For my toppings, I was seeking a high protein focused meal so I opted for avocado, bacon and eggs (hard boiled). And to that, I added the (warm) fire roasted chicken with the honey musted dressing. That's a problem when fish tacos are one of your popular dishes. On the bright side, our waitress was nice and attentive. No complaints on the service front. The cozy atmosphere lives up to the farm to table vibe they're going for. The Verdict: The Local delivers a decent lunch with good service and fresh ingredients.
