After doing a google search for "pastries" this cafe came up. It is off the beaten track in an industrial park and well worth the search. Immediately upon entering Danny greeted us and welcomed us to the cafe. The case in front was filled with croissants and fresh breads and amazing looking desserts. We ordered the almond croissant which was served warm. It was delicious. The soft texture of the dough and the crunch of the almonds was divine. We each ordered a Vietnamese coffee, one hot and one cold and they were outstanding. We shared the Bahn mi sandwich which was served on cafe baked baguette. It was enough to share and packed with flavor. Sweet crunch of fresh veggies and a kick of spice. The staff was warm and welcoming and we wished we could eat more! Will definitely return. We've Pho beef Roast duck sandwich I found both on the sweet side but tolerable. Good quality beef but overcooked. Hong Kong, New York and Saigon serve the beef raw, or half raw, let the customer to push the rest of the beef into the hot soup or eat half raw, which is always renderer. The bread is heaven, and the sandwich is yummy. We're the second table at 11:15. By the time we leave at 12, half the tables are occupied. Sorry to share an honest review-- we were disappointed. It's hard to spend money and trash what you purchased. Noises: loud toys buzzing. Odors: pink strong chemicals stinky stuff sprayed on tables: vinegar is safer. Staff: too close & touching customers. Odd "hairs" in food. Burger is like a formerly frozen patty from a bulk grocery bag. Too many allergens, additives in foods. The desserts were good so that's the 2 stars. Hope this helps. read more

Came here for breakfast and happy to see that there are a lot of options: Vietnamese and French, both sweet and savory. The Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk is overly sweet - next time I'd probably only use 1/2 condensed milk. The chocolate croissant was served warm - it was good. The shrimp dumpling tastes like there are bamboo shoots and steamed from frozen as it was little soggy - I'd probably skip this next time. If this is a homemade recipe, perhaps switch out the bamboo with maybe chopped water chestnut(?). The special Banh mi favor is really great - I'd probably ask to see if it's possible to upgrade to double meat / pate with a bit more jalapeños next time. Latte was ok. The display case of desserts and pastries look amazing. Can't wait to return to try their lunch/ dinner offerings and try every pastry/dessert at least once. read more

Saigon to Paris is an amazing little gem in south Naples. It's even better at Christmas Time with all the decorations. Danny & Emy are amazing cooks! they kept the traditional receipt's of Vietnamese and French. I love most of the card from Cassoulet to Mix board to Escargots and more. Their wine card is excellent with some Saint Emilion Grand Cru and Chateauneuf du Pape. The Pho is also delicious, the French music excellent and the kitchen and place VERY clean and maintained. The staff is always happy and nice with all people, very kind. Overall, one of my best little hidden restaurant of Naples. read more

This is not about the food or service. Both were good and just ok. My review is something all should be aware of. We dine out a LOT over the many years. Spoke to the owner and I strongly disagree with him about a charge on my bill that I saw after leaving there yesterday. And it isn't any longer about the $5.15 charge. It's the arrogance to do something like this. I'm positive you've never heard of this before. The charge read DINER SPLIT. So I told him we didn't request that we share an entree or that you should split it for us. She had the Duck noodle soup and I had the 4 steamed/stuffed buns. He said I work in the kitchen and my staff reports to me if they see someone eating another persons dish, even if just tasting. I explained to him that we want to each see what the other ordered. And my wife couldn't eat the pasta on the bowl b and asked if I'd like it as she can't have it. I ate what was left in the broth. He said that's a SHARE! I told him I've never heard of that. He said it's ON THE MENU! But I've never heard of that. In all our years. Not about the money. But I and all my friends will not give you the business as I was going to. He said I instructed my staff to let me know who's sharing.....Can you believe this? So to the diners who are reading this before heading there, in addition to the 4% charge if using a credit card, he's also charging you not for SHARING an entree, but TASTING it. Totally unfair. So now will give a one star but he's not deserving of our business now or yours. And who knows what other charges are coming down the pike. Had to let you know of the unfair practice of this owner. With respect to entrees I either like or not, will not get into a really bad review. But for unfair charges especially what he thinks is sharing an entree...he's got it all wrong. You may or may not agree but had to at least let you know. Most would just