The girl taking my order had such a scowl on her face when I walked up to place my order, I had to ask if they closed at 9 because I thought maybe she was mad we came last minute. She was such a crabby Patty, we almost left. The young man giving the samples was polite and quiet. I don't know if they got into a fight or what we walked into but it was terrible customer service. The girl had such a bad vibe. We ended up buying a gelati anyway but it was probably the worst one I've had. The coconut and pina colada flavor Italian ice was hard and crunchy, the strawberry lemonade was watery. The flavors all being very bland. I'm not sure what went wrong today but scooping Italian ice and ringing an order up isn't rocket science. There's someone out there that would love to have a low stress job and interact with the public. I think hiring young people with poor customer communication will kill your business.
