Would love to give FIVE stars to this tasty establishment, but alas, they have been overcharging us. We brought it to the attention of the "kids" working here and were told "that's how someone taught me to do it." When you order a dipped waffle cone, it should be a $2.50 up charge. Instead of doing that, they are doing an up charge to the waffle cone and then charging again for the waffle cone with the dip. So, a $6.99 small is not a $9.48 total, it is a $10.48 total. While I understand it $1, over time with a large family, it is costing us way more. On an ambiance level, I prefer this location to the downtown 5th Avenue location. It is smaller and not as busy. I also swear their ice cream tastes better. Overall, I'd give it a five star rating if they trained their staff appropriately. read more

The Mercato Center in Naples, Florida is home to this Kilwins Ice Cream Chocolate and Fudge location. They serve delectable gelato, chocolates, fudge, and ice cream. When placing your ice cream order, try the waffle cone. The staff is helpful and kind. Although there isn't much seating, you can find a table outside the store. At the center, parking can be a little difficult, so please be patient. read more

The Chocolate are very good and the service was great. We left very happy. Thanks to the owner for being so kind

Truth is Kilwin's is a bit pricey. However the service is top notch. We are greeted with a smile and the staff are always efficient, friendly and professional. I eat the toasted chocolate coconut which they keep in the back. I do wish they would make your scoop a tiny bit bigger for the prices they charge but I do understand that their ice cream is superior to many of their competitors. In season the line can get super long but they work very hard to minimize the wait. This is definitely my go to place when I want to indulge in a special treat. read more

Simply the best! No date night is complete without ice cream! Staff is always very friendly and line moves quick

I personally don't think the ice cream is anything special and it's very expensive but rating 5 star on behalf of my two little ice cream aficionados who always prefer this place over others. The service is always friendly. There is no space to sit indoors but plenty of tables and other seating throughout the Mercado. read more

We were hoping to find some good fudge at Kilwins but we were dissapointed with the selection. The place is cute, it has a nice location atthe Mercato, but it didn't grab me. Merchandise looked piked over in general. I also felt like the staff jumps to you the moment you entered the store while you are still trying to look around and get an idea of what's going on. A tad too aggressive for me! We got a scoop of chocolate ice-cream in a cone, it was just OK, maybe I should have gotten something else, the selection didn't inspire me. Not as creamy as I thought. Cute place, nice seating outside! read more

I love Kilwins and have been to various stores outside of Florida as well as Florida They are consistent in their quality and a danger to my sweet tooth. Ice cream, chocolates, caramel popcorn and my favorite caramel apples are freshly made here. They have fudge and give samples of course. This one is very small but a perfect location. Smack downtown center of Mercato and next to a coffee shop (you gotta have coffee with chocolate) It will do well The staff is friendly and the owners are very sweet and welcoming. They actually act like they want your business unlike some others I have been to. The lack of All stars is that there is a problem with the floor plan. They cramped a lot onto a small space and I fear when full season hits it will be madness trying to get help and just the simple traffic flow. There are 2 entries and it is hard to know how to get help when the staff is at one end where ice cream is offered but you are at the opposite end where the caramel apples are. They need a sign for ordering and may need a ticket number machine to keep track of people coming from both directions They are newly opened so I hope they get all the kinks out soon and thrive as I am glad they are in my neighborhood Btw parking, as usual, is a challenge, all over Mercato so don't be in a rush or get dropped off and send hubby to wait like I did. Don't feel bad for him, I paid him off with a caramel apple. read more

Favorite go-to ice cream shop when I have guests! Quality ice cream, great selection, friendly staff. Pricey. (Side note, they're still charging Collier County local sales tax even though it was repealed 12/31/23.) read more

I was so disappointed at the Kilwins in Port St Lucie. I spent 30 dollars on a bag of taffy, and it tasted old. Almost like I was eating cardboard. I am grateful that I did not buy the fudge to bring home. Sad, to be so expensive and taste so bad read more

Amazing! I recommend the toasted coconut! Super freindly staff. Would make this a daily habit. read more

I love coming to this branch, but this trip really put the cherry on top! My family and I were delighted by the service we received, especially from Charlotte. The ice cream we got were was amazing, especially the 'Strawberry Chunk'! It was very busy inside, but everyone was very kind and kept composure as more people arrived. Overall, we love this place and hope you will too! read more

