DBL-DBL Burger
Victoria E.

We ordered two plates of Ben-Yays with every sauce available and honestly the beignets were so delicious they didn't need anything. We also ordered the DBL-DBL Burger and it was amazing, best burger in SWF is a very bold claim, but the flavors were good. Meat was a bit dry, otherwise it would've been perfect. We sat on the outside patio and the ambiance was nice after they lowered the music a little. Service was good, not the fastest but perfect for a chill brunch with a lot of conversation. The table had a massive crack in the middle which was also quite uncomfortable for two of the seven guests.

Decided to come here for brunch during a recent girls trip to Naples. The space is decently sized and very cute. I didn't know that it was featured on diners, drive-ins, and dives so I was really excited about that! Our server was super awesome and very attentive. We got the mimosas to start and they had a good amount of different flavors to get and they were all really good! The food itself was really good too and very filling. We got the Ben-yays and they were delicious! It was my friends birthday too and our server came over and did a crazy singing performance for her and it was hilarious and she loved it. Overall, we all really enjoyed and would definitely come back if we were in town.

TL;DR Dream restaurant for those with celiac or looking for a lot of gluten free options! Katie G. was an amazing server Drove up to Naples for the day to watch a movie at Alamo and made a reservation for lunch here (the place was packed so I'm glad we saved our spot in advance). I'm the one with celiac in my group so I was happy to find a place that was well-reviewed that could accommodate me. The benyays were delicious (we ordered with white chocolate sauce), the drinks were good, and the eggs benedict plate was fantastic, even on GF toast. All the dishes had really great flavors. Our server Katie made really great recommendations and made us feel like everything - from the drinks to the dishes - could be tailored to us. I really appreciated her suggestions and she was on point with every single one. We sat indoors and the outside seating area also looked like it was manageable despite the heat. Would drive back to Naples just to eat here once a month.

Stopped into 239 Naples and was immediately greeted by Estelle behind the bar--she was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. Her service alone added a lot to the experience. As for the food, it was just okay, especially considering the price point. The burger was a bit bland and didn't quite deliver the flavor you'd expect for what it costs. On the upside, the Brussels sprouts were the standout--great flavor and cooked well. I love the concept of this spot. They work with local vendors and a lot of gluten free options! Overall, it's a nice spot with excellent service (thanks to Estelle!), but the food could use a little more seasoning and value to match the price.

Enjoyed lunch at The 239, which is located in The Mercado in Naples. Although there's lots of parking, there were very few spots. Decor is upscale but ambiance is quite casual & not pretentious at all. A bit of a club music feel- volume was a great lower level so no issues in competing w/the music to chat. All the staff were fabulous! Friendly, knowledgeable, there when u needed them but not hovering. Outdoor & indoor seating options with fans & industrial strength mister outside. We chose indoors. Have a large bar. Mostly booth seating beyond that. They had the front door open (although AC on) & saw little modern table fans for some of the tables near the door. Imagine that's to keep any flies away w/the door open & love they thought of that detail. Interesting finishes & light fixtures inside. Menu is varied & they offer a $20 three course lunch special option as well, which is a pretty good deal since ur spending $20 on ur entree anyway. We ordered off the main menu- dbl burger w/fries & crab cakes. First of all, they do regular food here with a focus on healthier ingredients & no seed oils. LOVE this! 5/5 for committing to higher quality food & prep. If ur gluten free, they have a TON of options, including crab cakes. Yep- their crab cakes r gf so all u gf crab cake lovers, this is finally ur chance! Food was 4/5. They bring popcorn w/a parm cheese sprinkle out in a cast iron type mini pan while ur deciding, which was a nice offering. Fries (fried in tallow) were so good!!! Hubs liked the crab cakes a lot (I thought they were ok but definitely needed to b warmer). The remoulade, however, was wonderful & loved having a bit of arugula with it. The burger is supposed to b a signature dish. We thought it was just okay. Probably would try something different next time. Ooh- their homemade lemonade (not the one from the nozzle) is so fantastic!!! Tart, tangy, delicious! At $7, it's more of a craft mocktail, but we would totally order it again! Pricing is perhaps a bit higher than expected, but I also appreciate the elevated ingredient quality & commitment to better oils & gf options. Sounds like during season they have DJs there on certain nights. Don't think we will b there for it, but sounds like those nights r quite popular.

