Two of us waited 30 mins outside to get in and they let multiple groups of 2 that were behind us in line in first. Then when we asked why, they said they didn't realize we were a party of 2 and thought we were part of another group. Ok, fair enough. Once they realized the mistake, they said we could go in right away. We walked in and saw 4 open bar seats, which they walked us over to. Then they said we could only have 1 of the chairs because the 3 others were reserved. I asked if I could sit in 1 of the reserved chairs until the other group arrived. They reluctantly told me yes, so I sat. The other group arrived and there were only 2 in the party, so it worked out. The cocktails are good but EXPENSIVE ($25+). The ambiance was ok. Returned last night and they had definitely upped their music game. The vibe was very different than the last time I came. I had the violet-tini which is an absolutely delightful drink with bubbles on top. So many of their cocktails are a work of art. These gentlemen are true mixologist. I do recommend making reservations otherwise you may end up standing in line outside waiting for a while. The last time I came, we had the charcuterie board and that was fabulous. Tonight we just came for drinks. We'll definitely be back and bring my daughter for an espresso martini that I watched them make but do not personally drink. It's her favorite. When I first walked into the Vine Room, I honestly wasn't quite sure what to expect and I mean that in a good way. A way to really explore what Vine Room is trying to communicate to the customer. Because the drinks are that good, thoughtful, balanced, memorable. You don't just drink them. You notice them! Jesus, another tag line I'm giving you guys!! Hire me.. Hire me.. The atmosphere hits exactly where it should. Music at the perfect volume. Not crowded. No fighting for attention or waving frantically to get another drink. Service is attentive. And those potato chips? Just salty enough to keep everyone ordering another round. Now, one small annoyance, the dress code. It's listed as Semi-formal Chic with no ballcaps, no athletic wear, no sleeveless shirts. Yet we saw shorts and sneakers slide through because they were attached to a rich mommy and daddy. Fine but I liked looking at the beautiful people more than spoiled kids (over 21 just attached to mom and dad). All that said, this place is far more than its current 3.6 stars on Yelp. Vine Room is one of those spots where you either get it and you'll be back, or you tried it once, didn't understand it, and went online to bash it for no real reason. And that's fine, not every place is for everyone. The Vine was a little hard to find since it's set up like a speakeasy, the door is covered in vines. The ambiance is elegant and upscale, almost like a 1920s-style bar, which really fits the theme. I went with some friends for drinks and good conversation. Unfortunately, the service ruined the experience. Our bartender ignored us, was passive-aggressive, and even refused to give my fiancée a straw for her mojito, saying it wasn't meant to be served that way. My Dirty Martini was also made "very dirty," even though I didn't ask for that. Overall, the atmosphere was great, but the service left a bad taste. Made a reservation about 2.5 weeks ago (delayed due to having Norovirus) for a night out without the kids. There were a group of young guys outside smoking/vaping and holding the door open so that already wasn't giving the best vibe. Inside, the place was PACKED for a Tuesday night. We were seated quickly and served quickly, which was a plus - truffle chips were given which added to the overall ambiance. The vine room is my favorite end cap to the night ! Like the secret garden, it is a hidden oasis from the outside , but once you are let in through the secret vine doors you find yourself in what I very fondly refer to as a high class harry potter speakeasy. This is a very vibey setting , with the epitome of young and old class mixed , the bartenders are superb, the drinks are lovely and the limited food menu is also lovely , in taste , price and quality. I finally had the pleasure of going to this place. The atmosphere is a cozy adult rainforest cafe meets studio 54. Minus the dancing. I booked a booth at the Vine Room and I immediately loved it! The entrance door looks like a speak easy in New York City. A little bit hidden. We have been welcomed amazingly by the host, she is smiling and truly happy to take care of us, amazing guest service. I have no idea how long this place has been on 5th ave but I am so happy we found it. Awesome atmosphere, great music, service is wonderful, and the drinks were delicious. I'm not even very adventurous when it comes to cocktails, and our server did a great job of recommending something to me (which was soooo not something I'd typically order but I surprisingly loved it!) The cocktails come out so beautifully and creatively. They even have a small food menu - we didn't order any but saw other folks food and it looked and smelled great. They even give complimentary truffle potato chips which were delicious and such a nice touch. The drinks are pricey, but don't be turned off by that. It's a speakeasy on 5th ave in Naples... it kind of warrants the price. Especially for how carefully crafted these drinks are (one of our ice cubes had a full Rose inside of it and was delivered to us in treasure chest with dry ice..) Must go! One of the worst experiences I have had. We had reservations for after a wedding and they denied us entry. The manager ended up popping her head out and didn't ask about the situation, just looked at the 3 people next in line and allowed them entry. The entrance is fun but could be hard to find if you aren't paying attention since the entire door is covered with leaves and at night you could easily mistake it for a bush. We were able to walk in and sit at the bar on a Friday night with no reservation and we grabbed a few drinks before heading to dinner. The drinks all tasted great and were unique but they are on the more expensive side for all of naples. We also struggled to get the bartenders attention and had to order one of the drinks 3 times before it was delivered (took almost 30 min to just get this 1 drink) It felt like there was a lot of chaos overall between the staff that brought down the overall experience. Due to this we actually ordered less than we would have since we had to leave after only one drink to make our dinner reservation.
