Great place for a nice breakfast right on Waikiki. We checked in on yelp about 1 hour before we wanted to go which was a lifesaver, huge line when we arrived but luckily we already were set and only had to wait for a few minutes before we were called in. Service was awesome, our waitress talked to us a lot about what to do in the area and had great food recommendations. The place is older but has great charm. Our food was delicious! read more

The food and service were great! The staff was friendly and accommodating for our party of six!

Loved it . my kids loved the pancakes and I thoroughly enjoyed the loco moco. One of the best breakfast spots in Waikiki

I like the check-in process, so no more waiting in line as in the past ...service is always been prompt. Great atmosphere particularly if you're able to sit by the open windows and absorb Waikiki Beach ..food is always choke and ono.... read more

Highly recommend the Portuguese sausage and eggs with a side of pineapple pancakes!!!! My husband got the kalbee and eggs which were good but mine was better. I thought it was thoughtful that they gave you a small paper bag to put your mask in. read more

A Hawaiian institution got there at 6 AM in the morning and it was still a 15 minute wait. Pretty expensive but most of the entrées can be split between two people because they're so large. They do these beautiful gorgeous pancake and fruit concoctions that's a must have. Would I wait 30 minutes to an hour to eat there, no. They do have the wait thing down to a T, they have you look at your menu while you're waiting in line when you get to the top you place your order and you pay for it and then your seated. read more

Whenever I'm in Hawaii I have to come and eat this pancakes. With coconut syrup they're so good. My favorite are the macadamia nut coconut pancakes. They open at 7am, I get here at 6:45 and wait 15 minutes. If you get there at 7 there will be a line of at least 30 people and you will be waiting a couple hours in line. read more

The food was great. The pineapple waffles were delicious. Definitely a great place to go for breakfast.

Great food and service! Staff is very customer centric even with the high flux of patrons.

The wait list was long but moved quickly. Both the food and the service were great! The waiter made a great suggestion that saved us money (replacing one of the dishes with a side). read more

There was a lot of ppl who were waiting but we reserved so we could get seats early. We went there with kids and there was a Meiji menu, that's family friendly! The servers came to take an order rapidly and served meals also quickly! It's perfect service. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is the price. But the location is in the center of Waikiki, so it is what it is... read more

We ordered to-go. It took about 40min, not a bad wait since there were a lot of people waiting to be seated and the wait was about 2 hours for people who wanted to dine-in (they only had about 5 tables inside due to social distancing and maybe 2 or 3 tables outside). So I place my order for 4 people, and went to walk around while waiting. The beach is right across the street and on that same street there are plenty of souvenir stores! The food came out delicious (I recommend their crab benedict and upgrade to their macadamia nut pancakes) and I don't think the wait is too bad as long as you're prepared for it and want to walk around anyways. Most restaurants on this street typically have a 1-2hour wait anyways because it's so touristy so expect that wait anywhere in Urban Honolulu. read more

Amazing staff that worked to get our large group of 13 in and seated. The food was delicious and you can't beat the view! Right across from the beach. The wait time can get long (about an hour wait) but it's worth it! read more

I come here every time I'm here in Waikiki. Food is excellent and service very good!

The wait was horrible. The food was really, really good. Don't be in a hurry if you're visiting. The wait was even long for a party of 1.

It was good food but the wait was long. If u put youself on the yelp waiting list it will go much smoother. Otherwise food was tasty and service was great. Prices were reasonable. read more

Food was delicious! Tried the loco moko and the panasadas - yum yum! Scenic view of Waikiki beach while eating- the best!

Food was great. Nice view of the ocean. Staff was friendly and fantastic. Close walk from our hotel.

