First and foremost we have always been a huge fan of Nothing Bundt cakes. We got them in PA when we lived there for every birthday and holiday. When we moved to Bonita Springs FL we were able to keep having your cakes from the Naples FL store. Besides the quality and taste, The other thing that is super important to us is consistency and until now, your cakes have been consistent and no matter where or when you buy them they are consistently amazing I'm celebrating my 65th birthday and my husband bought me a 10" funfetti cake that we will eat half and typically freeze the other half. They freeze so well. We also like to add crushed unsweetened strawberries to the top which is delicious. So why the lower rating? First it seems like there is not as much cake as usual but more icing. The way we have always had your cakes was a perfect balance of cake to cream cheese frosting . I don't know if you can tell by the picture but there is definitely 20% less cake so I had to remove some of the icing to balance it out. The second issue was the cream cheese icing which we love didn't taste anything like what we have always bought from you. Seems like the cream cheese to sugar ratio was off. We love sweet (what we call tongue tingle icing) but this was over the top. Usually cream cheese icing uses both cream cheese and , butter with the 10X sugar. It just tastes like they cut back on cream cheese and butter and loaded up on sugar. It also left a pretty bad aftertaste. I don't know if the recipe changed or maybe a new baker but we hope it goes back to the lovely delicious cake it always was. I now have to throw out a $42 cake which is disappointing. read more

Great bundt cake bakery. Lots of different flavors. I tried to chocolate chocolate chip which was fantastic. The chocolate chip cake was gluten free, so it was a little denser l, but very good. They come with drizled icing on top. They come in sizes, small is good if ordering a few. They also have minis too in assorted flavors. It is a smaller place and not toomuch room to eat there, more take out. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Prices are good, not overly expensive. Karen Vasquez, the wonderful woman who runs this place, is an absolute angel on earth. During the pandemic of COVID-19, we ordered some cakes for Easter. They were set to arrive by 1pm, but I figured everyone was running behind because we're living through the modern apocalypse. When I called, Karen was delightful and kind to speak with. She assured me she was sorry they were behind but were heading right over, which I totally understood. They went from a staff of around 20, to THREE people during this time. They're working hard and I am so grateful they are still open and delivering! Don't get me wrong-- I LOVEEEE the cakes, but truthfully the level of service is what brings me back every time. I honestly rarely leave reviews, but this place is absolutely worth recommending. My wife and I went to order several cakes and there was a problem with one of the cakes getting switched from Vanilla to Lemon on accident. It was one of those simple mistakes that sometimes just happens and is not anyones fault, however, Nothing Bundt Cakes went above and beyond with their customer service. They absolutely blew me away with their generosity, kindness, and appreciation. They bent over backwards to apologize over a very small issue and show that they truly care about their business. This is very refreshing in today's world and I can't recommend Nothing Bundt Cake enough. I will go out of my way now just to buy from here. Also, these cakes are absolutely delicious!!! The location I frequented up north now has changed their bundlets, from big, thick lines of frosting to the skinny lines I see in Naples. With so little frosting, these cakes are now "meh" at best, so I will be getting better desserts elsewhere. Too bad.
