I tried it again for the first time in a while and I'm sad I came. An employee was incredibly rude to me and said "No. No. No no no. That one is closed. It's full of water!" He used an incredibly rude tone of voice and then walked away very quickly before I could even respond. He was also out of uniform so I couldn't even see his name tag. While I was getting my dessert I noticed him being rude to his coworker (who was also out of uniform) and to other patrons. It's sad that he is how this establishment is being represented. I hope they do something about the employee attitudes so I can enjoy coming here again...
