We arrived as a party of two and waited to be seated. While we were standing there, two gentlemen walked in and were seated immediately right before our eyes, even though we had been waiting. When I brought it to the female server's attention, she abruptly said "OK" with attitude and then seated us. At that point, I almost walked out. However, a gentleman who approached a nearby table was extremely friendly, which made us decide to stay. Our server ended up being very kind and attentive -- if I were rating him alone, he would definitely get 5 stars. Overall, the food was just OK. The ambiance gives small town diner vibes, which may appeal to some. On the other hand, there were loads of berries on the Wild Berry Pancakes and the Berry Coulis was nice and flavorful. We found this spot on a road trip up to Tampa when we needed a quick lunch break. We were looking for something light and easy, and the menu looked perfect. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing but were lucky to get a table for two right away. Service was fast, and our server was incredibly friendly. The GM, Luigi, even came by to introduce himself, and we had a great time chatting with him. The breakfast platter had soft runny eggs, crispy hashbrowns, and the bacon had a nice chew yet crispy! The wild berry french toast was the star of the show as it was buttery and crisp, had delicious fresh vibrant fruit, creamy whip cream, and syrup yum! The breakfast burrito was nicely stuffed and had nice contrasting flavors! Do feel that the flavor of the burrito could've been imrpoved with fresh salsa. We drove in from Miami to go to the great wolf Lodge waterpark, And after leaving the waterpark, we wanted to go somewhere to eat that was local. We were torn between cracker barrel, and Wild Berry Café, and we decided we were going to try something unique to the Naples area after reading the reviews. We were a bit hesitant upon driving up due to the warehouse looking setting, but we decided to take a chance and boy are we happy we did! It was such a nice and quiet environment, and the owner personally handled our table, which was extremely professional, kind, courteous, and even able to accommodate many rest, restrictions and new menu creations. He gave us amazing recommendations. I'm also dairy free- so I was ecstatic to hear and enjoy their nondairy selection- including my almond milk late. 10/10 read more

Staff was friendly but the place needs some work. The serving stations were dirty and full of crumbs. In the coffee/drink bar there was a layer of dust and crumbs as well. The coffee pots were also not clean, you can tell they are just being refilled. (My fault) Pros : Fast service, quick seating Cons: Although the server was nice she was a little lost in the sauce. She kept telling us she will bring napkins, water and more coffee about 3 times before she actually brought some of the items. We canceled an a piece of an order (blueberry pancakes, since we were going to share the wild berry French toast) and she still brought the pancakes and charged us. Their General manager, never took a customer service class apparently. Neither has their waitress who couldn't handle 4 tables. Not a crowded place. No diet coke. All soda in 20oz btls. Coke zero bad taste and expired. No horseradish sauce for french dip no sauerkraut for reuben. General mgr said to complain to cheney brothers for not delivering. How about you go to grocery to pick up what you need. We sat there 30 min before we were told. Never going back here. Breakfast food is same as everywhere else. Then they had audacity to charge me $2.36 for the mostly fully bottle of soda I didn't drink because we left with no lunch.
