We had the breakfast sandwiches and they were delicious. Everyone was so nice, and our meal came out quickly.

I thought the prices for arepas, quesadillas and mega bowls were quite high ranging from $12.

Nutshell: if you are a person who enjoys quality good, not fancy, just properly executed, you will hate this place. Waiter says, "we are known for our onion rings, you have to have those." Well, I enjoy a quality onion ring, so let's do it. Absolutely a huge mistake. Calling them greasy is an understatement. There was also not a lick of seasoning on them. They tasted of bland grease. Also, any server suggesting a gigantic basket of onion rings to two normally sized people is a jerk. Even if the batter wasn't shattered off half of them, it would have been a waste. The burger suffered from the same fatal flaw. I cannot recall ever eating a burger with less flavor. Zero salt and pepper and swimming in so much grease, the bottom bun collapsed upon pick up. This isn't an exaggeration. Flavorless. The lobster roll at least had some lobster, but again, just mid. Salt and pepper escapes them. I cannot stress enough that you should not eat here. My meal was free with the Platinum Rest credit, and I'm still angry about it.

I had an iced coffee, my cousin had an iced matcha, and both were great. The two men working behind the counter made the experience even better. It's located just off Route 41, and had plenty of convenient off-street parking. I believe the owner was the person who served us at the counter and made our coffee drinks. I ordered a cappuccino that was properly made, featuring a bold coffee flavor and served in a ceramic mug--very satisfying. For sweet treats, we tried their beignets: my wife chose the fruit-filled one, and I went for the chocolate-filled. Both were delicious and perfect with our coffee. The owner was incredibly friendly and even gave me a mandolin pastry to sample. This one was also chocolate-filled and hit the spot. We enjoyed our coffee and desserts at the tables outside. That really gave us the French bistro vibe. Well done, Carole!

I can't believe these reviews, it's like as if they've never dined here before!!…read more This is my favorite restaurant on isle of capri!! It's the cutest, coziest spot inside. You walk in and they have someone playing the guitar walking around the restaurant and nice music on, it really feels like you teleported and went somewhere other than Florida. Food is absolutely to die for!! Everything we're had there is so good, I mean clear the plate good. Delicious! The wine selection is also amazing. The service is great, they have always been attentive and nice. We've brought our baby with us each time and it's always no problem. Don't even look at the reviews, just know this place is a 5/5 and deserves a way better score! I'll be coming here time and time again! Never disappoints! The lasagna was sooo rich and creamy. The gnocchi tasted so fresh and the sauce was so good. The lamb was melt in your mouth!

STAFF RUDE, TERRIBLE, FOOD OVERPRICED and TASTELESS -RUN away from this restaurant…read more We recently had dinner here party of 12 and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we sat down, the staff seemed unhappy, angry and unwelcoming. Our waiter (a young male who never even introduced himself) had a noticeably poor attitude and didn't really listen to what we were saying. One person in our group clearly stated he would cover the first round of drinks, but the waiter cut him off with "ok, ok" and didn't seem to pay attention. When the bill came, he charged the same person for both the first and second rounds. When this was pointed out, he responded with attitude and argued instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. The food didn't make up for the service either. The pasta was dry and honestly not enjoyable--especially disappointing for a $33 dish. It lacked flavor, and the sausage was very poor quality. To top it off, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill, which felt undeserved given the level of service we received. Overall, not a place I would recommend. There are plenty of better options out there.

After my experience on Thursday, February 12th, that's over. At 6:05 PM, I placed a small online order (mozzarella sticks, a calzone, and a sandwich) through their website, as I always do. Estimated pickup: 29 to 34 minutes. I arrived at 6:41 with my wife and kids in the car. Food wasn't ready, but "five more minutes." Fine. Five turned into twenty. Twenty turned into forty. During that time, I watched the staff take phone orders and quote every customer "20 to 25 minutes," no matter the order size. When I asked what the holdup was, the staff, who were genuinely doing their best, explained that new kitchen staff were struggling. My son was starving, so I left to grab him food elsewhere and came back about 30 minutes later, confident my order would be waiting. It wasn't. At 7:35 PM, ninety minutes after placing a three-item order, nothing was ready. I asked the staff why they were still quoting 20-minute turnarounds when the reality was 90+ minutes. I suggested they pause online ordering to let the kitchen recover. They told me the owner, Jared Grifoni, has instructed them to keep online orders on and to continue telling customers 20 minutes, despite knowing the kitchen is nowhere close to meeting that timeline. That's not a bad night. That's a policy decision to mislead customers for the sake of revenue. I requested a refund. As it was being processed, two of my three items finally came out. When the staff asked the kitchen about the last item, the answer was: "I have no idea when we'll get to that." I left at 7:46 PM, one hour and forty-one minutes after ordering. To be clear: the staff on the floor that night are not to blame. They were put in a no-win situation and handled it as well as anyone could. The issue is ownership making a conscious choice to overload the kitchen, deceive customers about wait times, and let the staff absorb the fallout. When I arrived, the restaurant was nearly full. When I left, it was almost empty. I won't be adding myself to either count again.
