Found this when serving for a nearby coffee shop. It was a little confusing to find because I thought it would be tied to the back parking lot but it didn't look like it. But when I walked in I was immediately welcomed by one of the servers! Everything about this place is my definition of perfection!! Not only is the coffee amazing but the service is even better. I was looking for a coffe shop I could walk too while on vacation here and found Perk and Brew. I ordered a Cafe Latte with almond milk and SF hazelnut. It was SO good. The workers there also asked me if it was how I liked it or if they needed to add more syrup. Going the extra mile like this for customer satisfaction really made them stand out to me. I've been trying to get to Perk & Brew for a while now. It's their hours that's been a challenge. I was finally ready to wait until their opened at 9am on a Sunday. That's a bit late for me and I'm sure others who need their caffeine earlier in the morning will pop across the street to the green siren people or the donut people. Today, I was here at 8:55 and they opened the doors at 9:00. A very nice woman took my order at the counter and brought my "black eye" to me at my table outside. Perfect coffee. There are a half dozen covered tables outside and while the ground has a slight slope, it's still comfortable. Being next to busy Cape Coral Blvd is a concern but there are some trees between the road and the restaurant so I didn't need to be concerned about a crazy driver. Nice to be trusted and pay later. WARNING this is one of the Cape Coral restaurants that punishes patrons for using a credit card, by charging a 3% "service fee". The service was good, the food was very good. It is a nice place all in all. But the service fee charge is a big turn off. The amount wasn't much, but I really dislike money grabbing Managment. Will they soon be charging if you want to use their bathroom? Or charge for using salt & pepper? What a delightful spot in downtown Cape Coral! Came here to get a little work done prior to a meeting and was delighted. With the name, I had envisioned a casual, order at the counter coffee shop. Not so! They do have a chalk menu board with coffee beverages, but you can also sit down and they have full blown menus as well. The menus are laid out directly on the table so simply find a table (seat yourself) and give it a gander. My server was lovely and made several coffee recommendations. I went with the milano mocha (yes...a flavor reminiscent of Pepperidge Farm milano cookies!). It was solid (espresso wasn't quite as strong as I usually go for, but good none-the-less). I was able to snag a booth in the back, which worked out perfectly for my business meeting. They also have some tables with outlet access if you're looking to get a little work done. After my meeting, I decided to get a bite and ordered one of their special quiches of the day (pesto, sun dried tomatoes, and goat cheese--yes, please!). It came out piping hot and delicious with a side of fresh fruit (which was also incredibly fresh and delicious). Beyond that the prices were reasonable and the service was top notch! While visiting area came here on a yelp review. The service was so slow with only two people serving the whole place. We ordered and asked for water which arrived @ 20 minutes later. I had the pleasure of exploring Cape Coral for a few days this past week and so happy I landed upon this super solid spot! I was starving after a run and Yelp led me here. Not only do they have a killer coffee menu, but also a nice selection of breakfast and lunch items. I decide to build my own egg sandwich on an everything bagel and ordered a traditional macchiato to sip. You can order at the bar for items to go, get delivery or takeout via Yelp, or be seated and have table service which is the route I opted for. The service was super friendly and my meal really hit the spot! They have ample seating both inside and out. I found a parking spot right in front of the shop no problem. Perk and Brew, my favorite coffee shop probably in Cape Coral. Why? I have been coming here for business meanings for the last 3 years. I have seen Perk and Brew grow from a small family-owned coffee shop to a cool and hip hangout. As you walk in you got to see lots of art painted by local artists on display and for sale, listen to trendy music that is just loud enough to hear but doesn't distract from your business meetings and you can enjoy your coffee and just relax in the ambience. I mean I come here for the business meetings and most people are surprised cuz I'd rather go to a big chain coffee place but I would rather support the local guy appreciates the good customers and providing great customer service. I also like the fact that you can order something that's not on the menu such as just scrambled eggs and bacon. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the outside seating is cool too. so I would definitely suggest anyone looking for a cool place to go have a business meeting or just relax enjoy a cup of coffee and wine down with a book to read this is definitely a place you should come. read more

First...the friendly, gracious service is so welcoming. Second...the food. Oh my god...The bacon, cheese quiche was light and fluffy with that oh so good buttery crust. The Scrambler was very flavorful and with a side of tots you will not leave hungry. Lastly those giant sweet cinnamon rolls are out of this world! I snuck a little bite and I can't wait to devour this bad boy later today when I have the room in my big ol' belly. This time I requested a extra sweet coffee and a bacon/onion quiche. The coffee...NO... not sweet at all. I had to add more ....which I was trying to avoid using those little packets. I was really disappointed in the quiche. Now it tasted ok, creamy Not firm crust was fine. First it was $9 bucks... then it was only 4 inches across (See Photograph with tape measure) Where was the bacon...Not even one third of a average size slice of bacon...A hint of some onions. I have been to other eateries where my entree was the same price & twice as big. Plus more bacon cheese & onion. They offer wi-fi and you can hang out for a while. read more
