EJ's Bayfront Cafe is the best place to go for breakfast in Naples, Florida period. From the excellent customer service to wide variety of mouth watering dishes this restaurant is the best in town. The second location EJ's Meridian Cafe is really cool too and both locations offer some of my favorite dishes. The staff and owner are so nice and have great recommendations. The breakfast here is amazing! We ordered the vegetarian skillet, it looks small but will fill you up, full of vegetables, cheese and topped with Teo eggs your way. Best breakfast around! My wife and I stopped in for a late breakfast and were amazed by the many menu options, awesome service and delicious food. Jonathan was friendly and attentive and provided some of the best service I have received in a long time. My wife ordered the bacon Benedict and I ordered the apple stuffed French toast. We split both half and half. The Benedict was cooked perfectly. It was savory and had everything I could ask for in a breakfast. The stuffed French toast was nice and crisp on the outside with a soft fluffy inside filled with fresh apple slices. The two choices paired well together to make a fantastic breakfast and a perfect start to the day. We will definitely be returning soon! read more

OMG this is the best Breakfast of my Life! I usually don't eat French toast, I tried their Banana Stuffed French Toast and it was SO good, I make the 10 mile trip out to EJ's at least once a week to get it! All of our 5 adult kids love it at EJ's too. As soon as we get into town they want to go to EJ's to eat. Every dish is cooked to perfection. You can't go wrong. EJ's is definitely one of the very best places to eat Breakfast in Naples! We like to eat outside because we always take our dog. They bring him out a bowl of water and he is as happy as can be. Fantastic experience. The hostess is super kind and most of the seating is in an open airy and shaded courtyard that makes me feel I'm somewhere else in the world. There is no direct view of the waterway yet it's close by. Big big big fan of Jonathan. He was super kind and helpful. If you get the bean cakes add avocado. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was inviting. We sat outside on the covered patio. I got the breakfast sandwich on gluten free toast and it was amazing. GF bread isn't always very good, but this combo was great. Husband had huevos rancheros and really enjoyed it as well. Kids had pancakes. The teen had the regular 3 pancake option and could only eat half. The kid version was 1 giant pancake (with a protein and egg) and also more than she could eat. I just got home from my lunch engagement at EJ's. The food was good and the service prompt, so why the rating? The noise was overwhelming. The music was as loud as some night clubs I have been in. The patrons were all screaming to their companions to be heard over the loud music what added to the noise. So disappointed given the great reviews. The food was just okay - had the chicken panini and it lacked flavor, although the ingredients were fresh, which is a positive. Our server was just okay - only suggested items that cost more (i.e. sweet potato fries) and didn't mention other sides that were included with the sandwich. We give friends went before 11am today for Brunch. They take no reservations which I recommend they start doing at least on holidays so we expected to wait. 11/2 hour later they bring 5 of us to a table that hardly allows 4 to sit comfortably outside with the wind tunnel trying to blow us away. They wanted to put a fifth on the end of this ridiculous-sized table and this person sat alone at another table??? Come on really?? We talked to people there who obviously do not know about making your customers happy so they would lose us to never come back and possibly others we would tell not to go .. we'll not all is wrong or lost finally a great Manager. Marissa Solved the issue and put all 5 of us at a great table inside. She had brains and showed kindness, professionalism and experience with food business and customer care. This place was amazingly good. We ordered the Bacon Benedict and the banana stuffed french toast. I recommend getting both, ordering poached eggs and bacon with your french toast and then splitting both. The french toast tastes like a churro stuffed with cooked banana.... amazing. First, I like this place, and think their eggs Benedict are some of the best. This last visit was a big disappointment. My potatoes casserole had too much sour cream. My husbands potatoes where old, and burnt. They took my croissant and sliced it smeared butter on it and threw it on the gril.. now is dripping in butter and it tastes weird because of everything you cooked on the grill. Had to ask for a regular croissant. The bacon also had a weird taste more sour than smoked. Service was very good. read more
