We had reservations for outdoor. Indoors was full. We actually preferred outdoor as indoor was rather loud. We both ordered filet mignon's with mashed potatoes. We asked for medium and were served well. Sent both steaks back. The next round of steaks were perfect! Two different managers came out to apologize. Both managers said that has never happened. We had a reservation at Warren for thanksgiving and it was a nice experience. We got seated promptly and they were very busy! To drink I got a dirty martini which was a good balance of dirty, plus the olives were delish. They offered a thanksgiving dinner which included turkey and three sides of your choice. I did not want the turkey so I opted for the chopped salad and ordered the stuffing and green bean casserole as additional sides. The salad was very tasty, sides were nothing to write home about but I was glad to have them as I only eat them one day of the year. Others at my table got the turkey dinner, meatloaf, and Seabass. All got positive reviews but the Seabass definitely looked the best. Bread was a nice starter that you can tell was freshly made, and loved the sauce that came on the side with it. After nearly two hours, our party of six never received our entrees. Drink service was slow, there were long gaps in communication, and despite informing management that our group included guests over 80 and a diabetic, nothing was done to address the situation. In a follow-up, Brooke stated: "we understand that when elderly clientele is in they tend to prefer a faster dining experience..."--yet no action was taken. We were still charged $344.59 for 6 drinks, 2 sodas, bread, deviled eggs, and a Caesar salad, and left without ever receiving dinner. No manager came to our table to follow up, and there was no apology. The final response from management was: "Unfortunately, we will not reach an agreement, we wish you well." This experience was disappointing. My son had made reservations for my birthday. Four adults, two children. Ordered two appetizers, the tuna and the bourbon shrimp. Tuna portion was small, the shrimp app was good. The Chilean sea bass I ordered had absolutely no flavor. No sauce. it comes with no sides. The children had Mac and cheese served with very large fries, the kids meal were very good. my sons salmon was small and again, no flavor or sauce. Husband, and other son had meatloaf, and they said it was good, but again how hard is it to do meatloaf. Service was good. May I suggest you do not seat people right in the sun, as when the sun started going down, my granddaughter had to move, and my husband sat with the sun in his face, where he could not see. We went to Warren tonight with friends for "Sizzle" ... had requested an intimate booth for four, which was lovely. Pros - Atmosphere, seating request, general location, food Cons - An overzealous waiter (won't mention name) that was relentless in wanting to upcharge on every little thing - BIG turn off from the get-go! And his delivery was loud and so fast to the point of no return for us and our guests. Sizzle comments which all of us ordered- Ceasar Salad - good (btw, upcharge for white anchovies but never mentioned!) Korean Chicken Appetizer - good Seafood Flight - well done Steak Flight - came out too rare, although requested medium, sent back, not worth all the hype. Extra $$ for sauces after already paying $59 ! Dessert - not a big dessert eater, so can't comment on that one, but didn't hear many oooh's from those that indulged! A final - big pet peeve of mine is that more establishments should take note of asking a table of two or more, if they want separate checks. No brainer and complicates less at the end of the meal when squaring up for those involved. I probably would not return to a future Sizzle but might plug in for HH at some point. If you're a cocktail or whiskey enthusiast you'll appreciate the bar design. We had the scallops - which were the best we've had. The lobster mac & cheese was savory, but didn't have much lobster (prob three tiny pieces - if it wasn't for this - we would have had a 5-star experience). We mentioned the lobster mac & cheese to the waiter at the end of our meal, and he apologized and said we should've told him earlier, and he would have asked the kitchen to make up for it. I wish we would have spoken up! So, if you order the lobster mac & cheese and don't get a fair amount of lobster mention it to the waiter asap. 3 of us arrived on a Thursday around 3:30. We sat at a high top near the bar. The bar itself had 4-6 open seats at that time. SERVICE: The bartender welcomed us right way and took excellent care of us the entire time. Sizzle Dining kicked off in Naples on September 3rd, and throughout the month we enjoyed taking advantage of the dining specials. If you're not familiar, Sizzle Dining features many local restaurants offering three-course dinners priced from $29 to $59, with a portion of proceeds benefiting charity. One stop on our culinary adventure was Warren, a restaurant that opened in 2023 and one we'd heard great things about but, until now, hadn't tried. Why did we wait so long? Wow--we loved everything about this place! Like its namesake whiskey, the ambiance is classic and sophisticated. Despite being full, the noise level stayed remarkably low thanks to special acoustic paneling in the ceiling--a thoughtful touch that made it so easy to enjoy conversation. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel right at home. While we ordered from the Sizzle Dining menu, we also peeked at the regular menu and saw plenty of dishes we can't wait to come back for. That night, though, we delighted in the Caesar Salad, Chili Crisp Tuna, Warren Wagyu Flight, Seafood Trio, White Chocolate-Raspberry Bread Pudding, and Ice Cream Duo. Every bite was perfection. The brunch vibes at Warren are so chill! It's a very trendy restaurant to begin with, and the brunch here is not overly crazy or hyped. They do offer bottomless mimosas, which is awesome and I hope they bring some other fun brunch cocktails to the mix. My boyfriend and I both got the sausage breakfast burrito and breakfast potatoes and oh my goodness this food was delicious. From the presentation to the quality and taste everything really hit the mark. I ordered an espresso martini which was also delicious pro tip....Add Baileys to make it light and creamy!