I absolutely adore Kilwins! The ice cream scoops are so big and the flavors are to die for! the chocolates are definitely worth trying...they are so rich and tasty. But definitely do not leave without getting yourself a piece or two of fudge. It is an absolute delight to your taste buds. One of the best parts about Kilwins is that you can watch them make some sugary concoction In front of you right in the store! It is such a nice place to get a sweet treat with lots of fun delicious flavors to choose from! A delightful place to bring your friends or family! Kilwins gets two thumbs up in my book, I absolutely adore the variety...there is definitlty something for everyone to enjoy! read more

Many ice cream places in the area, and this one is definitely worth visiting. There are plenty of delicious flavors to try from; they taste really fresh and are made with good ingredients. I did not have any fudge or chocolates but everything looked so good. The place was very clean and the staff friendly. read more

Friendly staff, good variety of flavors , a single scoop was actually quite large. Unfortunately I just found the flavor to be blah to non-existent. It's rare that I feel like a. Ice cream just isn't worth finishing . I wanted to like it more. Edit to respond to kind message from owner : I ordered a single chocolate chip with chocolate sprinkles- it's my go to at a new ice cream place to use as a baseline comparison- I love ice cream lol! I ate thru the sprinkle layer and down a little more. read more

Not just ice cream - they have fudge, chocolates, and more! Something for everyone's sweet tooth after dinner or in between shopping. Excellent Service and the most delicious fudge. It literally melts in your mouth. I had never been to a Kilwins before but while visiting my daughter in Naples she told me I had to try it. She craved it so much during her pregnancy I think the staff still remembered her when we visited last Saturday after she had her baby. I'm moving to Franklin Tennessee in a few weeks and I was so excited to find out that their was a franchise store there too. I will definitely be a new regular. read more

Love this place! I'm a 32 yr Naples Resident. I've seen 5th Ave change and grow, & business Come & Go! Yet this place has been here longer than I have! The ice cream & hand made chocolate will give even the the strictest dieter a hard time resisting! There are so many interesting decadent flavors to choice from! My favorite is coconut chocolate chip!! I call it the taste of the tropics! You really have to try It! read more

Delicious ice cream in a waffle cone. We did get an assortment of chocolate to go. It was a very clean nice place that smelled amazing because the guy was making chocolate turtles. He was super nice and I wish I knew his name because he was so helpful with our chocolate selections. Everything was delicious and we will be back hopefully they will be making something again because it really makes the place smell great. read more

We visit the Mercator in Naples location and Kilwins stands out above a competitive ice cream scene in southern FL.

The best ice cream in Florida. Generous size servings. Great selection. Wait staff friendly and knowledgeable of their product

I visited here from Orlando today and stopped in and had some of the best ice cream and fudge I've ever had. Will definitely be back.

Great little chocolate place! Got the Truffles, Chocolate covered caramels & the caramels.

Disappointing visit. Workers overwhelmed with few customers in store. Employee not interested in making a sale when I was there. Won't be back. read more

I would give Kilwins a million stars if I could! First of all, I would like to give a giant shout out to the amazing staff that was there yesterday (3/25/22) Sabrina, Hannah & Ian!!! They were so friendly and helpful. I wanted your caramels, but you ran out the night before. They asked when I needed them then took the time to make/roll them for me. We are visiting Naples and they are by far the most competent and friendly hospitality workers I've experienced here. I honestly cannot say enough about them! As far as your ice cream goes, it is my ALL TIME FAVORITE! And I eat a LOT of ice cream! The chocolate coconut chip is just beyond. The closest Kilwins to my home is over two hours away, but my husband and I make the drive. So worth it! Love your caramels, fudge, caramel apples and other candies as well. Keep up the great work! And one more "THANK YOU" to Sabrina, Hannah & Ian:) read more

Love this place!! Ice cream is some of the best in Naples! I would totally recommend!!

Just Average.. don't get too excited. average prices, average options, typical candy shop.

So proud of this owner operator in the Mercata All the employees wearing masks and using gloves to scoop ice cream. Unlike the Kilwins on 5th Avenue. Restored my faith in the brand and understand that the miserable unsafe 5th Avenue shop is clearly led by a person who does not care about the health and well being of the public nor his own employees. Good luck with this well run spot in Naples north area. read more
