    Koi Fountain

Food was delicious and service was spectacular. Our server, Mario was patient and kind, he gave us recommendations on what to try and let's just say he has exquisite taste! The Koi fountain and outside area is absolutely beautiful. Very relaxing and we had such a fun time. Mario did an awesome job so hats off to him!

On recommendation by a close friend, we stopped by for Sunday brunch before enjoying the beach. It was busy and bustling with people upon our arrival. Friendly hostess seated us right away. We were seated outside on their patio and had excellent service throughout our meal. I ordered a cucumber mint mojito and my hubs had a Bloody Mary. My drink was delicious, he did not enjoy his. Our food was very good! I ordered the crabby cake Benedict and he had the club sandwich. I appreciated being able to choose my bread choice for the Benedict. I chose rye bread. The rubber ducks in our drinks was a fun surprise. Will keep those for me he grands to play with when we return home. We will return again to Jane's on 3rd!

Janes's on third is a delicious spot for brunch! The fountain and alley way make you feel like you are in Europe! The tables are covered and is pleasant even on a hot day. I quite enjoyed the eggs with bacon. The French toast hands down was the best item, light, fluffy, and savory with the walnuts. The burbon vanilla waffle was a bit bland in flavor after the French toast. My croissant also did not taste fresh. The coffee is spot on as well. The service was great especially for them being so busy. Overall, I recommend this place.

We went to Jane's on 3rd today for Sunday Brunch and it was incredible! Our outdoor table was next to a beautiful fountain and the entire place was charming. I had the Lobster avocado smash eggs Benedict which was phenomenal. It had large chunks of lobster, fresh avocado and delicious hollandaise sauce on toast. The service was friendly and efficient. If you're in Naples definitely add Jane's to your list!

Love the festive nature of "Jane's" great Mimosas and everything is fresh! I'm not a breakfast person but the simple festive elegant feel creates a memorable occasion! Yay Jane's, that creates An occasion out of breakfast!!! Where else the who's who of Naples go for morning thrills???? (And stay till lunch)

Popped into the place just before the brunch crowd hit on a Sunday AM. Weather was perfect so the outside was pleasant and comfortable. We started with Bloody Mary drinks. I believe it was a premade mix. Nothing we couldn't doctor up. Service was lackluster but the food was good. Server seemed rushed and not overly friendly. I had asked for potatoes "extra crispy" and he noted it. Then when my husband ordered them the same way his response was "ok guys, I don't have a deep fryer. Their baked potatoes". (Not sure why he was willing to accept my ask but then correct us when my husband asked, but ok.) and it wasn't like he was sorry for the inconvenience either. Just matter of fact Turns out, they were crispy as is. We both got a BLT and and it was excellent. Very big portion. I would come back for the BLT, location and ambiance. I would consider going elsewhere for better service and drink.

I went twice within 24 hours because the food was simply delicious. I enjoyed the blackened snapper eggs Benedict. Now I am from Florida so I know good snapper from bad and this was amazing. It was perfectly blackened with a great Cajun flavor and the fish remained succulent. The biscuits here are incredible. Huge and fluffy and tasty. I substitute the hollandaise sauce for their sausage and jalapeño gravy which I think was a pro move!! My second day I enjoyed the fried chicken and waffles. I also had a slice of hummingbird cake. If I had stayed in nipples a third day, I would've returned one more time. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back next time. I am in Naples.

While scrolling through some of the photos and reviews, I saw the stuff French toast and I was immediately in! We came on a Saturday morning and they were busy enough but not packed. We asked for their first available, which was outside. During summer it's a bit of a risk to sit outdoors, but it was in a covered area. They have a little side patio area, but a lot of the outdoor tables are randomly placed up against the building and in the walkway to accommodate additional guests. It's kind of weird when people that live in the building walk by as the walkways aren't very wide. The inside area of the restaurant is not very large. Our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. Even if she did spill a bit of coffee on me which she was apologetic for. My husband got the crab cake Benedict and I got the strawberry stuffed French toast. Absolutely loved everything! My husband's only note was that he did not like the corn inside crab cake. The cheesy hash browns were definitely a hit for us! The stuffed French toast was divine - basically desert! I like that the dish also came with eggs and bacon! The iced coffee was pretty good as well. Overall, this was a great experience with the exception of the weird outside seating arrangement. 8/10 recommend!

From the moment we walked in, the hostesses and manager made us feel welcome and had us seated right away. Our server, Angel, was fantastic. He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable. Thanks to Angel and the kitchen for such an outstanding experience. Seventh South has earned a spot on our regular rotation whenever we're in Naples.

For dinner I had the Chorizo Encrusted Red Snapper and my wife had one of the specials which was the Tripletail. She said it was the best seafood dish she has ever had. For dessert, we split the special Crème Brûlée topped with diced fruit. We enjoyed the dessert so much, we purchased one for a sweet family of four sitting next to us. Our server Mike and the owner, Barry, helped make that happen and we appreciate it.

Sounded good, so I ordered my favorite, a Cosmo, no call brands of liquor. As our dinner progressed, server came back to remind us that it was still happy hour so I ordered a second Cosmo. Imagine my surprise when I was presented a check with 2 Cosmos, at FULL PRICE PLUS AN ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE. Server then said martinis were not on happy hour. Seems like she could have explained that. Fast forward a year later and our dining group meets there again. This time I arrive early and go straight to the bar so that I can verify the happy hour policy. The bartender confirms that martinis are not on happy hour then explains that the additional surcharge is because a Cosmo has a splash of cranberry juice, so it's martini price plus. Never heard this before. I cheaped out and ordered a house pinot grigio. Regarding food, the visit a year ago was profoundly disappointing. That entree was described as pasta with a lobster tail. I expected to see a lobster tail but there were just a couple of very tiny pieces of supposed lobster tail that must have come from a just hatched lobster. Thankfully, the food served a few days ago was much better. The American Redfish entree was good enough to order again, if I were ever to go back.
