I've been to Acopio a handful of times now and still appreciate their clean, cozy, and energetic atmosphere... and their empanadas... and their coffees (drip and cappuccino)... and their service. So yes, there's a lot to love! But man-- it really hit me how expensive they are. They're good at what they do, but there's comparable spots that have a more balanced price point. I tried their Nikki's Breakfast and while good, it was smaller than expected and not something I'm willing to pay the price for again. Glad I tried. Will continue to go, but probably just for coffees and empanadas. read more

We spent a few hours here killing time before we could check into our Airbnb, and it turned out to be such a great find. The vegetarian arepas were delicious and filling. The service was amazing...genuinely warm and attentive. We also tried the berry jam iced coffee, which was surprisingly delicious and really unique. It's sweetened with whole berry jam and works so well. The hot chocolate was a hit with the kids, especially with the fresh whipped cream. We sampled a few Colombian snacks too and enjoyed all of them. A perfect spot to relax, snack, and recharge. highly recommend. read more

Being a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I'm always on the hunt for places that source specialty coffee from unique places. I was recommended a Pink Bourbon variety medium roast. I typically go for lighter roast coffees, but went with the recommendation of the barista. They were welcoming and appreciated my enthusiasm for unique coffee, explaining to me the nuances between their offerings. The coffee exceeded all expectations, and if I'm ever back in town I will be heading straight here for the coffee and the ambiance too! read more

Really cute cafe and friendly staff! I came here for 2 iced coffees to go. I got an iced dirty chai with almond milk and an iced vanilla latte for my friend. My friend really liked her drink. Mine was okay, it didn't mix great so I felt like it was mainly dairy. I would definitely come back though and try a different drink next time. read more

This is one of the best coffee places in the world. I have traveled the world and am a lover of good coffee. This place is at the top of the list. The breakfast /lunch menu is full of healthy yummy items. However, the staff is the highlight above the wonderful coffee and goodies. The entire staff are delightful. Sweet, earthy, tart, and so smooth. Every sip felt like a dessert and a caffeine boost in one. For food, I went with a chicken empanada, beef empanada, and pan de bono--and I have no regrets. The empanadas were perfectly crisp on the outside with juicy, seasoned fillings that instantly took me back to the streets of Medellín. The pan de bono? Soft, cheesy, slightly chewy--basically comfort in bread form. What I love most is that everything tastes like it was made with love--and you can feel that the second you walk in. From the maps of Colombia on the wall to the option of eight different brewing methods, they've really thought through every detail. It's not just a café, it's a cultural expression. There's WiFi, great vibes, and the owner is usually there helping out, which makes it feel like a true family-run space. Service is always warm and welcoming. Only thing I'd wish for? The food was delicious ~ I was in the mood for something simple, wholesome, and FILLING so I got a cheese arepa and a Colombian hot chocolate and it was incredible! This is one of those places where I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I say this because I've been to a lot of coffee shops - some have amazing people working there, others have world class coffee, and yet others have the perfect atmosphere. It's really hard to make all of these things happen together and yet places do it and deserve a perfect rating. What made this place stand out is the passion of not only the coffee but of the origin, and home town, and what it stands for. Specifically, I noticed the interactions of the owner with customers the first time and it was really great to see. He greeted everyone, treated each person in a special way. Even for me, he brought out my drink and gave me some chocolate samples to try and then waved good bye as we were leaving. I'll pause there for a moment. The latte I got was off the charts fantastic. I know they talk about sourcing the best Colombian coffee, which I normally don't go for, but this changed my mind but also made me think about that latte most of the morning after we left. Later in the day, we came back so I can pick up a bag of coffee, try an arepa, and get another latte. The same lady took our order. She was wonderful both times and very engagement and interactive with my daughter and with me. As we waited for the arepa, I walked over to the map on the wall. I love maps and geography. The owner noticed and came over and started explaining where the coffee came from, where he came from, what it was like and the entire connection to Naples. It was not only fascinating but so nice of him to take time to explain everything and his passion for what he does. I know he rubbed off on me and I hope others get to meet him because this sort of kindness and passion is really needed in this world and it makes everyone around us better people. And with that said, the arepa was excellent and the ambiance and atmosphere was perfect for this setting. read more

First, they are so so friendly. The coffee is great too. I usually order an iced americano with a little coconut milk. They bring out the milk separately so you can tell them exactly how much you want in it. It's a very warm and inviting space with plenty of seating. It is on the pricey side for coffee, but I keep going back because of the service and quality. read more

The employees are so sweet and explain everything so well, this was my first time here and I'll definitely be back! Only downside: they need better signage for visibility; I found them on Yelp but the spot is hard to see from the parking lot. read more

Coffee, food, and ambiance are all amazing. The only issue is that it takes a good bit of time for coffee and food to come out. Expect to spend a good amount of time in the cafe, just waiting. Personally, I'm okay with it because the coffee, chocolate and food are all worth the wait. I find Acopio to be a great place to catch up with friends and family, or even to work in a fun atmosphere. This isn't the place to go if you are in a hurry for a quick cup of takeaway coffee. You should go for an actual experience that is really worth it! read more

We love trying local places. I will say the customer service here was outstanding! The young lady at the counter was helpful explaining the menu, concepts, ingredients, etc. I opted to try something new which was the Sparkling Coffee. It sounded different and man was it different. My partner had the Berries Coffee. It was not good. Maybe we just ordered weird. The spot is cute and cozy. I would definitely try something again. read more

Best coffee in Naples and a great coffee destination of the six I visited. They serve Colombian coffee in a beautiful establishment, thought fully laid out and colorful. Two guys were the baristas and servers. They worked swiftly and were interested in meeting your needs to the highest degree. It was a little difficult to locate by GPS (basically across from Hilton at Pine Ridge Rd). All varieties of coffee drinkers were here, those working on laptops to retirees or mom groups visiting. I enjoyed my iced latte service with a great pumpkin muffin and will be recommending it to everyone. read more

This excellent coffee+ shop just opened last week, and we're glad we stumbled across it today looking for an afternoon fix. In addition to traditional coffee and food offerings, they have some very unique and enticing options in both categories. It's tucked into an office park, with plenty of open parking in the adjacent lot. The entrance is directly off the sidewalk, and the decor is very well done. The staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic, and we are hopeful for their success. This will be our new go-to coffee shop, and look forward to trying their more substantial food menu for breakfast and lunch. Very highly recommend! read more
