We decided to go with the shrimp cocktail and mahi tacos on corn tortillas. There are also plenty of gluten free options which is nice. Lots of restaurants only have flour tortillas so it was nice having options. We split both items as we were looking for a little afternoon snack. I also had an Arnold Palmer surfside. Very interesting and diverse menu selections. It spans the entire food spectrum of Southwest Florida. Grouper, Oysters, Lobster Rolls, Italian Beef, Smash Burgers, crab louie. I was going to order the calamari and 6 oysters. Putting north of $30 for supper. One of the people in the party ordered a smash burger, and I thought, what the heck, I'll order that. Pretty good burger. For those who like to drink under a thatched roof outside, there is a tikki hut. The establishment's motif is all over the map. We went to this restaurant/bar on a late Sunday night. The service was great! The place was packed and everyone seemed very happy. We ordered takeout and our food arrived quickly and efficiently. I ordered the Mahi sandwich which was delicious! The bun was soft and the fish was very fresh and very tasty! The tator tots were crispy and soft inside! Overall everything was delicious! We ate at the oasis today so we could watch a lot of sports. My husband had the nachos which he thought were delicious and we shared some cheese curds. I had the three tiny burgers which were OK. The only thing that bothered me was watching the blonde haired waitress who had just come into work, not wash your hands and make a pitcher of lemonade, taking all of the lemons out of the fruit tray from the bar and crushing them then in her unclean hands, adding her simple syrup and water and then she proceeded to touch her rear end, her mouth, her hair, the counter. I just didn't really like to see somebody without a glove on do this. Thank God I didn't have Lemonade. However, the guy who does bring the fruit out to replenish did wear gloves so I was happy to see that but that girl needs to learn that you need to wear gloves and make sure you wash your hands before handling food. Where do I begin, Nasty nasty establishment In the the ice they put in customers drink there was dead roaches and bc we were closing and everybody wanted to leave I was told (ex employee) not to say anything about it and It was left, the place is infested with roaches. The security guy "Mr.Newyork" has sexually assaulted a man and still holds a job there , the bartender manny would rather talk to every single girl there then do his job , it's so bad to the point that if a girl he likes talks to another male employee he will sabotage your job and get you fired. The cutting boards are color coated meaning green for fruit , red for red meat , white for white meat etc etc well guess what they use whatever they want and serve contaminated food, the ice buckets for refilling the ice served to customers is never cleaned and holds a special spot on the floor I mean there's just so many health code violations this place should be shut down and receive new management asap , the soda guns holders have mold and haven't been cleaned in what looks to be ever , I mean once I left this establish I never came back it's not maintained at all and it's poorly ran and have so many health code violations read more

Haven't been in quite sometime. Place was packed and parking was difficult to find though upon entering they had several large groups including ours. Place was lively with loud live music but they manage despite the crowds to keep the drinks flowing. It was nice to catch up with so many friends I had not seen in a while though noise made it difficult at times to hear. Loved the Hamburger sliders though they could have used a little less seeds. No I can't remember the bartender and servers names, but they did an amazing job all night. The food is some of the best seafood I've had in the state. We were so shocked how beautiful all the decorations were! Wow they put so much into decorating for Christmas it was awesome. I went regularly to the Oasis for a year to watch the Line Dancing on Wednesdays with Angie's Boot Scoot. It made for some good entertainment during Happy Hour!
