One of the most amazing places I've been to! Monika made the most delicious drinks and Greg is one of the best chefs I've ever met! I can't wait to return!

Huckleberry catch - Redfish. Cooked perfectly, cauliflower patty and tons of mushrooms. Sauce makes the dish perfect. $43. Large portion

Wow.wow.wow! 2 of us arrived around 6:15 on a Friday night and although we had reservations there were a couple of seats at the bar so we ate there. SERVICE: Phenomenal. Monika is top notch. She handled the bar for the entire restaurant and still managed to make us feel like we were the only ones there. She has that rare combination of excellent customer service, wonderful personality, full knowledge of the menu and peripheral vision. Lots of little touches like ensuring she asked about each of the patrons, refolded napkins if a patron temporarily vacated their seat and even wiping my doggie box before she handed it back to me so I would not get sticky. FOOD: Fantastic. The Bacon wrapped date appetizer is a MUST! Sweet, salty, savory shareable goodness. The 1/2 rack of pork ribs were cooked perfectly, quality meat, excellent flavor. The Huckleberry catch (redfish that evening) is a generous portion, blackened, over a cauliflower type patty and tons of shiitake mushrooms. The huckleberry sauce makes the dish. The flavor combination is an edible work of art. BAR: As seen in other reviews, Monika knows her stuff! The cocktails are not only good size but are beautifully presented. A belvedere martini is $15.50. Rayburn chard is $12, average pour. Throughout our meal, there were usually 2-4 seats available. ATMOSPHERE: This seems to be a place where locals come and others learn by word of mouth. The clientele create a warm neighborhood vibe and the staff contribute to the friendly feel. It is well designed inside, a fun decor with class. I'd recommend reservations as although I did see a couple tables open from time to time, mostly it they were full.

A+. Magnifique. Wunderbar. I'd give it triple 5's if I could. Friendly from the 2nd you walk in the door. Accommodating. Knowledgeable. A great staff defines your experience. I was out of vacation time and not even hungry but had to try out their beckoning menu. Went for the $28 duck appetizer. It blew me away, in taste, texture, balance, proper cook and blend of ingredients. Sadly it was so filling as a meal I could not order the dessert I'd wanted. I will be back. Preferably soon. Definitely worth your tastebuds & pocketbook. (FUSE BBQ closed and blended with FUSE Global, a good thing but makes that menu doubly hard to make selections!)

    Chocolate Martini (for dessert!)

My absolute FAVORITE restaurant in Naples! I first ate here in 2015, I found it on Yelp and it was close to my hotel. I travel to Naples for work and in 8 years I've never had a bad meal. Their Cuban salad is pleasantly different, it's a must try. They started doing BBQ a few years ago and they have the BEST brisket; it is so flavorful and melts in your mouth! Everything on their menu is delicious. The Bar, however is my favorite place to sit and dine. Monika is so friendly and a master mixologist. I just had her Chocolate Martini...so delightful and perfect for dessert!

Nothing is bad here, some things are just better than others. So much thought goes into everything that leaves the kitchen. The waitresses here are wonderful. Worth the price! Walnut Old Fashioned : 10/10 really good bartender who can pull off unconventional drinks well Dates(small plate): 9.5/10 bacon was a bit too fatty but this is delicious. Even my date (who doesn't like dates) enjoyed this. You get 3 servings of dates. Scallops & Pork Belly: 10/10 WOW! What an amazing dish! I never got bored eating this, it's so creative and unique. Served with black beans, feta cheese, plantains and guacamole. Each ingredient individually is made perfectly and together it's a wonderland of food. Pork Chop: 8/10 my date was not a fan of how the sweet potatoes interacted with the fruity sweetness of the pork chop. Aside from opinions of taste, it was cooked beautifully! Chocolate Ganache: 6/10 I can see how some people might be a fan of this but we were not. It's kind of hard to eat and it really pales in comparison to the other dessert we ordered. The presentation is cute but it's not easy to access. This would be better if: -the chocolate part wasn't so dry -no sliced almonds, it's bad texturally and adds nothing taste wise (maybe add almond extract to the whipped cream if this must include almonds) -make the cherry part less watery and was more sweet Bullet Bourbon Cake: 10/10 served at the perfect temperature, buttery warm ingredients, a bit heavy on the raisins but oh so decadent and delicious! Guaranteed winner

Fuse is locally owned and operated by the most amazing people with a spectacular staff! Incredible food and drinks with a cozy and welcoming vibe. Monika is a master and creating interesting and delicious cocktails and the chef is a culinary master! From start to finish every sip and every bite is thoughtfully crafted and executed with great care. That's why they were voted: Best Barbecue in Collier Best Kept Secret in Collier Best Dessert in Collier Best Martini in Collier Best Cocktail in Collier Best Bloody Mary in Collier Best Salad in Collier Do yourself a favor and go! You can thank me later! Cheers!

Red Bottom. Nice gin drink with strawberry pearls. Yum!

