I was told that the pork chop is normally served slightly pink, but this was clearly undercooked. I wish I had taken a photo. The kitchen promptly took it back and returned it properly cooked. Despite this mishap, the staff handled the situation professionally, and the overall service was good. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing.
