We ordered three sandwiches to go, two guachos and one egg, cheese, sausage sandwich. 9/10 for the egg, cheese, sausage sandwich. Very slutty and a little messy haha. I ended up popping the egg and getting it all over my hands but definitely worth it. I'd recommend! 8/10 for the guachos, definitely missing some guacamole but we would definitely get it again. The prices are reasonable for the neighborhood. There can be a long line during brunch hours at the weekend. I've visited several times and tried a few of the items on the menu. The 'Eggslut' is a potato purée with poached egg and some baguette slices for dipping - tasty! I also really enjoy the Fairfax sandwich. The truffle hash brown and French toast sticks are fine. The standout in both cases are the sauces. The dipping custard for the French toast sticks is delicious. Breakfast has officially become my favorite time of day! The name of this place definitely caught my attention and I also love a good breakfast sandwich in the morning so I just had to try this place out. My fiancé ordered the Royale Burger, I got the Fairfax, and we split a vanilla cream cold brew and the truffle hashbrowns. I really enjoyed my Fairfax but my fiancé thought his Royale burger was a bit mid, but to be fair, he's usually more of a French toast for breakfast kind of guy so I'm not sure he's the best judge when it comes to breakfast sandwiches haha! The truffle hash browns had the perfect hint of truffle. Sometimes truffle flavored things can be very hit or miss, you either barely taste it or it's too overpowering. These were right in the sweet spot! Parking was definitely our biggest struggle. There is street parking and some paid parking nearby but finding a spot was not easy. The area around Eggslut also wasn't the prettiest.. There were quite a few trash bins overflowing with piles of garbage on the ground, although I think they belonged to a neighboring business so I'm not blaming them for it. It was just a little sad to see... Overall, I'd love to see a location like this open up in Bellevue! I think it could be super successful there. If I'm ever back in the area, I'd definitely stop by EggSlut again for breakfast. This was the perfect first stop on our Seattle honeymoon trip. After our flight, we needed a quick yet tasty breakfast, so when I saw this was near the Airbnb, I knew we needed to go. I've tried this restaurant for the first time in LA and loved it, so I was already excited to try this location. We ordered the bacon egg and cheese & the sausage egg and cheese sandwiches, as well as the truffle hashbrowns. It seemed like the restaurant is located in some sort of market, but the other venders were still closed for the morning. 05/24/2026 My friend and I were so excited to learn that Seattle now has an Eggslut!! We were afraid it'd have a super long line like the one in Vegas, but we got there on a Saturday around 9:00am with no line. There were people already eating and waiting for their orders. I got the Fairfax Sandwich, and my friend got the Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich but modified with chipotle ketchup on the side. We had the same thing in Vegas just a couple months before. They were so good that we just had to get them again. It's located inside of Melrose Market, but at that time no other vendors inside were open yet. Eggslut is locationed in a small market with a few other restaurants and stores. The interior was super cute, but there was not a lot of seating unfortunately, so plan ahead! I opted to the fairfax, and I added a sausage patty for $3.75...which seemed pretty high to me. I wanted to love this sandwich, but I don't think it was worth the almost $17 (after adding the sausage). It was super buttery, but the scrambled eggs were very watery so the soft bun got soggy + there were barely any caramelized onions in my sandwich... A few minutes later we noticed our receipt said tater tots not hashbrowns and brought it to their attention. This is a hip place. If you can't find street parking there is public parking across of the establishment. There are few things on the menu but all look pretty interesting. I was super excited to see eggslut opening in Seattle. We got there at a good time and ordered some orange juice to tide us over the wait. Everything was super buttery and delicious, however I was disappointed and confused about the truffle hash browns as they ended up being tater tots.. Lol. I don't recall seeing tots on the menu anywhere, but maybe i could have missed that. The flavor was good but wasn't loving to pay a premium for tater tots that you can get pretty much anywhere in Seattle. The sausage on the sandwich was very well seasoned and tender. Will definitely be ordering that next time. The chive and egg one I had was very good, and the spicy mayo gave the perfect kick. I think we paid about $40 which is a bit high but, I would come back and just get a sausage sandwich to go next time, and nothing else. They had a French toast for $9 and we got other things and ended up paying $90. It was a bit more expensive than any breakfast place I have seen but at least we got to try it. The place is very small or at least their seating area and shares the space with other businesses, I think I saw 4 or 5 other business inside. If I am honest, it barely seats 10 but again, I don't think it's meant for that, people usually grab and go as I have seen so many to-go bags by the window. This is in between downtown and Cap Hill, so it was an easy walk from where I scored street parking not too far from Voodoo Donuts. The inside is small and seems to share real estate with some other surrounding businesses that weren't open when I got here with a friend on a Sunday morning around 10am. Seating is also very limited inside though people come and go quickly despite there also being a decent line for food when we got there and when we waited on our food. Noise levels inside come mostly from the eatery, though mainstream music was also blasting from nearby speakers. The menu is mostly their egg sandwiches and some burgers along with sides and some drinks. You order up at the counter and find a place to sit. We both got their bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, which is small but oddly filling as there was a lot of stuff in it. The brioche bun was lightly salted and was soft and warm, while the egg was over medium so it was slightly runny when I bit into it. Bacon is very crispy and packed a ton of salty flavor, and the added ketchup was a nice, sweeter kick to the sandwich. Cheese also melted well into the sandwich, so basically everything went well together, though I wish my sandwich was a lot hotter and not just warm. read more

When I saw that Eggslut had come to Seattle I was so excited! My first experience with Eggslut was in Las Vegas and I did not think I would ever see it in my hometown. As other reviews have mentioned, seating is limited. There are some tables in front of the space, but on a rainy Sunday morning, these were not an option for us. I was lucky enough to snag a seat at the bar top but also was prepared to eat in my car if need be. I had the bacon egg and cheese sammy. On my first bite of that luscious breakfast treat egg yolk ran all over my hands and down my arm, making VERY thankful I wasn't sitting in my car. Update 9/10: after grand opening weekend I went back again as the owner reached out to me to give the place another try so I did. Wednesday 11am no wait, but it did get slightly busy (about 5-6 people in queue) closer to 11:30am. Food took 10 minutes This time I got the bacon egg and cheese with avocado add on, truffle hash brown, and cinnamon toast cold brew. The order total after tax is a little under $30 (which the owner comped, but my review will reflect based on as if I paid for the meal) which is on the expensive side for a sandwich, side, and drink, as pricing is on par to a more formal brunch sit down restaurant with full service. The avocado add on is pricy at $2.50 for a small amount, so value brings my overall experience to 4 stars. I enjoyed the sandwich this time - though the ketchup aioli is a lot but there is generous amounts of bacon that is fairly crispy. The brioche bun this time is warm and the ingredients and preparation are comparable to what I had a few times in LA Grand Central Market, so I am happy that the owner is receptive to feedback and the employees take the feedback to improve after my bad experience during grand opening weekend! read more
