The Claw bar is one of our favorite seafood restaurants in Naples. Came here on a quiet Sunday night, and the service was amazing. When we checked in, the hostess acknowledged that it was an anniversary dinner. At the end of the dinner, they gave us complementary champagne. Michael our server was great and provided good descriptions of the food items we asked about (ie difference between the triggerfish versus butterfish, types of fish used, etc ). The food was excellent. We started with the corn bread. It was so delicious, I forgot to take a picture until it was almost gone. Buttery, with small corn chunks, and a bit of outside crust. Then my husband and I shared the Fish Stew and the butterfish Entrees. The Butterfish was an oily whitefish served with a slightly sweet sauce on top of rice and broccolinI. They fish stew was much more hearty a dish with lots of different seafood (mussels, shrimp, salmon, etc). Both were excellent, though my preference was the Butterfish. At the end of the meal, we were given complementary champagne and a clam shell saying Happy anniversary. A very nice touch. Beautiful restaurant inside of the Bellasera Hotel. Service was fantastic. From start to finish. Friendly and perfectly timed. We went for the raw bar but the cooked fish sounded so good that we tried those instead. The triggerfish was good. I found the pineapple sauce too sweet, as did others that ordered it. The St. Augustine Stew was a hit. As was the cornbread- It was everyone's favorite. We loved the chili honey butter and others loved the pimento cheese. Really delicious. I had an early dinner at The Claw Bar on December 6. They need to hire more staff with some life experience. The young ladies at the hostess desk can barely stand, let alone, walk in high heels. If I'm going to spend $150 on a meal and a drink, I expect the staff to be a bit more refined. This IS Naples. Well, the owner replied to my review and told me that I was no longer welcome. Visited the Claw Bar tonight as we often do. First time visit for us in 2026. Pretty disappointing in many ways. Service and food were very mediocre, no one had anything to rave about. We ordered the calamari and shrimp tempura app and some stone crab claws to start. Overcooked tempura and skimpy crab claws. Dinners included lobster frites, seafood pasta special (oddly rich and creamyJ and pork and garlic street noodles ( oddly sweet). The tables were set with cheap, plastic salt and pepper grinders that cracked and spilled peppercorns everywhere. Also cheap paper coasters that quickly became saturated and sloppy. The dining atmosphere seemed almost picnic like, there were people dressed in cut off shorts, athletic wear and way too many baseball caps that were not removed , or even asked to be removed, by adults and young adults. No staff member ever addressed the " smart casual " dress code . Felt more like we were dining at a stadium instead of a restaurant. Not going back for a while. read more

Great date night spot! We were seated upstairs right next to the band. The live music was wonderful, ambience was amazing! Let me just start by saying: DELICIOUS!!! After having an awful experience at Pinchers the other day, my mom and I were looking for a classy, delicious seafood experience. We started off with the warm, delicious beignets. We moved on to the seafood tower for 1 and the Sea BLT. My seafood tower had the most yummy fish dip and flatbread crackers. I subbed extra shrimp for oysters because I have a sensitive stomach and did not regret it. The cocktail sauce was fresh and lemony and the snow crab did not disappoint (although one leg was a bit meatless but hey, the ocean is unpredictable lol!). What a fresh, satisfying meal, who doesn't love a good shrimp and snow crab on the rocks?! I went on Open Table and they were booked out three weeks, there's a reason. This place is unbelievable. First, I was senile and thought my reservation was this week when it was next but they found us a seat at the Claw Bar. Milan, our server, was unbelievable. We had delicious seafood bisque, crab claw appetizers with multiple sauces. For entrees, I had the surf and turf and my husband had the burger. This is fine dining, phenomenal service, fresh, beautiful preparation. Ambiance is gorgeous. Live jazz music on the upper floor, outdoor dining, really elegant. I did opt on dessert to go. Beignets , because that is a delicacy for an Arizona girl..., This place is gorgeous, special, lovely staff, amazing food , perfect ambiance, now I know why people line up to get in here. The claw bar was a last minute stop to visit my brother for Father's Day. In the short time I was there enjoying a drink and fresh oysters. It was easy to tell the place is top notch. Location is beautiful and super chill. The staff were excellent finding us a table so last minute on a holiday. Excellent location all around. Definitely will be back when I visit Naples again. 4.5 stars! Ambience: This restaurant & hotel is absolutely beautiful. The entrance/lobby is very nice with beautiful straits going to 2nd floor. The bar is nice & big, 1/2 indoors 1/2 outdoors. The outdoor area is also lovely with the view of the pool. We had a couple of tables on the terrace which was just gorgeous. Service: the staff are professional, nice & attentive. - Seafood Tower 3 tier - A variety of fresh seafood presented in this beautiful 3-tier tray. Our experience here, in May, was very disappointing. After submitting an honest, and not very positive review, I heard from the restaurant. The manager called me to discuss the review and asked questions in hopes of improving the negatives that were mentioned. She was attentive and thanked me for my information. Within a week, I received a generous gift card and personal note. Our second visit was GREAT! We ordered our usual martinis...cold and perfect! Our dinner selection was from their summer special menu...all three courses were delicious. Our waiter was pleasant, polite, and took care of our every need. All in all, our dining experience was wonderful...it met all our expectations from cocktails to dessert! read more

