ordering! The outdoor area has little games and is very aesthetic. Definitely my new summer staple. read more

MY FAVORITE PLACE FOR DESSERT!! So happy that there is a Jeremiah's in Naples! I have only had Jeremiah's in Orlando and Coral Springs so this is the best addition that Naples could have gotten! If you download their app you can get a free small Italian ice, gelati, or soft ice cream. You can also earn rewards on the app so if you are an avid go or like I am you can get more gelati's. This is a great place for a casual dessert with friends or family or if you just want to go by yourself. They have an inside area to order and then sit down or you can go up to the window outside and order from there as well if you are worried about having to walk inside or just as a convenience. As far as the sizes I can finish a small but a medium would be too much for me to eat by myself you could also probably split a medium with someone else if you're looking to split one. The small can have up to three different Italian ice flavors the medium can have up to four different Italian ice flavors and I think the large you can have up to five different Italian ice flavors (I think 4-5 for the large,I am not sure). Some of my favorites are the scoop froggy frog gelati which is a mint chocolate chip Italian ice with chocolate and vanilla swirl ice cream, cookie butter and cookies and cream Italian ice with vanilla soft serve ice cream, orange Italian ice with vanilla soft serve ice cream. The staff and manager are super friendly and very efficient. The overall inside and outside area are kept a very clean and the business appears to be very well run. I have been here twice already with friends and family since finding out it's been opened and will definitely be back in the next couple weeks! read more

It's an experience! I tried their "gelati" and it's delicious. The creamy texture is something else. I got the small cup and it looked a medium. It was a fun visit. I can see why this ice cream shop is popular among Floridians. read more

5 stars all the way around! 1. The staff was super sweet and greeted us upon arrival. They told us about the menu and asked us if we wanted samples. 2. The franchise owner is such a hard worker. I saw him on TikTok which is how I knew about this place and decided to check it out. I also saw him taking out the trash and picking up around the place. Such respect for an owner like that who is involved in his business. 3. The place was super clean. They were making everyone wear masks and even provided them for everyone. They have options to order inside or outside and to sit inside or outside to practice social distancing! 4. Of course the food is what you all want to hear about.....it was SO good and refreshing! It's the perfect treat on a hot Florida day. I haven't been able to find good soft serve ice cream so this is definitely the best option out there. I like minutes from this location and I will definitely be back to try more flavors! read more

Just opened. If you love soft serve ice cream and or shave ice then this is the place. The shave ice is not the crunchy ice cube snow cone material. It is velvety and full of flavor. We get the blend of gelato and ice. I love the chocolate and coconut and my wife loves the mango vanilla. The orange crush is killer too. The owners and managers are great people and are on top of the new responsibilities. Kid friendly. Lots of samples. Just ask. Download the app for a freebie. read more

Delightful & Unique! I got the "mint froggy frog" - their version of mint chocolate chip. LOVED it! It's lighter than regular ice cream (my favorite flavor). Also if you want you can combine with their soft serve (chocolate or vanilla). Chocolate is my preference. It's a bustling place - you're lucky if it's not packed or can even sit down. The staff is super nice & friendly. You can also try some of the unique flavor combinations. read more

Based on coming here 4x's the customer service here is not as good as the new location on Radio Rd. The girls have chronically bad vibes and the nice ones don't stick around very long. It's like the staff don't get along with each other. I feel like I'm walking in on someone in the middle of a argument. Burnt out energy, no fun. The icecream is fine, but the presentation is terrible. read more

The ice cream here is worth it!! They have outdoor ordering and indoor (in case you are uncomfortable going indoors to order). 4 workers taking orders wearing gloves and masks. Highly recommend! read more

Everyone including my dad enjoyed our soft serve and Italian ice treat tonight. My dad and I went with a classic orange ice with vanilla soft serve. The kids went with cookies and cream. Not my favorite but I don't like cookies and cream. Not for me. The place is super clean and the outside seating is really great. The outside seating is fenced in and has corn hole and a giant connect 4 game. You can't beat a sweet treat with friendly, helpful staff. We'll be going again. Probably watermelon and vanilla soft serve next time for me. This place is right on Immokalee east of 75. In the target plaza. Enjoy!! read more

I'm so happy that Jeremiah's is in SWFL. I used to go to Jeremiah's as a kid in Orlando. It's the best Italian ice you'll ever have. My favorite is the p-nutty, salted caramel and coconut. The only thing they are missing is a drive thru. I think a drive thru would do wonders for this location. read more

Amazing shaved ice! I prefer Jeremiah's texture over Rita's. It's less granular and a lot smoother. Download the app for coupons! The only thing is that every time I've gone in (5-6 times now), I haven't had the friendliest of service. It's fast, but any questions I've had have been reluctantly answered. I've forgotten to scan my app each time for points, as no one has ever asked if I have it. I usually buy 2-3 large to-go containers at a time, so the points would have been nice and I would return more often. Today I went in and really felt as if I as bothering the employee that was behind the register. I will keep going in for now, because I like supporting locally owned businesses.‍ read more

Staff was very friendly when we came in. The gelati was delicious and the suggested combinations were fun and yummy!

Good Ice Cream! I got the Mango Gelati! The only thing that made me grossly uncomfortable was seeing one of the girls scrub the floor with the brush and then next, proceed to cleaning the top of the tables outside. Just my opinion it's so unsanitary for one to place your food to eat of that same table! Management should better their cleaning systems that's my only complain! Other then that I would only get to go read more

Can't say enough good things about this place! A young girl Trinity there was so helpful when it came to me ordering bc I am so indecisive. We had a conversation while I was waiting for my order. Super sweet and she will 100% be the reason I come back. Because of her I came back the next day and the owner was very attentive and made sure the customers were completely satisfied. She kept walking around and making sure everything was running smoothly. This will be my new go to spot for dessert. The deserts are cheap and the small fills you up! Very excited to keep supporting this business. Thank you trinity for making my first experience the best!! read more

We were just there! Fantastic ices, great choices and you can sample all the flavors. I had chocolate and orange ices. The chocolate had chocolate chips! Having ices my whole life in NYC these are even better. Run don't walk to get your fix! They also have ice cream which is also good. You can make any combination of ices and ice cream or whatever. I can't show any pictures of ices because it was 95 and we ate outside so heat melting was a problem. Sorry but I had to gobble them down read more

Love Jeremiahs Italian ices. They have so many flavors. They also mix the ice with ice cream

Fantastic. The gelati was way better than we expected. The specials were great (lemon and pumpkin pie); we came every day on our vacation while in Naples. My wife is obsessed. We'll be back for sure next time we're in Naples. Hope we get one up in New England one day. read more

Went there to give a try. Signs asked patrons to wear masks if they come inside which is ok given Covid. However staff had their masks pulled down below chin and were talking while leaning over the ice scream. Mentioned they should be wearing their masks and got a response that they were not required to in Collier County. The irony of asking their customers to keep them safe by wearing a mask but not wearing a mask to keep their customers safe is too much. Won't be back until they either figure out how to manage the place or retrain employees. read more

Holy cow, so good!!! My husband heard that this place just opened and wanted to try it out. I was pretty skeptical since it looked like Rita's and I wasn't so thrilled with what I had there. I had the pina colada gelati and my husband had the soft serve swirl. We were really surprised by how good it was. I would've posted pictures but I was too busy trying to finish my dessert before it melted since we ate outside. Highly recommended! read more
