    an omelet, toast, and sandwich

Cute place in an outdoor mall. They have inside and porch (outside) seats. Very basic menu. Service was good. Food was basic, fairly boring and super pricey. My omelet with hard dry toast, was $18. It wasn't particularly good either. My husband had a salad with steak and did enjoy that more than I did mine. Wouldn't come back. But it was convenient for today as we were on foot from our hotel.

Idk if this is worth over $50 dollars O_o

Ok so I like trying new places. I just got off of work. I'm hungry and tired. I decided to try this place out since it was right around the corner. I ordered an omelette with the works, bacon added, and cuban toast. I also ordered the 3 eggs over easy breakfast with the works, bacon added and cuban toast. I got an additional 4 empanadas. One of each. And 2 bagels with cream cheese which also came with a bag of chips. Yes, this sounds like a lot, but when I opened each box the portions were so small. And instead of 3 over easy eggs I only got 1. Bummer. My fault for not checking my food before leaving. Like I stated, I got out of work at 8am and I just wanted to go home, eat, and go to bed. The empanadas were delicious. I don't know if it was worth over $50 though. Well, I tried. I would recommend the empanadas for sure. Everything else..... Well, that's up to the public.

Visitng naples and was walking the mall when we stopped to have some coffee. The Cafe con Leche was amazing. Must try the chicken and beef empanadas! Very good! Chicken is delicious!

We had the most perfect afternoon at the new Argentinian cafe!! It is so much more than a cafe...not just coffee and baked goodies but a good spread of delightful breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I loved starting off with a Bellini right next to beautiful fountain. Then we moved on to authentic freshly made Argentinian empanadas--beef is my personal fave. Then, thankfully I was able to share so I could experience 2 of the best must-have sandwiches. The Santa Fe Milanesa and the Lomito were fantastic. I had a little guidance or what to choose since one of our friends is Argentinian and she was absolutely right. The Santa Fe Milanesa (we chose chicken) is lightly breaded. The Lomita is a juicy beef tenderloin topped with an egg. I can't wait to go back!!! This is just the place that Waterside Shops needed!

Overpriced for nothing. For a mall like Waterside and the shops that are there , I think we deserve a much better restaurant.

We were driving from Tampa to Miami and came across Acopia while planning a coffee stop. It was only a few miles off I-75, making it an easy detour, and we're so glad we found it. From the moment we walked in, everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. It's a local, family-owned business, and you can immediately tell they care deeply about quality and creating a place where people enjoy spending time. The coffee was outstanding. We love quality pour overs to enjoy the flavors of the beans and we especially loved trying the Ombligón coffee - something new that we'd never had before. It was incredibly delicious and a unique flavor profile. Learning that their coffee is single-origin from Colombia and that they maintain a relationship with the very farm that grows their beans made us appreciate it even more. It's not every day you find a coffee shop with that level of connection to its source. The café itself is clean and beautiful. There are many thoughtful details throughout the space, from the artwork to the décor that celebrates their Colombian heritage. It feels authentic, warm, and inviting. Music is great too! Even the chairs were unique and surprisingly comfortable, making it a place you'd happily spend an afternoon. It's also a very family-friendly space - i saw games and books for children to enjoy. There is also plenty of tables to do work and a room in the back for privacy. Based on another review, we ordered a slice of the gluten-free, sugar-free chocolate cake, and it was rich, moist, and delicious-- hard to believe it was both gluten-free and sugar-free. Our drinks and cake were ready in about five minutes, which was impressive considering the quality. If you're in Naples--or just passing through on I-75 and looking for a coffee stop that's actually worth making - you won't regret stopping at Acopia. It's the kind of local business that's easy to root for, and we'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area.

At first, I was confused because there was no staff present. Someone finally arrived after 9:00, but no tables had been set up, there were no trash cans available, and there wasn't a place nearby to dispose of garbage. When we approached the truck, we were told we couldn't order until approximately 9:20 because they weren't ready. To make matters worse, they were completely out of cold brew. This wasn't announced on Instagram and wasn't indicated anywhere on the menu. Several people in line left once they found out. The person I was with ended up not ordering anything because they had specifically come for the cold brew, and I couldn't get any tea bc it's insane they only have those two choices for iced tea, especially in Florida. We ordered cinnamon rolls, but they were served cold. There were no napkins provided or up front when she gave us the COLD cinnamon rolls. The only iced tea options available were black tea and Earl Grey. One of my friends ordered an iced matcha and received it in a hot beverage cup. After a few minutes, the cup became so soft that it felt like it was about to fall apart. However, we noticed one of the owners drinking a cold drink out of their typical iced cold cup. What really stood out was the attitude of the employee working in the truck. She seemed annoyed by customers' disappointment regarding the lack of cold brew and the limited iced tea drink options. Rather than addressing concerns professionally, her attitude made the experience even more frustrating. Based on the service alone--and the overall disorganization--I would not return. The entire operation felt unprepared and chaotic. Very disappointing.

While here, my wife and I both ordered some smoothies. I can't recall the ones we had but they were memorable because we have always said, "next time back in Naples, we are returning here". A year later, we kept to our word and returned.... still delicious. Now it's been quite a few years since our last visit; even the location of the smoothie shop/stand was relocated but I had no worries the smoothies would still be great. No one was in line but we also noticed no one at the counter taking orders or making smoothies... no big deal, we waited for a moment. Now others are in line behind us and my wife was going to walk over to the main store and ask if anyone is available but then a girl appeared from a door to a back area.... With about 8 other people behind us at this point she didn't even acknowledge the line... the lady behind us yelled if anyone was able to take an order. She gestured one moment with her hands but was cutting fruit. Another girl came into the smoothie shop and also did not acknowledge the line.... With 8 other people in line, the lady behind us gave up and walked away. We were going to yell over to the girls (both cutting and/or prepping something else) but we were just annoyed at this point and figured it's just not worth it. Maybe an off day but poor service can sure ruin an experience....
