These guys were terrific. After getting quotes from numerous moving companies, we selected Efficient Moving Solutions and we are happy we did. We requested four men and two 26-foot trucks for our move from the East Valley to the West Valley. The day before our move, Gary called and suggested we add a fifth person so we could get the job done quicker in the 115 degree heat. We agreed and all five arrived on time on moving day. The team surveyed our house and quickly got to work. I was immediately impressed by the attention to detail and care the crew put into wrapping and moving our goods. At one point we were a bit concerned that we wouldn't fit everything into both trucks but the guys were masterful at filling every inch of space. We hired two guys from Efficient Moving Solutions for 3 hours to help us load and pack a 2nd floor condo into a rented truck. The name is not a coincidence. These guys are EFFICIENT. They made my move seamless. At my old apartment I had a lot of stairs but that didn't slow them down one bit. They were friendly, helpful, quick but careful and willing to do anything I needed. Jeff even brought extra boxes for me to use which was very much needed. If I could give 10 stars i would. This may be a long review but I wanted to give this company the credit they deserve. I was using them to move to a new home, twice I was delayed and Jeff worked with my schedule and on the third time he was booked but told me if I was flexible he would move me on the day needed, and he did. The crew who should up to the storage unit arrived on the time agreed on and were very professional and courteous. It took me three months to load the storage units and many items were not packed in boxes. The crew who already spent the day moving someone else addressed my move professional with care for my property as if it was their property. When they arrived at my new house now working a 10 plus hour day I again was met by a professional and courteous crew. When I looked in the truck all my property (a lot of stuff) was packed carefully and concern for protecting my property. I discovered this wonderful company through a coworker that raves about them. He only had positive things to say and boy was he right! The team (Reggie and Jobe) were absolutely incredible! They were such a pleasure to work with , polite and so efficient. They helped disassemble and assemble a cumbersome bedroom set amongst other personal valuable things. They treated my belongings as if they were their own. The movers showed up on time the day of the move and were very friendly and efficient. I deducted 1 star as they did damage a piece of furniture that I had told them specifically to be very careful with since I had built it, but to their credit they reimbursed me for the cost to repair.
