Iced matcha latte with SF Lavender cold foam & almond milk (10/10)

This is one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to, so happy they opened here in Naples. I kid you not the staff is so friendly and always helpful, smiley and cheery, it is so refreshing. I go there all the time now for their iced matchas! (Super yummy). The place has a bunch of coffee and SF syrup options and seems to be well maintained with a clean environment. Would highly recommend!

The girl who took our order was extremely rude. I didn't even complete my order because of her extreme attitude. Very off-putting.

Got the peach iced matcha. Wasn't very good, could taste the grittiness, and had weak matcha flavor.

Went and asked for a medium coffee. It took 10 minutes for them to get it to me and it tasted like hot water. Won't be back

Just some constructive feedback from an outside perspective…read more The interview process may benefit from having someone else lead or co-lead that portion. As a frequent customer, I've observed the interviews multiple times, and it appears the focus often shifts away from truly evaluating the candidates. The interview dynamic seems heavily centered on the interviewer, which makes it difficult to assess the actual qualities, strengths, and potential of the people being interviewed. In several cases, I've personally known strong candidates--young women with excellent work ethic, positive attitudes, relevant experience, professionalism, and engaging personalities--who were not selected, despite being genuinely well-suited for the role. From what I've observed, the structure of the interviews doesn't consistently allow space for candidates to fully present themselves or for meaningful social and professional cues to be recognized. As a result, the interview outcome may not reflect the quality of the candidates as accurately as it could. Having a different interviewer--or adding a second, more candidate-focused voice--could significantly improve the selection process and help ensure that strong talent is truly seen and evaluated.

They also offer a food menu that includes wraps, flatbreads, salads and more. Only negative is that they use styrofoam for the cups. Would prefer they used waxed paper cups, at least those degrade faster. But saying that, you can buy editable straws!

Lovely floral and holiday decor, great cheese and grab-to-go options. Competitive prices overall and deals. Shelves are well stocked and the staff is extremely helpful. First, the customer service is lacking. Most of the time, associates don't acknowledge me at all when I walk up. I usually end up standing there for about five minutes before anyone even says anything, and then it takes additional time for them to get ready to make the sandwich. It just doesn't feel welcoming. The process itself is also all over the place. Sometimes associates ask what I'd like, other times I have to jump in and tell them. I recently found out sandwiches can be toasted--no one had ever mentioned that before. Some associates spread condiments, others don't. There's no standard, which makes the experience confusing every time I visit. Another issue is that no one wears a name badge, so there's no way to recognize or thank someone who does a good job--or even know who helped you. Pricing is probably the most frustrating part. The sign clearly says there's a $5.99 meal deal that includes chips and a drink, and that the sandwich alone is $4.99. However, every time I order, I'm either charged $5.99 just for the sandwich or $4.99 plus extra for chips and a drink. It never rings up the same way twice, and no one explains why. It feels misleading and confusing. Overall, the experience feels disorganized. Between the lack of acknowledgment, inconsistent preparation, missing name tags, and unclear pricing, it just doesn't feel like a welcoming or well-managed environment. I'd really like to keep coming here regularly, but something needs to change.