We went to the Claw Bar for dinner as a group of 5 and were able to make a reservation a few days in advance. The seafood was really delicious. I had the lobster tails and the portions were generous. I have a gluten allergy and the fries were not gf so they subbed broccolini for me. The scallops on the half shell were gluten free and absolutely delicious. Came here unexpectedly when we were in the area and looked up places using Yelp. This is now one of my fave places! The decor reminds me of restaurants in the Flat Iron district when I lived in NYC. We were lucky enough to have the $49 pp menu and everything was delicious. I had the crab cake entree. The corn bread appetizer is a must. The drinks were also well-crafted. We arrived around 5pm on a Saturday night and there were only 2 others sitting at the bar inside, and a few on the outside. The happy hour is only from 3-4, likely why the bar was not full. After looking at the menu online as I was curious, the prices are not that great. SERVICE: We sat there for at least 5 minutes while the 2 bartenders filled orders for those seated in the outdoor portion of the restaurant. Not even a nod or acknowledgement of our presence. This was consistent throughout the entire experience, it required waving to get their attention for refills, apps and dinner. While we were there, a couple came up to the bar and greeted the bartender warmly. The bartender looked up briefly. The customer asked if he remembered them from yesterday. Bartender: blank look, shoulder shrug. Awkward. BAR: Cosmo made well, but I'm glad I asked extra light on all ingredients except the vodka as it still had a sweet taste. I was glad to see the servers use toothpicks to secure olives for the cocktails. I was dismayed to see all other fruit garnishes were grabbed with bare hands by the servers. I'll continue to plead to bar owners and managers to TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES on proper hygiene when handling food. Your bar is on display for everyone to see how nasty this is. How is this practice still acceptable in 2022? FOOD: Meh. The shrimp cocktail and oysters were ok. Nothing special. The burger was a bit dry. It arrived medium/well although I ordered it medium. As we were splitting it an each had taken a couple of bites, we didn't send it back. The bartender did offer, so that is good. The meat used, although fresh, seems too lean to create a flavorful burger. ATMOSPHERE: Pretty cool inside. Dark, classy decor. The bar has indoor seating and half dozen or so seats on the outside wall. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Great food and a great experience. We have lived in Naples for some time, but I had not heard of the Claw Bar until it was recommended by a friend. When I made the reservation on OpenTable, I had the option to have dinner in the London Club. So glad we did! It is the same food, but upstairs from the main restaurant. It is essentially a lounge with live music and tables all around the stage. My wife and I really enjoyed the band. Our waiter was outstanding, as was the food. There are plenty of seafood and steaks/chops to choose from. We were out for a nice dinner but it was hard to resist the burger. It looked amazing and we will have to go back for that next time. This place caught my eyes and I wanted to try it out. From the outside you can't tell how beautiful it is in the inside. Once inside you are transported back to the Gatsby era and thinking you may run into Fitzgerald. It is well decorated and one is well received at the door. Our waiter Christian was truly great and so was the food. As a surprise, we got cilantro soup as a starter which was delicious and it didn't have the taste of cilantro and I like cilantro so the taste doesn't bother me but for those who do not like the taste I think it is worth trying. From the ambiance, decor, food, and punctual service - Owners and staff have cracked the code for what it means to run a quality restaurant in a town with thousands of options. From the tuna poke bowl, to Mediterranean salad, arrabbiata pasta, steak and lobster, and curry dusted cauliflower... I've pretty much tried it all. NONE OF THEM WILL DO YOU WRONG. It is really a shame that their greediness had to ruin a great experience. Good food, creative menu, great service, but the way they gouge on drink prices is shameless. I ordered two Stolli Elite drinks and they charged $30 each! My cost for that vodka is $80 at Total Wine. Their cost is probably $50. Ridiculous to charge $30 each. Won't be back. Update: Claw Bar rep responded that their prices were in line with other restaurants. Was at Syren restaurant last night. This is my new favorite restaurant in Naples. The service was great and we love the ambience. There was a piano player at first and then later a jazz band played. It was so nice to listen to live music. Just take a gander at my pictures because they are as beautiful as the food was delicious. Every single thing we ordered was yummy and prepared perfectly except for the beignets which were meh. The price point here is amazing! I do not know how they do it.
