Seems like a great place, great food but damn it if I'm going to sit for 15 minutes without being attended. Not only were they, what seemed, short staffed but the hostess was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. The one waitress that seemed like she had her shit together was talking it up with a table of Q-tips. Had to get up and leave. If my money and ain't good enough for you F-you too. Oh yeah, and, two other tables got seated after us and got drinks before us.

We found this spot on a road trip up to Tampa when we needed a quick lunch break. We were looking for something light and easy, and the menu looked perfect. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing but were lucky to get a table for two right away. Service was fast, and our server was incredibly friendly. The GM, Luigi, even came by to introduce himself, and we had a great time chatting with him. They were very accommodating with my wheat allergy and provided gluten-free bread for my sandwich--which was so good and filling that I had to take half to go. My husband ordered a burger and finished the whole plate--it was fresh and delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by how affordable the meal was. The inside had cool art on the walls, groovy music playing, and just an overall good vibe. Definitely a great stop for lunch!

Wild berry pancakes were awesome! The hash browns were good. The waitress was friendly. The cafe was clean.

The breakfast burrito was nicely stuffed and had nice contrasting flavors! The flavor could've been improved with fresh salsa though.

The family and I all had the day off for a change. Looking to do something fun, we decided to take a small road trip to Naples. Looking to grab something before embarking on our journey today, we went for breakfast at the Wild Berry Cafe! Going in, there was a good amount of seating both in the front and back. For breakfast, we ordered 1x 2 egg platter with bacon, hash browns, and toast, 1x wild berry French toast, and 1x breakfast burrito. Going into my review, the food was pretty great! The breakfast platter had soft runny eggs, crispy hashbrowns, and the bacon had a nice chew yet crispy! The wild berry french toast was the star of the show as it was buttery and crisp, had delicious fresh vibrant fruit, creamy whip cream, and syrup yum! The breakfast burrito was nicely stuffed and had nice contrasting flavors! Do feel that the flavor of the burrito could've been imrpoved with fresh salsa. Nevertheless, the service was friendly and fast. Overall, we had a nice meal and would give Wild Berry Cafe 4/5 stars!

We drove in from Miami to go to the great wolf Lodge waterpark, And after leaving the waterpark, we wanted to go somewhere to eat that was local. We were torn between cracker barrel, and Wild Berry Café, and we decided we were going to try something unique to the Naples area after reading the reviews. We were a bit hesitant upon driving up due to the warehouse looking setting, but we decided to take a chance and boy are we happy we did! It was such a nice and quiet environment, and the owner personally handled our table, which was extremely professional, kind, courteous, and even able to accommodate many rest, restrictions and new menu creations. He gave us amazing recommendations. I'm also dairy free- so I was ecstatic to hear and enjoy their nondairy selection- including my almond milk late. 10/10

Steve made my hot sub ( I like that they have both hot and cold options) . The Commodore was quite tasty and very filling. It is fine for a really nice sandwich, but it is somewhat pricey. I'm sure the rents are sky high in that area. I certainly couldn't afford them for a party. But I would definitely return if looking for a hot sub! I almost forgot to add that Steve said the bread is imported from Canada and baked fresh daily! It was soooo good. Meat to bread ratio was also excellent.

Offer you a coffee while you wait. That's the seduction. -The small (aka "Minnow") Caprese Pesto had lots of greens. Mozzarella? Not so much. -The regular ("Submarine") Tuna Tsunami (really just Tuna and Cheese)? Unseasoned tuna, with cheap, flavorless, industrial provolone. -The chips were actually the strongest thing in the bag. I could acquiesce if the sandwiches were memorable. Alas, they were not. YCS calls itself a "...new type of upscale sandwich shop." What does that mean, exactly? High prices. Quality seems not to be much of a consideration. Blatant rip off, even by Naples standards.

Hoagie spot with a definite punk grunge skater vibe…read more While in Naples, FL for a soccer tournament, decided to stop by Slicers as I wanted to check out what all the high reviews were about. Heard they had some crazy sandwiches. Located inside a strip mall, parking was relatively easy. The decor inside was punk grunge style I would say. I asked for what their top sellers were and they directed me towards "The Twang". Which was sliced chicken breast with honey mustard, onions, American cheese and crushed bbq chips. I was told the way to get it was toasted and so that's how I got it. It was a good sandwich or hoagie but I'm not sure if maybe I'm spoiled from living in Miami but crushing chips and putting it on a sandwich is not what I would consider creative. And I thought $15 for a 12 inch without a soda or a side seemed a bit much. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. And hats off to whoever calibrated the soda machine. It was perfect balance of syrup and gas. Overall it's a good spot but nothing I would rave about.

5+ Star Review for Mercato Italiano…read more From the moment you walk into Mercato Italiano, you know you have found something special. This is not just a café. It is an experience that brings authentic Italian flavor and warmth right into the heart of Naples. Let me start with the espresso. The flavor was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can taste the quality in every sip. It had that true Italian profile, bold but never bitter, and it set the tone for everything that followed. Now the food. I ordered a croissant sandwich, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The croissant itself was fresh out of the oven, light, flaky, and buttery in all the right ways. Inside, I had two sunny-side-up eggs cooked just right, paired with prosciutto, bacon, and ham. The combination of flavors was incredible. Every bite gave you a perfect mix of savory, rich, and slightly salty notes, all brought together by that warm, delicate croissant. What really stood out was the presentation. This was not just a sandwich thrown on a plate. It was carefully arranged on a platter, clean, inviting, and done with pride. You can tell they care about every detail. The atmosphere completes the experience. The energy inside is welcoming, relaxed, and full of character. It feels like a place where people come not just to eat, but to slow down, connect, and enjoy the moment. Whether you are stopping in for a quick espresso or sitting down for a full breakfast, the environment makes you want to stay. The experience was outstanding along with the service that made you feel like Family. If you are anywhere near Naples, this is a must-visit. Mercato Italiano delivers on flavor, presentation, and experience at the highest level. This is easily a 5-plus star spot, and a place I will return to again without hesitation.