ignore it and not come back. But wanted you to look at your bill and refuse to pay it. Had I seen that $5.15 charge, I would not have given it. Had to let you know this. In response to the owner, I thought I was getting all my steamed buns together and her soup at the same time. I never asked to have one before the other. That was a misunderstanding on your part. The server decided to not bring out all at once, I told her that's what I was having. Again, the 4 buns in total was all I wanted. Her dish was what I tasted as she tasted the buns I had. I mentioned my wife doesn't eat pasta, so I finished the vermicelli and the two pieces of duck in the bowl. Now into cleaning dishes etc.? You won't be in business long if you do that. I was here in hurry. I really want to try their French cuisine. Since my time is limited with my visit. I only have 40 minutes, the waitress suggested I go with Vietnamese cuisine for easier to prepare. I did go with her suggestion. I got the combination pho and the Vietnamese coffee. The pho come with good bowl presentation with veggies on plate and cover the bowl to keep the soup hot temperature. I like it. The pho do have a lot ingredients. But I think the price is at high side. The noodle quantity is a bit small. Service is good. I do get out of the restaurant less than 35 minutes before my meeting. Very sharp waitress response. Yikes. I rarely give one star reviews but this place deserves it. We came late on a weeknight and the place was 2/3 empty but the server wouldn't let us sit at one of the many empty four tops (just in case they had a huge rush of business, which of course didn't happen). We were the last ones to enter that night and everyone else left about 10 minutes after we sat down. The place was empty. We ordered wine, three apps and entrees and asked them to spread them out, but of course they came out almost immediately, one on top of the other because we were the only ones there and I guess the chef wanted to be done for the night or something. And of course we were stuck at a small two top so there was never enough room, so each time they had to ask us to finish the last bites of the previous dish to make room for the next dish. The la croix cabernet was terrible and stupid me didn't google it until after I found out it tasted horrible. The first two review sites that popped up gave it a 3.3 and a 3.2. If you owned a small (French!) restaurant with a very small wine list wouldn't you check out the wines and make sure they're at least pretty good? In my opinion all the food was mediocre at best, except for the chicken cordon bleu, which was undercooked. I called the server over, showed it to her and told her I didn't want another one (because I was grossed out). She went into the kitchen to tell the chef and he never came out to say sorry or to offer something else. We left all the rest of the food and the wine and asked for the check. Of course the chicken was still on the bill. If you don't want a bad review, make things right when a customer points out problems. I won't be surprised if this place is gone in the near future. I'd like to think of myself as a banh mi connoisseur and this cafe is the real deal. I live in Fort Lauderdale and stopped by this place last year by searching for banh mi while at the Zoo. Today I tried the Vietnamese banh mi and it was DELICIOUS. My girlfriend had the Paris Normandy sandwich which is so buttery and good. The ham is salty and perfect. My kids were craving some home style food since they were sick, so we stopped here for some Vietnamese to-go food and coffee. We don't typically have very high standards for Vietnamese food outside of the cultural centers in San Jose, Bolsa, etc, but this place really disappointed. The iced coffee was only 70% full. We ordered a pork bun to go, and it was fridge-cold when we received it. We asked for it to be heated up (microwave would have been ok), but were told there would be an extra charge. Clearly the owners have no sense of customer service. We felt very nickeled-and-dimed. If the food quality was there, we could have overlooked some of these deficiencies, but between the small coffee portions and poor tasting bun, it was a very disappointing experience. This is located in a light industrial area and has a chain link fence around it. You will probably ask yourself if you are in the right place. The inside is cute and they have some outdoor seating. We ordered several take out items that varied a lot. If you are familiar with Vietnamese food and you love it because it is so flavorful, then you will probably be disappointed with the Vietnamese part of the menu. In general, all of the Vietnamese food was a less flavorful version of other Vietnamese food I've had. The spring rolls were very fresh tasting and the accompanying peanut sauce was good. The crispy pork banh mi was on a baguette so it was large, but it didn't have much flavor and was fairly greasy. The Chèvre Chaud salad was very good. The duck confit with the garlic potatoes was also