Great job with the coffee latte! Comparable to a coffee shop. Very clean, loads of windows and bright decorations. Happy and friendly folks working here. Loads of choices on the menu. The grilled muffins very good. The chicken omelette ok, all cooked and prepared well, but missing something. Was much better after a few drizzles of the Texas Pete hot sauce provided. Home fries pretty good, but prefer cooked a bit longer. All in all a good brekkie, recommend and will return to try other menu items.

Servers are clueless. I called to place an order and the woman I spoke to on the phone said I could come in. I live 3 mins away. I rush there only for them to tell me they were closed. It was 1:40, online orders say they close at 2. When I told the server that someone on the phone told me to come in and place the order she said that must have been before 1:40 because we're closed now . Yeah won't be coming back.

Delightful Norfolk brunch spot, 4.5/5 stars overall. Great service (thanks Kelly) with an enticing menu that won't break the bank. Croissant donuts ($6 for 3, 5/5 stars) were dynamite! Must get! Hot, sweet, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Mimosa flight ($14, 5/5 stars) and tequila sunrise ($7, 4/5 stars) were just the pick me ups our brunch needed. Biscuits and gravy were average (3/5 stars), caramel apple crisp pancakes with eggs and bacon were delicious (4.5/5 stars). Breakfast bowl was also scrumptious and the perfect amount of food. Shared parking lot and restrooms on site.

Sunday morning and this place is jam-packed! I was seated by a beautiful waitress named Samantha. She did a phenomenal job taking care of us even with all the tables she was assigned to. My meal, the Egg Bomb BLT, was amazing. The egg was cooked just how I wanted it- over medium with a runny yolk and the bacon was extra crispy. The mimosa flight was great. I chose the classic, blueberry, pineapple, and strawberry lemonade. As for the home fries, they were just red potatoes with a bit of seasoning. I was expecting chopped onions and bell peppers on them. By the end, I felt a bit buzzed with the flight lol. Large groups of family, friends, and dates come, so the noise level is pretty loud. Samantha then spoke to us when we were done eating. She's a total sweetheart.

I've returned here a few times over the past year since my initial review. I'm happy to say that it is still as great as the first time. Service is prompt and friendly, food is consistently good. Atmosphere is clean and nice (a bit chilly inside in the summer months). Brought my Dad here and he loved it. We both had The Classic: 2 eggs over medium, 3 strips of bacon, home fries and rye toast. Food came out fast and eggs were cooked to perfection.

The first half of The Grand Classic! CANNOT believe this was $14!!!

After six weeks of recovering, my beautiful wife has a clean bill of health. We celebrated with breakfast at a spot in Hampton called Eggs Up Grill and they made the day! This spot was delicious with GREAT service! (Shoutout Anastasia) And the price was worthy to note! I haven't been this hype about a restaurant in a long time! The staff was amazing. The Head chef was in the kitchen looking like Tom Brady on Sunday! Just kept everything flowing and each meal was a masterpiece. TOUCHDOWN!!!! The cutest thing was every time a fresh meal came out they would yell "EGGS UP!!" And those awesome servers would float over to the window and serve these great meals with a smile.

First time trying the shrimp and grits and I must say, I love it! I was a little skeptical at first but all the flavors merged together is like an explosion of awesomeness. You really get a lot. I had enough to save for later on.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Eggs Up Grill! The food was outstanding--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Every bite exceeded expectations. On top of that, our waiter Anna was truly top-tier. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her excellent service really elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for amazing food and exceptional customer service. We will definitely be back!

I ordered brunch via uber eats and I was served raw scrambled eggs and unknowingly consumed them thus giving me food poisoning. Because I ordered through uber eats I didn't get any resolution for this matter and tbh it's not their fault it's this restaurant.

I was out of town and craving breakfast so I found this local spot that was open until 2pm! I got a pineapple mimosa and the little waffle in the hen house. The mimosa was delicious and they have many different flavors. The waffle had a great flavor and I added strawberries and bananas which I highly recommend! The eggs and bacon were both cooked perfectly. I got my food very fast and I will be visiting again when I'm in the area!

Hidden Gem, very quality breakfast. We came here for my husbands last minute birthday breakfast. We would return!

Service is great, sirloin steak is horrible and the sausage smells bad. Food didn't take long to me and the mimosas are pretty good!

Truly enjoyed the kimchi fried rice, the dog had a lot of bun and slaw yet still hit the spot. Great vice within this place with some music in the background, not overpowering to have casual convos either at the bar or your table. Great for single dinner plan, date night or a group of friends. When arrived looks pretty much like former restaurant less decorations. Two groups seated about eleven persons. Bar was empty. Slowly filled two more tables and three or four at the bar. About 20 persons in total. Most of the visit, only single waitress serving tables and bar as long with busing tables. Kitchen is semi open. Only one person could be send in kitchen. Two persons only seemed understaffed for near full menu service and bar. No bus person, kitchen help, runner, or dish washer seen. Menu Asian fusion for lack of better term. Ordered scallion pancakes and spicy spring rolls. Service slow.... After ordering. Pancakes are one of my favorite snacks. Order portion size was large for appetizer. Scallion pancakes should be chewy with a flakey crust, savory with an onion punch from the scallions. These were chewy with no flakiness at all. Sort of like a flour tortilla with onion in the mix. The dip was like extra salty soy sauce spiked with raw ginger, strong and almost inedible. Then about five minutes later spring rolls arrived. Piping hot then down hill. First impression,, over cooked and greasy. Did not appear to have been drained. two small puddles of oil in dish below rolls. Sort of cross between lumpia and cha gio with appeal of neither. Noodles and meat wrapped together and fried. Favors muddled and greasy. Dipping sauce not much either. As a person who has sat through many food handlers permit classes. I witnessed a no-no with the waitress. Concerning.... It appears that disjointed service front to back needs improvement. Like location and ideas but without consistent execution it will likely fail in long run. Will be back?? Not likely Never say never. If still open this time next year?? Plus next block up there is very good ramen/Filipino/Vet place.

I enjoyed the Fried Chicken sandwich which also comes with boardwalk fries which are sinfully good. The chicken sandwich is a favorite with just the right amount of pickles, Surry ham, and arugula. The aioli is a nice and tasty addition to the sandwich. The Lobster Roll was also ordered at our table. It was enjoyed by the guest although it seemed like quite a small meal presentation especially for the price of $28.50. It was served on a small plate and just didn't look like a $30 dinner. We also ordered the Halloumi Fries which were underwhelming in size and taste. We love Halloumi so this was a bit of a disappointment. Our server was fantastic. She knew the specials and the happy hour deals etc for the night which I believe for us was 20% off of our glass of wine. She was friendly and prompt with everything. She memorized all the day's specials alongside their prices and listed them off to us without any mistakes and even discussed in length what these food items were when we had questions. The prices are a little steep but the place is upscale and food is a bit on the fancier side. They serve authentic flavors and fantastic service and I think it's absolutely worth it. The space inside is small with a bar and has intimate lighting. Perfect for a cozy date with someone. There is also some outdoor seating as well. The bartender didn't ask me what my other choice of meat was and when inquired he said "I just put you in for two orders of sausage". I thought was odd because I would have preferred the two selections. I did ask if one order of meat could be substituted for fruit, but he said that was more a side with the meal. Another thing that was odd is that I asked for the eggs to be scrambled hard, they were not. I cannot eat soft scrambled eggs, something about the texture just doesn't work for me. Although I will eat an over medium egg, either way that wasn't what I asked for. I will say that the bartender was friendly and that the patron who was sitting next to me was also friendly.