The food and service is amazing. Super friendly and quick. There is normally a long wait, so be prepared and make sure to add your name on the waitlist well before you want to actually be there. This location specifically is great because of the staff. Will be back again when I am in Waikiki again. read more

Pretty bad. Great location great view. Food no bueno. There really shouldn't be a line or wait for this place. The pancakes were good. It's hard to make bad egg dishes but they have figured it out. read more

Good Food I would go here again the omelettes are a nice size and really filling. I would go again

Everything was GREAT !! We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman who we later found out was the manager (very hard worker) which is probably why his staff is the same way..hard working..friendly and they actually seem happy! Our breakfast...very TASTY!! We will definitely be back!!! read more

When we first walked up we were shocked to find a nearly 2 hour wait time. Whatever, I thought. Should be good if the wait times are long. It's a solid meh. I got the crepes with strawberries and when I got them, they were sad to look at, to be honest. They were flat and rolled sloppily, and the taste followed. They were somehow dry and too moist at the same time, and had no flavor whatsoever by themselves. They fell apart way too quickly and were hard to cut and eat. The filling was just assorted cut up fruit put in and was okay. Overall, not great. The rest of the food was dry and overcooked. Nothing special, and definitely not great. Conclusion: Go eat at Denny's. I'm not joking, go there, it's much better. read more

The food was great! Service is very fast like unbelievable! It gives that classic dinner vibe

The Mochi waffle is definitely something to talk about! If you're a mochi fan or are looking to try new things, this is the perfect chewy snack. If you're not, or are looking for a crunchy Belgian waffle experience, maybe not. We got takeout and unfortunately it seems they cut a lot of corners. No whipped cream and it certainly looks like you'll get a more elaborate plate dine-in. First time trying loco-moco, it was okay, the gravy just doesn't hit the spot like most Asian sauces do. The beef Pattie's were a bit chewy. Would recommend trying, but overall, for me not worth the wait if you're on a time crunch. read more

Location and service A+. The food was delicious, French toast had thick Hawaiin bread, and the whip cream, hands down the best I have ever had. Can tell without a doubt freshly made daily, light and just sweet enough. I wish I could take it home with me! read more

Food was delicious! Eggs Benedict with crab cakes! So good! Very nice staff. Really good food for the prices!

Great food and service. Very busy so need to get on the waitlist or stand outside and wait.

The line was long, but that was okay, it went fast. What made me write 2 stars is because of the host, he had a really bad attitude. Other than that, the food, service was great. I would recommend to put the host to wash dishes and out of the public eye. read more

My friend and I woke up hungry and wanted some eggs and pancakes for breakfast. We walked over, 2 blocks west from the Marriott hotel, and waited in line for about 15 mins. This isn't your typical sit down restaurant. There are menus outside so you wait in line to place your order. There's a gentleman that takes your order and then you wait in another line to pay for your meal and get seated. Yes, you pay and you can tip before your seated and get your meal. Since it was just two of us, we chose to sit in the counter and were able to skip the long wait for a table. Once seated, our drinks came right away and then we waited for our food...20 minutes later we were still waiting. The couple behind us in line were seated next to us 10 mins after we were and received their meal before we did! When our food finally arrived, my friends eggs were cold and I didn't get my side of island fried rice. The macadamia nut pancakes were delish with the coconut syrup. The white eggs scramble with spam were okay, but nothing to rave about. The island fried rice was really good and the potatoes were decent. Overall the food was okay, the service was okay, but waiting for our food for that long was not kool. Don't think I'll go back to this specific location again. read more

We keep on coming back to this place whenever we are in Waikiki. Love their food, staff are very friendly and over looking Waikiki beach.

We stayed at the Alohilani Resort & was recommended this place by staff when we checked in. We ate here for breakfast our first day & was not disappointed. We definitely should have joined the waitlist before heading over because the wait time was a little long. We decided to walk up and down the same street to kill some time. By the time we got back we probably waited 15-20 more minutes before getting seated. It is fairly small so if you have a big party, I would call ahead to see if they could accommodate or order to go. For drinks, I ordered their cold brew coffee which was pretty good. For food, I ordered the Hawaiian loco moco & my husband ordered the strawberry pancakes. Both were delicious! It was my first time ordering the loco moco so I was skeptical but it was reaaallly good! There is a lot going on with this plate so if you prefer simple dishes, I would not order. I was happy I stepped out of my comfort zone because everything meshed well together & it's a very fulfilling dish. The staff was also very nice (even with them being ridiculously busy), we got our food fairly fast, & they checked in on us numerous times while we were seated. Overall we enjoyed the food, service, & ambiance of the place! read more

Very nice breakfast spot if you're visiting Waikiki. They have a lot of menu items and the service is pretty good. They get busy so register online and get yourself on the waiting list. You can do that through Yelp as well. read more