Nice place. Modern look and comfortable. Jeremy was our server. Very attentive. He did his job. Food, unfortunately was extremely subpar. Came for happy hour. First demerit was no scotch. Second extreme miss were the "crispy Brussel Sprouts. Not crispy and flavorless. If you want crispy Brussel Sprouts, go to PF Changs. Next mess were the fish tacos. Fish grilled with no flavor. No flavor in the other ingredients. All you tasted was a little lime and the taco, which had the most flavor. Oh, and they were a drippy and soggy. If you want good fish tacos, believe kt or not, go to Pinchers. What a waste of space.

Came here for the sizzle dining experience. It not only Met expectations, but exceeded it. We sat at the bar and our waitress. Bella was just amazing. She was friendly, very informative and on top of it. The food was so good. I highly recommend brussels sprouts. As a plant-based person I was able to get a wonderful power bowl minus the chicken. The staff was very friendly and the whole atmosphere was very inviting. Maybe because it was off-season, but I totally enjoyed the ambience.

This place has so much potential. The atmosphere is so cool and drinks are picture worthy. Such a great place for a party. The food is ok and if it gets better than it could be 5 stars . The beneigts were heavy instead of light and fluffy. I had the chicken curry salad and it was just ok. The popcorn on the table is a cute idea, but again ok. I would definitely try something else because of the cool vibe

The food was overpriced. Just an average meal and drinks are overpriced. Good for a get together with friends for a drink.

Finally, my 30 plus member cigar club, from the Venice FL area decided to make a road trip to Naples, specifically to visit The Burn. Twelve of us made a caravan and left Venice, driving to Naples. We arrived and had no trouble finding nearby parking for all of our vehicles. After parking we entered the lounge finding it to be quite large, with a nice bar, humidor and an outside patio too. We entered the humidor and found a staffer who offered suggestions, cut our cigars and even offered to light them for us. We paid him right there and stuffed his tip jar - that was awesome service. We then gathered in the main room of the lounge and began our cigar tasting while enjoying a few Old Fashion whiskey drinks. Then six of us wandered out to the patio and grabbed a nice large table. The bartenders were fast and service was okay. The servers were awesome, prompt and very attentive to our tables - efficient is a great description. We stayed until about 6 PM and then headed home. It was a very enjoyable adventure. I understand Rocky actually has a birthday there on March 10, 2026. Hopefully I can attend.

I will start off with the pro's of our visit. The food was on point. We all loved the food and dined on chicken Milanese, short ribs, pork chops, steak and pasta. Every person in our party agreed the food was absolutely delicious. Kudos to the chef! We chose to dine outside. The weather was perfect and the ambiance was very nice as well. It was a very nice environment. There was only one con and to us this is a big one. If this was not a con I would have given 5 stars. The waiter, Ted. He was quick to greet us when we arrived and we appreciated that. He went to take our drink order and the whole table noticed the attitude. Right away he had an air to him that made us all feel like he was annoyed by us being there. We ordered drinks and someone wanted to add a diet coke to the order and he made the comment, "Before i go back is there anything else you want?" That comment could be said nicely but it was said in a snarky tone that made us feel even more that we were annoying him. When I went to order chicken Milanese I asked him to explain it a little more, I was just looking for something like if you like chicken marsala this would be similiar, or whatever would have been appropriate. Instead, Ted told me that it was in the description and literally read it to me. I was insulted and very much annoyed at this point. After I ordered my chicken Milanese I decided to add the fingerling potatoes and he somewhat rolled his eyes at the addition. There were a few more snafoos along the way but those could have been forgiven if the waiter was nice, somewhat talkative and had a personality. At the very end of the night someone asked for a box. He took their food and boxed it. There were several of us with quite a bit of food on our plates still. Instead of saying who here will need a box he just acted like no one else wanted their food boxed. I had more than half of my food left. He said who else needs their food boxed but didn't look around the table, just took the next plate that said they want theirs boxed. I tried to say I wanted mine but he walked away. When he came back I said I would like mine boxed as well. He said in an extremely annoyed tone, "Anything else I can do for you while I'm in the back?" At this point I would not hold my tongue any longer. You don't go to a very nice expensive restaurant to be treated that way. I said, "Do we annoy you? You have been giving us an attitude all night. I don't appreciate the way you have made us feel. If you don't like people then this kind of job isn't the best for you." He then tried to backtrack. He said oh no, I just asked who needed their meals boxed and I kept having to go back and forth. I said I tried to tell you but you didn't give me the opportunity. He asked if I wanted to see the manager and I told him no but was obviously not happy. So the final straw was our check. He didn't ask if we are all on one or how it would be handled. He just brought out the check and put it on the table. Someone in our party said can this be split. He said yes it can be and asked who was together so he could split it. He was gone for 10 minutes and returned with the check not even close to being right. So when he came back we ran back through who is together again and what each person got. He disappeared for another 15 minutes. Then the female manager stopped over and told us that there are some problems with the check that they are having a hard time figuring it out. So she asked once again who was together. We went through the check once again. She said give me a minute and I will quickly get your checks to you. After about 10 more minutes she came back to the table. Some checks were right and some still wrong but they paid it anyways. The manager kept apologizing profusely but didn't offer us anything. Not even as gesture of good will to get us to come back. In fact, she was trying to place an extra basket of $14 french fries on someone's bill and no one ordered them. Instead of just wiping them out she spent time on it. This night could have gone completely different if the service was different. If the waiter had a better personality, the night would have been light hearted and many things could have been forgiven. I don't go out and spend $200 on dinner for two people to feel like I'm annoying the restaurant when I have basic requests. We loved Mercato and will definitely visit again but next time we will choose a different restaurant.

