WOW, what a disappointment! Decided to come here for mother's day brunch. Like many places in Naples, a prix fix menu was standard. I gave this restaurant two stars. Not for the food. But for the service. It really should be 1.5 stars but this system doesn't allow that. Let me explain. Let's start with the appetizers. Best thing on the menu was the beet salad and goat cheese. Probably the best part of the entire meal and its presentation was fantastic. Followed by the clam chowder. Lobster bisque was pretty bad as was the ceasar salad. Onto the main items. PRIME RIB. Many ordered this but not one person liked or finished theirs. In some cases overly fatty and in others the meat was super chewy and barely flavorful. Most of prime rib from all guests was taken home to feed to the dogs. Fish was a tri-tip, overly salty but also undercooked. Desserts - Have t say the donuts were the clear winner. Key Lime Pie had a gross drizzle of raspberry sauce (While do so many restaurants do this?). Creme de pot, so sweet that your teeth hurt from eating it. Look, if you are going to charge high prices and have a prix fix menu for a special occasion like mother's day or other, then THAT menu of items better be spot on and near perfect. We had dinner on Sunday, 2-27-26. I ordered Sea Bass, AKA Chilean Sea Bass and Patagonian Toothfish. I've cooked Sea Bass dozens of times, and I've eaten it in restaurants many times. The point is I ordered and paid for Sea Bass. I paid a lot for it and didn't get it. My companion didn't want me to make waves, so I didn't say anything. It was a decent preparation of a white fish, whatever it was... The huge, loud room had the feel of a cafeteria. Lots of children too. Not romantic, cozy or quiet. View was okay. Service was fine. Service was great! We sat outside and enjoyed the view and heaters. We started with the espresso martini's - unreal. We enjoyed the complimentary tomato bisque and grilled cheese. The shrimp and crab spring rolls were amazing! So flavorful. For entrees we had the sea bass & swordfish. Both were really tasteful and enjoyable. The chocolate cake / dessert was unbelievable. A neighborhood staple for us. The food never disappoints - we are particularly fond of their take on Caesar salad, the shrimp and crab egg rolls, and basically every fish on the menu! The service is always friendly and attentive, and it is generally quite no matter which room you are in. We love dining on the water so that adds a special ambiance as well. read more

They surprised us with great customer service! I called ahead on Sunday around 1:30pm to make a reservation, also to make sure if they are pet friendly. We arrived around 2pm and realized they close at 2:30pm! Our waitress was waiting for us with a bowl of cold water for our dog when we walked in. How nice and thoughtful! They were seating us at the patio facing parking lot at first, it's a covered with comfortable seating area, but no view. We asked to sit at the outdoor area in the back by the canal, even though it's a hot day, we rather to have nice water view. Our waitress was super friendly, it was about their afternoon break (restaurant closes from 2:30-5pm), she didn't rush us at all! She was very patient with us, introducing the menu since we were first time there. By the time we placed our order, it was about 2:30. A classic steakhouse with incredible views and great service! This spot has become a must-visit for my family every time we're in Naples. On our most recent visit, we kicked things off with the lobster spring rolls--which were absolutely phenomenal. We had a large group of 10 which can be a challenge for even the most seasoned wait staff but our 2 servers were pros! The recommendations were wonderful, drinks refilled and refreshed regularly which made for an amazing evening out. I had the Red Snapper that was absolute perfection. Brant and Amy are amazing, we go once maybe twice a week. The food is fantastic, the best prime rib in town.

I've been to M Waterfront a number of times now and each visit has been consistently good. The staples on their menu (filet, crab and shrimp egg rolls, Swordfish) are always on point and they make delicious, strong drinks. The service is good but often feels drawn out. I like to enjoy a dinner out but be expected to be here for at least 2 hours. The views can't be beat. Overall, I would recommend M Waterfront and will continue to dine here when visiting Naples. read more

