The shop is located inside Tin City. One of the entrances of the shopping center gets you right next to the shop. It's in a corner. It has a sign outside that entrance. It's an ice cream parlor that also serves food. The ice cream is homemade. It is owned by a Naples local with strong roots in Tim City. The atmosphere here is nice and is a nice place to sit and relax. The colors from the ice cream showcase are bright and inviting. The flavors posted sound delicious. I got a salted caramel. It had something crunchy inside. It was a good ice cream. It was nice and creamy. I liked it. I feel I got my money's worth in the product. I got two big scoops. I was happy. The staff was very nice. Being a native Neapolitan, the shops at Tin City has always been part of my life. Thus, M & M's Cafe has always been part of my memories going way back to my youth running around Tin City's shops and cooling off with their signature homemade ice cream. Every time I come back, I always get a smile on my face because it brings me right back to the '70s and '80s when Naples was still a relatively unknown town and having a local ice cream place like this was so much fun to visit. The traditions have stood firm here from the super friendly employees who politely offer free samples and discount cards, to the fastidiously clean facility and delicious menu. Everything from sandwiches to burgers and dogs, and at least 20 flavors of ice cream to please any palette. They still have Superman/Wonder Woman flavor that I remember as a kid! It's a creamy vanilla ice cream with lots of colors of the superheroes mixed within, but it's still amazing!! Make sure you bring the kids, get them a cool treat and don't forget to bring your locals discount card for 10% off every time for unlimited uses! This place has the best icecream! It is located inside of Tin City in the first building. When we walked in, a young gentleman asked us if we wanted to try some free samples. I figured we might as wel try it. They let us try as many samples as we wanted, abd I finally decided to have the coffee one and heath bar one. I asked for them to give me a cone and a cup just in case. My husband decided to get chocolate turtle and cookie dough. The icecream was amazing, especially because it was super hot outside. They also offered some food and drinks. They had these super cool tables where you could sit down and eat. The place was super clean and well managed. Staying in the marina in Naples M&'M was an easy walk from where I was staying. We had ice cream which was DELICIOUS. I tried their dairy free, nut free vegan chocolate and it was rich and creamy. Small restaurant inside Tin City. A friend recommended their gyro and I decided it to give it a try! We got a lamb gyro, a cheeseburger and two sides of steak fries. The lamb gyro was delicious!! Hubby also said the cheeseburger was pretty good and the kids were too busy eating a little bit of everything to say anything! We also got some ice cream. Let me warn you that M&M's Cafe single ice cream scoop is not the regular single scoop you are probably used to. It's actually two big scoops! We got two one single scoops ice cream and that was plenty to feed our family. I got the strawberry cheesecake and my husband got the chocolate chip mint cookie ice cream, the ladder was good but we both agreed that the strawberry cheesecake was the best strawberry flavored ice cream we have ever had. They have 2 teenagers that have no idea what customer service means. They offer combos on their menu, but don't know how to ring it up. I made a joke saying well it's free if no one knows how to ring it up & all I got was a dirty look. The blonde girl wasn't rude, she was trying to be helpful, but the brunette should not be working with the public. After confirming that we wanted a large combo which the menu says includes fries & a drink, we get our order with no drink. When we ask for it I have to argue with this sarcastic kid that first tried to say it was cheaper without the combo & I was like yeah cheaper than $5.45 (what it says on the huge menu next to where you order). Then she asked how can I make this right? I said you can give me the drink I thought I ordered. She then proceeded to charge me for it & put it on the other counter & said you can get it there. RUDE is an understatement. The food was decent, but $35 for a burger, a wrap, 2 drinks & making me upset for a damn drink from punks that don't care to do a good job is definitely not worth it. I was raised there, so I'm spoiled with homemade rum raisin ice cream. This one is the closest to what I'm accustomed to. While the ice cream was delicious and the free samples were fun the price was ludicrous and portions were pitiful. We ordered a small and they gave us a toddler size scoop and charged us almost $7!! We stopped at M&M in Tin City to get food quickly before a boat tour. The staff told us what food they could make in time for the boat, so we ordered and paid for our food. However, the staff never told the cook that we needed the food quickly and by the time we absolutely had to leave, the cook hadn't even started to make our sandwich. We asked for a refund but were told they only give returns by check which they would mail to us and wouldn't give us back cash. We left for our boat tour since we ran out of time. We came back afterward to speak with the owner to again request a refund and he responded with insults, curses and physical threats when we asked for cash back since we had already paid - why should we have to wait for a check in the mail when we paid in advance for our food and received nothing? I live in Manhattan, New York in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the country and am used to expensive prices...this is at a new level We later discovered a Kilwins less than a 5 minute drive away. Kilwins ice cream is tastier, less expensive and has larger servings. It's worth the short drive or walk. In addition, the atmosphere is far nicer. Tin City is a tourist trap.