very good. Later I had a different banh mi and it was better than the crispy pork banh mi. The BBQ Pork bun was ok. We are lovers of Vietnamese food and we are beyond happy we found this restaurant. We have eaten in all the Vietnamese restaurants in Ft Meyers and none is as authentic as Saigon to Paris. We had a pork Banh Mi, duck Banh Mi and duck soup, and bread pudding ( the absolute best!) for lunch. All were outstanding. My husband and I haven't stopped talking about the food since we were there. The only regret I have is we didn't get take out and have it for dinner. So, Vietnamese Pho with great French pastries and sandwiches. We tried the sweet buns with ground pork. Add a tad of Hoisen sauce. The Merguez frites a classic Parisian street food baguette sandwich was excellent with a nice mild semi-sweet heat. The Pho my wife had was... well... let's just say I could drink 2 5gal buckets of that broth! Forget the rice noodles and meatballs... just give me that insanely good broth! Alright you guys, my friends are going to hate me for getting word out about this secret Naples gem- but as a 7 year Elite Yelper- it's my job! Don't hate the player- hate the game... This place is located in the industrial backroads area and you look at it and think it's not a restaurant. No one will sit you down, so just pick out a seat. I know after this review goes up, there may not be empty seats anymore... or you may have to start putting in a reservation. Well, sometimes I call an order in... The food here is full of flavor and so plentiful! The menu at the time of this review is two pages and two pieces of paper stapled together. There is a wine and drink menu. The food is mostly Vietnamese and French. Why? Because the owner is originally from Viet Nam, but was trained in France as a pastry chef. He is talented my friends, and he's sharing his masterpieces with us. I love their pho- it comes in a huge bowl and is full of savory soup, yummy rice noodles and herbs and veggies. You can also get meats added. Don't forget the Vietnamese coffee. It's cute and sweet and so tasty! When I get a to go order, I get the lychee boba milk tea. The best! And don't leave without a delicious pastry or two for breakfast the next day. The tiramisu is to.die.for. Oh, and did I mention it's cheap? A large bowl of pho, a milk tea and a pastry for $22 out the door! They also have amazing breakfast food. The quiche is the best I've had- flakey crust and delicious cheeses. If you can't decide on what to eat Saigon to Paris cafe is a multicultural bakery and restaurant that serves french and vietnamese cuisine. Driving up was a little confusing. It's not located in a typical shopping plaza. More like a warehouse district. But it wasn't hard to find. Just use your gps. The front of the store had a beautiful row of pots filled with fresh herbs. I came in here with a party of 10. I think they were a little nervous with the amount of people that came in at once. But I really want to congragulate them on handling my party so well because the space was a bit snug for that many people. The food was excellent, including presentation. Everything we tried was well thought and prepared by a professional chef thats certainly passionate about food. The crispy pork was delicious. The roasted duck noodles was plated beautifully and placed on top of the bowl of noodle soup so it didn't get soggy. The salmon quiche is exquisite, it's light and airy and filled with flavour. I didn't try the bao but my friend said it was very good. The service was phenomenal...I was hoping to grab a almond croissant on my way out but they ran out by the time we finished lunch. Im a little sad I didn't get to try one. But thats another reason for me to come back. The only issue I noticed was the flies. I know its hard to keep them out. Everytime someone would walk through the door they would follow them in. I mean the food is that good even the flies want some. I'm not bothered by it ...but if you are one of those people that are..please don't give them a lower rating because of that. It would be ridiculous since im noting this. One more thing I wanted to mention.... is that I'm really sorry to the owner about my party. They were a little aggressive with picking at your basil garden. I'm very embarrassed that they did that. Ate tonight at their Port of the Everglades location. They are open for dinner and was blown away by the food. We had the escargot, pork and duck steamed buns, foie gras tarchon, and lamb. It was all incredible. Everything was seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend, we were staying at the hotel but would absolutely make the 45 minute drive to eat here. It was around 2ish, but the restaurant was pretty packed. We opted to seat outdoor patio, and it was lovely. Although it was kinda windy, it all worked out. We ordered pho and roasted duck with rice plate. Pho had good flavor, good portion size. Roasted duck was delicious, although duck portion was a little smaller than I thought, it was decent amount.
