When you infuse nitrogen into coffee, it creates a very creamy and foamy head without milk! Other experts even said, nitrogen slow down oxidation and kept the coffee fresh longer! Today, I ordered hot cinnamon latte. Shots of their Espresso with Moon Milk and oat milk with cinnamon is my second favorite. A chocolate croissant and sips of cinnamon latte made my afternoon break complete! Ambiance is very cozy and relaxed. Both inside and outside tables are available. So I ordered a the Kona and Jamaican. I can honestly say I was skeptical about not buying from a local roaster. After grinding it and using my V60, I tell by the initial bloom this was going to be amazing. When i finishes the pour over, the coffee was amazing. Kudos to you and your company. To those that read this, If you haven't tried this coffee you're truly missing out on some great beans.

We also appreciate the 2 for one margaritas and beer. The shrimp dishes always meet our expectations, as was the case today. But the blackened grouper on my sandwich was overcooked and on the dry side. Our friends got the fish and chips and unfortunately the same was true of their dishes. Maybe it was a less than stellar day for the cook. Either way, we will be back, but will stick with the shrimp!