My first evening up at Tigress's rooftop, I walked into a packed house with no reservation, and it was simply too much. Rather than give up, I called the restaurant shortly before close and asked about reserving a table for the following night. Just one person. What happened next genuinely surprised me. They were absolutely fabulous. Not only did they accommodate me without hesitation, they reserved me a spot in the bar area and had it ready the moment I arrived. The second I stepped off that elevator, I was greeted by name, welcomed warmly, and made to feel like I belonged there. It wasn't a restaurant experience -- it was a Cheers experience. You know the show. That's exactly what it felt like. Service was prompt and attentive from the start. My drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and when I asked for a menu recommendation, the staff guided me toward their signature crab fried rice -- and I am so glad they did. This dish is unlike anything I've had at any Thai restaurant, and I've had crab fried rice at quite a few. The blend of ingredients Tigress uses is truly special. Every element comes together in a way that feels almost magical. Worth every single penny. I've seen a few complaints about pricing, but when you consider the quality of ingredients that must go into this dish and the skill required to execute it -- the price is more than fair. Sincere applause to the entire staff for their grace and kindness. A standing ovation to the chef on duty that evening, and deep gratitude to the executive chef who curated this menu. And special recognition to the bar team -- their craft cocktails are clearly designed to complement the food beautifully. I will absolutely be back. Tigress has earned a loyal guest.

Our server was very nice and conversational, however, I think she might have a habit for forgetting to do something unless she does it right away. Before finishing explaining the sauces with the shrimp crudite, we asked a question and she immediately went to go grab another dip and didn't finish explaining the sauces. I was disappointed in the bananas foster waffles. it said there was banana caramel, and then as a separate item, it said peanut butter maple. I asked probably 2 or 3 different times where the peanut butter maple was as i had gotten my toppings on the side after seeing an order that was drenched go past my table. the first answer i received was that it was the sauce i had in front of me. it was not. it was the caramel. the next time i asked, i was told that the peanut butter and caramel are the same sauce. again, no peanut butter flavor in the sauce. the peanut butter was the thing i was looking forward to the most on the waffle, and by the time she offered to just bring me peanut butter i was almost done with it. i will say that it is a very dense waffle and difficult to cut. i'm not sure if it is supposed to be this way, but i had to use some force to cut into what i thought was going to be a fluffy waffle. we had empty water glasses on our table for quite some time with multiple people passing before being refilled. it wasn't until more people cleared out that we were able to get more water. the cinnamon roll thing: a very nice gesture from the restaurant for birthdays. the cinnamon toast crunch on the outside was nice and crunchy, the caramel gelato between layers was smooth, but the roll itself is a different story. like the waffle, it was dense. not sure if that's because it's served cold but we will chalk it up to that, but the cream cheese frosting has chili and paprika in it! so while we were eating it, all of our throats starting to have a spicy burny feeling in the back. imagine red hots candy for flavor profile. we didn't find out until asking that it has the extra spice in it. just something to note, it might need to be added to server explanation that there is the added spicy element, as there are a lot of people who do not enjoy spicy foods. I stand by my previous reviews that Tigress is strictly a drinks and app place.
