They also have a Happy Hour menu from 3:00 - 4:45pm, with drinks at $7, beers at $6, and 50% off the Lunch/Hour menu. Ashley, our waitress, was very welcoming, professional, friendly, and helpful. The dishes were well-portioned and delicious! The ambiance was nice, and the room temperature was comfortable. There's outdoor seating, but with FL sun, my dog and I couldn't sit outside; it might be better on cloudy days or cooler months. The food is fantastic, with vegan and gluten-free options for people like me. As a complimentary starter, they serve fresh-baked bread with butter and kalamata olives in a mild infused EVOO oil sauce--yum! For starters, we ordered the bushettas, which were deli-style, according to hubby. I had to pass because the bread wasn't gluten-free (an area for improvement). We both ordered the grilled octopus, which was incredibly delicious and the portion size was good. Their beer selection is okay, but the wine list is impressive. The best part of the desserts was their deconstructed tiramisu! You gotta try it! They have their own bakery, and showing your receipt gets you 10% off their fresh baked goods. Caffé Milano has always been a top 3 nice dinner date for me. The vibe of the place is beautiful and it's almost like you step into another world. The staff is always friendly, on point, and makes great recommendations. The food is always fantastic and prepared perfectly. I've been here multiple times and have had a variety of different drinks, appetizers, and entrees. All of which are always amazing! Caffe Milano is one of my favorite spots--I come here often because the food and atmosphere never disappoint. Their meatballs are incredible, the burrata over heirloom tomatoes with pesto is absolutely delicious, and the calamari is always phenomenal. I was very disappointed to see the eggplant Parmesan removed from the menu, as it was one of my go-to dishes--I really hope they consider bringing it back. You cannot leave without trying the tiramisu--it's a generous portion and absolutely decadent. Their happy hour is also spectacular, making it one of the best times to go. On my most recent visit, my drink tasted a little watered down, which isn't the norm (their mojitos are normally to die for!). Service was also a bit slow, though I was dining alone so that may have played a part. Overall, despite a couple hiccups this last time, I truly love this restaurant. Came here on Sunday night for a happy hour meal. We didn't know it was happy hour but were pleasantly surprised. They have 50% off multiple items and they offer a full size dishes for 50% off and $5 drinks, which is very nice. We had charcuterie plate, salad, seafood risotto and bolognese, 3 drinks all under $75. That was truly the best meal we had in our life for $75. If you catch happy hour, you will be back in 2017 prices. Service was super friendly and attentive. They came to check on us multiple times. Ambience is nice as well. Very modern and spacious. Weirdly they only have one bathroom for each gender. I think they need more than one for each gender. Charcuterie plate was beautiful and tasty. Risotto with seafood was amazing. Food was DELICIOUS. I got the bolognese and it was booming with flavor. Pasta was al dente and made from scratch which really elevated the dish. Server was very nice and timely. We sat outdoors and the only negative thing I have to say was the table size--it was comically small, the dishes barely fit on it which left little to no comfortable eating space. This restaurant has some of the most delicious and authentic Italian food I've ever had. My husband brought me here for an early birthday dinner and I loved it. The service was wonderful. The restaurant is very pleasing to the eye - really pretty interior. The table they sat us at wasn't my favorite, it was so close to the host stand area, and also very close to the other 2-person table right next to us. The cramped feeling at our table was really my only complaint. The food itself was incredible, I had the seafood pasta. Caffe Milano is a lovely bistro in central Naples serving brunch, lunch, and dinner. Be aware, it doesn't open until 11 am. I had hoped to sit at one of their outdoor tables but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. Inside is also nice and the staff and servers were very friendly and attentive. The bread basket is warm and very yummy and the coffee very good. The menu wasn't hugely extensive. My husband got the breakfast sandwich which he said was okay and I got the challah French toast which was beautiful and delicious. Definitely worth a stop when in Naples! read more

It was more casual than most restaurants on 5th Ave which is nice for families & it was also the perfect noise level to bring our 4 month old son and not have to worry about him making too much noise. I wish we would've. The people next to us were waiting on their check upset. We should've known. Then we finally get service. Takes forever for our waitress to check up on us. Then finally we get the bill we waited 30 minutes for her to pick it up. When she came over she was going to the table to next to us and then said "oh you guys have paid yet, I thought you did" like how do you not know who hasn't paid. We will not be back. We used to come here every time we visited Naples, but this time we were very disappointed and the food didn't compare to what it used to be. Not sure if they changed chefs or what happened but we definitely won't be back. Food was way overpriced and pretty bland. $25 for a cheeseburger with no flavor no thanks, I'm okay to pay good money for excellent food but this wasn't it! The calamari were overcooked and dry, the arancini were literally fried plain rice balls atop of Alfredo sauce, no filling whatsoever, and the short rib pasta had some flavor and was the best one out of all the dishes we ordered. The staff was pretty rude and dismissive, we had a reservation and even with that the hostess gave us attitude, he was rude to us for being 10 minutes early. Homemade pasta is why we came here. If you're going to eat pasta it's got to be homemade or else I will just pick up a box at Walmart and cook it myself. Started out with the fried rice balls. They came in a creamy sauce that was so good I would have licked the plate if my wife wasn't there. The bread that came with the meal was also very good. Warm and crunchy on the outside while softe inside. The olive oil had an olive inside of it and had a great olive taste. I got the mushroom ravioli for my main dish. This was good except the sauce was a little salty for my taste. I would prefer that toned down. For dessert, I had a cannoli. In my opinion all cannolis are pretty much the same.