The server was great and did his best. The wine list seemed to have intentionally lied about the vintages of their wine, as we asked for 4 different bottles where they brought us a younger year and told us it was same price as what was advertised for the older bottle. For one bottle I would understand, but for 4 it felt deliberately like they were hoping we wouldn't notice or care. The swordfish was overcooked and tuna was far too salty. Great view, fantastic service, good food. Was visiting with fish lovers so this menu is right up their alley. Lots of great fish/seafood. As a non-fish and little steak eater, my choices were limited. I started with the beet and fried goat cheese salad. It was amazing. I followed that up with the bucatini with meatballs. It was very sauce heavy (could have use a little more pasta in the ratio) but the flavor was excellent. Brunch after golf for an in between lunch to hold us over for supper The guys had a cup of New England Clam Chowder. Home made chowder that they absolutely loved for a light fare for something between lunch and dinner. Crab cakes had plenty of sauce and full of flavor. Our meal was fantastic. Lovely homemade bread with an olive tampenode was served. A small tomato bisque with a cheese bread was complimentary. We split a blackberry salad with Brie cheese, candied nuts and blackberries over a bed of greens. Pork chop with an onion bacon glaze accompanied by sweet potato and apple roast. Came here for lunch with a client. Very nice place and the waterfront views were really nice. Our server Brian was very pleasant and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He even gave us the recipe to one of the desserts we ordered and loved. The crab and shrimp egg roll appetizer's were delicious. We ordered the Lobster salad that was very good, refreshing and lots of chunks of lobster. And my client ordered the Meatball with the Caesar salad lunch. Both were really good. But the best part was the Donut hole dessert with three different dipping sauces was absolutely scrumptious. Needless to say very happy Client. Excellent service! We came here because of the views and better reviews than other restaurants at the Village shop. We had to be with a small child to begin a dinner and they were really accommodating even though this is definitely a restaurant for an older crowd. Definitely amazing service. 5/5 service! Location is absolutely gorgeous! We were seated outdoor. We were looking at the water and the weather was gorgeous, super romantic place. Food was definitely overpriced. Complimentary bread was great. We had a blackberry salad to start, was pretty decent, nothing special. Clam chowder was tasty, but we had better. Definitely if you had clam chowder in Massachusetts or Rhode Island, you will not be impressed with this one, For main, we shared scallops and mushroom ragu. Dish was overly good but nothing special. Excellent service. 10/10. They're very accommodating and helpful. Prompt as well. They felt like they made us wait too long for food, something I didn't even complain about, and so they comped dessert. Again, I didn't complain about this but they initiated it. Ambiance is great. 9/10. Outside seating had nice views of the water and houses around, very quiet. Occasional odor from the water but what can you do? Inside was nice, a little loud but clean and lively. Food was good, not great. 7.5/10. The spring rolls had imitation crab meat in them which was just unacceptable. Carpaccio was good, so was the tuna tartare. There's no way that strip steak was wagyu, and I doubt it was 12oz. Maybe 10. $30 for a tiny lobster tail to add on was ridiculous. But steaks were cooked right with a great crust. The creamed spinach kinda sucked. Wasn't creamy at all. Glazed carrots were good. The key lime pie wasn't bad but I've had better. Drinks are great. They make an excellent Manhattan and they definitely aren't skimping on the whiskey. I'd give it an 8.5/10 but for $30 that lobster tail needs to be a little bigger and I call bullshit on the wagyu claims. Worth a try but I probably wouldn't go back. read more

We just had a fantastic meal at M Waterfront. Let me start off by addressing a problem we had with being seated and then lll get to all of the positives. It's a cold night in Naples. When we arrived for our reservation, the hostess led us to a table out front in the enclosed area with space heaters. We were uncomfortable before we ever sat down and we politely declined the table. The three hostesses were clearly unhappy with us and punished us by making us wait 30 minutes to be seated. We came really close to walking but as I'll explain below I'm really glad we didn't. The manager intervened and we were finally seated at a very nice table overlooking the water, but let me just say that if it were my business, I would terminate the three hostesses immediately. If management is going to retain the three hostesses I would urge them to provide additional training. This is not the way to welcome guests to your restaurant. Enough said. Zach was as our server and he was excellent. We had the lobster bisque and the clams and mussels appetizers and both were excellent. For entrees we had the veal and shrimp and the bucatini and meatballs. Both were exceptional. The veal and shrimp were particularly good! We finished it up with the chocolate pot de creme and two glasses of 30 year port and it was the perfect combination. I got the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and red wine for a date and the food was delectable and delicious and would say it was the best in town. they serve you complimentary bread cheese at the start and chocolates at the end. It's been about 3 years since we've eaten here. We had great memories of the last meal so we came again. We ordered peel and eat shrimp. You order them individually, we ordered 4 and I'm glad that's all we ordered because they are huge and delicious. My wife got the fish taco's and she said they were really good. I got haddock fish sandwich which came with a spicy sauce and it was a little spicy for me so I asked for some tarter sauce and I would say was homemade, (it was delicious) and that toned the spicy down. We went to waterfront for our anniversary dinner! It was a great experience and our server was a doll and even brought us an anniversary dessert! For apps we ordered the New England clam chowder and lobster shrimp rolls. Both were delicious but the lobster shrimp rolls were amazing and something they're known for! So give those a try. For dinner we ordered the surf & turf and halibut. Also amazing!! We ended up getting a few desserts haha they surprised us with a happy anniversary key lime dessert and a dark chocolate truffle (on the house dessert for everyone) but we really wanted to try the cheesecake and the cinnamon sugar donuts! So of course we ended trying all those desserts but they were all so delicious. My favorite was the key lime pie and the cinnamon sugar donuts. Friends were visiting from out of town and we wanted a nice brunch place. We did some research and came up with M Waterfront. The location is great with plenty of parking. They take reservations with inside and outside table. Service was extremely slow. The staff was nowhere to be found most of the time. My entree was great, quiche with short ribs. The others had burgers and fish. All good but not over the top. The shocking thing that happened was while the staff was serving us our entrees they dumped our friend's French fries in his lap. He picked them up and put them on the table but they never even offered to replace the fries! That's crazy. And the manager witnessed the entire incident. We also constantly had to ask for our water glasses to be refilled. Would I go back? Probably not. Though the shopping center is adorable. read more

We've come here a handful of times and every time it's been a lovely experience. The chef provides complimentary treats, the food has consistently tasted great, and servers are polite. The manager (I think?) also came out to check on us on our recent visit. This last time around, we came for my birthday and they wished me happy birthday while seating us and again when serving dessert - which was complimentary.