Why have I given other restaurants 5 stars, when THIS restaurant is the actual definition of a 5-star review? When in Naples, you must eat here!!!! The value for your money is unheralded. Preamble: My girlfriend (a power-Yelper) called a day ahead and made reservations for three. She commented several times on her very pleasant experience with the woman on the phone. First Impressions: The restaurant is located in a nicely appointed strip mall. As soon as we walked in, Monica greeted us with a big smile and showed us to our table. The restaurant is a comfortable size and is tastefully decorated. We were there at 6:30 and had our choice of tables (not too crowded yet). We sat in a cozy niche by the front window. Appetizer & Drinks: While they have an extensive wine and beer list (including craft beers), we chose the mixed drinks. He ordered a Manhattan, which comes with a filthy black cherry and we girls ordered the Red Bottom, a very tasty gin drink with little strawberry "pearls" at the bottom. Yum. We were served very hot bread with an aromatic garlic and butter spread. Double Yum! While my friends are carnivores, I'm a pescatarian, so we ordered the Seafood Dip, which is a delicious blend of tuna, cobia, and scallops served with sliced baguette toast. What a nice combination of flavors! Dinner: He ordered the pan-seared scallops with mojo pork belly. I tasted the tomato-avocado-corn relish and the goat cheese plantains from his meal. Both were very good. She ordered the soft shell crab étouffée. She was warned that the heat would build as she ate it, and it did, but it didn't stop her from enjoying it immensely. I tasted the fried crab and it almost melted in my mouth. I ordered the pan-seared cobia. While the other two dishes were wonderful, mine was outstanding!! It was served on a bed of sautéed wild mushrooms with a wild huckleberry sauce and truffle drizzle, and topped with caramelized mascarpone. Truly one of the most delicious meals of my life! I told Nia that I'd like to marry the chef and she said his fiancé Monica may have an issue with that! So would my hubby, but (food) love conquers all! ;-) Dessert: Each of us ordered a different dessert. He ordered the avocado cheesecake with burnt chili caramel, she ordered the chocolate bacon brownie with sea salt caramel and vanilla ice cream, and I ordered the guava bread pudding with rum-butter glaze. All three were excellent, but once again, mine was the best. The chili caramel made the cheesecake and the brownie was good. Service: Monica and Nia were both outstanding. Nia knocked it out of the park with her descriptions of the menu. Always a smile on her face and a great sense of humor. Both ladies were the icing on the cake! We were escorted to the kitchen to meet Chef and thank him and his staff personally for our fantastic meal. Fuse Global Cuisine will be seeing me again as soon as possible!!

Soft shell crab étouffée - I can't even tell you how amazing this was!
    Karen F.

Wow! How is there not a line out the door of this place every night? I'm pretty sure there are not enough superlatives in the world to describe our amazing experience here. First, service was beyond excellent. Our waitress, Nia, knew the menu inside and out, and provided detailed explanations about food preparation and ingredients. Second, the food itself was five+ stars. We started with the fish spread made from a variety of smoked fish, served warm, with crunchy crostini. Delicious. For my meal I had soft shell crab étouffée. A lightly battered whole soft shell crab was nestled gently in the pool of étouffée. The crab was perfectly cooked - crunchy exterior, moist and sweet interior. The étouffée was medium spicy and very flavorful, with a good amount of sausage and a huge scoop of black rice. My table ordered one of each of the three desserts, and each one was spectacular in its own way. Bread pudding with guava was perfect. Avocado cheesecake was such an interesting combo of flavors, and the burnt chili caramel drizzle was perfect for it. Lastly, the bacon covered brownie with sea salt caramel was outstanding. While this was easily our most expensive meal in Naples (entrees are between $30-$50), I can 100% say it was worth it. I will be reminiscing about this meal for months, and dreaming of my next visit back.

Finally, my 30 plus member cigar club, from the Venice FL area decided to make a road trip to Naples, specifically to visit The Burn. Twelve of us made a caravan and left Venice, driving to Naples. We arrived and had no trouble finding nearby parking for all of our vehicles. After parking we entered the lounge finding it to be quite large, with a nice bar, humidor and an outside patio too. We entered the humidor and found a staffer who offered suggestions, cut our cigars and even offered to light them for us. We paid him right there and stuffed his tip jar - that was awesome service. We then gathered in the main room of the lounge and began our cigar tasting while enjoying a few Old Fashion whiskey drinks. Then six of us wandered out to the patio and grabbed a nice large table. The bartenders were fast and service was okay. The servers were awesome, prompt and very attentive to our tables - efficient is a great description. We stayed until about 6 PM and then headed home. It was a very enjoyable adventure. I understand Rocky actually has a birthday there on March 10, 2026. Hopefully I can attend.

A Hidden Gem in Downtown Naples -- Don't Sleep on This Place!…read more I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was buzzing -- the outside patio was at full capacity. I asked for a seat at the bar, and even though space is very limited, the staff went above and beyond to find me one. That kind of effort on a packed afternoon says a lot about this team. The bartender was phenomenal -- attentive, warm, and somehow managed to make every single person at that busy bar feel like they were the only guest in the restaurant. The whole staff carried that same energy. They were also wonderfully descriptive about the daily specials and menu offerings, which made ordering a pleasure rather than a guessing game. I decided to try the crab cake, and I'm so glad I did. I grew up on the East Coast eating crab, and I've had my fair share -- I've long held that Phillips in Maryland made the gold standard. I am happy to report that Captain & Crew has dethroned them in my book. This crab cake was pure lump crab meat, not overpowered by fillers or seasoning. You could actually taste the crab. The accompaniments they served alongside it elevated the whole dish even further. Thoroughly impressed. The wine pairings were equally well-curated. I took the staff's recommendations and they absolutely nailed it. A heads-up for first-timers: parking is the one small challenge. There's no convenient lot right there, so you may need to use a parking garage and walk over. Honestly? Embrace it. If you're already in Downtown Naples, it's a beautiful stroll that perfectly sets the mood before you arrive. Captain & Crew is a true hidden gem. Many people come for the fresh seafood market, but don't overlook the restaurant side -- it's absolutely worth your time. Highly recommend.
