The movers, Robert and Reggie showed up on time and ready to work. They padded and shrink wrapped everything. There was no damage to any item in our move. The movers were hard working and efficient. They were both courteous and very professional. They placed all items where we wanted them and made sure we were happy. I would recommend Efficient Moving Solutions for your move. I would definitely recommend this moving company! Obtaining a quote was very simple, and their prices are very competitive. They arrived right in time. As we have a high-risk family member, we really appreciated that they wore masks. They knew exactly what they were doing in loading the truck and asked questions along the way to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were also very efficient. We moved from a third floor apartment to a house and they completed the job in under 2 1/2 hours. The final price was the same as what was quoted with no surprise charges. I am so glad that we hired them! They made the move so smooth and simple! read more

Jeff Drane is the owner operator of efficient moving solutions. We were impressed with his integrity and ability to work with our schedule. He is very patient and flexible. Jeff and his foreman Gary, are a most honorable team, and they spent several days with us packing, driving from Scottsdale to Santa Barbara, and finally unloading our furnishings in the most professional way. They were always kind and patient even though moving is a very stressful activity. They remained courteous and kind throughout the entire process. We have the greatest respect for Jeff and his team. We truly recommend them in all moving circumstances and know you won't be disappointed. read more

These guys did a great job for me this past Sunday. Courteous and efficient. Would choose to do business with them again!

Destroyed my appliances and just threw everything in storage don't recommend I had to sell my washer and dryer as it was damaged

Thank you so much Jeff! After being canceled on and no showed by a few movers the day of our move, Efficient Moving Solutions were able to get us moved last minute. They showed up on time as promised and helped us breathe a sigh of relief. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful and friendly. I sincerely appreciate them being able to squeeze us in all while making it feel like we weren't an inconvenience. read more

Everyone was masked and they took very good care of my furniture by wrapping all pieces before loading.

These guys were terrific. After getting quotes from numerous moving companies, we selected Efficient Moving Solutions and we are happy we did. We requested four men and two 26-foot trucks for our move from the East Valley to the West Valley. The day before our move, Gary called and suggested we add a fifth person so we could get the job done quicker in the 115 degree heat. We agreed and all five arrived on time on moving day. The team surveyed our house and quickly got to work. I was immediately impressed by the attention to detail and care the crew put into wrapping and moving our goods. At one point we were a bit concerned that we wouldn't fit everything into both trucks but the guys were masterful at filling every inch of space. It was evident these men were professionals and very good at what they did. Before we knew it they finished loading the trucks and we met them at the other end for the unload, which went just as smoothly as the loading. All our goods arrived intact without any damage. We were thrilled with the results. I made 13 moves during my years in the military and none were better than this one with Efficient Moving Solutions. read more

We hired two guys from Efficient Moving Solutions for 3 hours to help us load and pack a 2nd floor condo into a rented truck. The owner, Jeff, answered immediately when I called and was super helpful and friendly throughout. The guys who came (Roy and Jason) arrived right on time and worked hard. They offered flexible payment options (cash, check, Zelle, credit card, etc.) at the end. The whole process was transparent with no surprises. We would certainly hire them again if the need arises! read more

We had the best experience with this company! They were responsive, on time, and so careful with all our furniture. We were worried because everything was going to the second floor of our new home, but not a scratch. Absolutely recommend. read more

Quick response and a pleasure to do business with! The guys were great and careful with moving my furniture. I needed large and heavy furniture moved around within the house (no easy task) and more to the garage. Super efficient, pleasant, and just a real pleasure and blessing to have found them. I will definitely use them again for any moving needs. Highly recommend them. Thank you Jeff and crew!! read more

I helped my friend move today, and these guys made it the most enjoyable move ever. "Enjoyable move?" You heard me right, enjoyable! Jobe, Reggie and Jeff were so efficient, professional and polite. Gave an accurate quote, got the job done in excellent time, and got to have genuinely good chats with the guys while they did an amazing job. I have nothing to say but good things about this company!! I will recommend Efficient Moving Solutions to anyone moving. I can't stress enough how wonderful they were and how they made this move so effortless for us. We had large furniture items, electronics, lots of big ticket items to move and everything was handled with care. We appreciate it more than you guys know. Thank you again Reggie, Jobe and Jeff!! These guys are animals and they get it done. At my house at 7:30AM, so they are punctual. All of them were very courteous, masked and kept their distance. Then,10 hours later when my new home officially closed these guys didn't say no. They went to the new house and unloaded it!!! That's just straight up dedicated to the customer....Ill give them 6 stars!! USE THESE GUYS!!! Thank you Jeff read more

I was so pleased working with Efficient Moving Solutions. I overestimated my ability to help my husband move our home into our 26' uhaul for a 1,400 mile move. I was totally useless in the 117 degree heat and I went to Yelp for help. I used the request a quote option in Yelp and the owner, Jeff, was quick to respond and work out a plan to get us the last minute help we needed. His team, led by Robert was professional, hard working, courteous and took the utmost care to pack our belongings with care. They worked through the horrible Phoenix heat with diligence and proved they were in fact efficient. I highly recommend this team for your next move. We made it to our destination with no damages thanks to the great work of efficient moving! My only regret is not having found this company sooner. Look no further. These are your movers! read more

The name is not a coincidence. These guys are EFFICIENT. They made my move seamless. At my old apartment I had a lot of stairs but that didn't slow them down one bit. They were friendly, helpful, quick but careful and willing to do anything I needed. Jeff even brought extra boxes for me to use which was very much needed. They also put together a new bed frame I had ordered and had no idea how to put together. AND set up my cable in my new place. Overall it was a wonderful moving experience. Truly genuine good people. Will hire again and again! read more

We used EMS to move homes and we were very impressed. The quote was reasonable and accurate, they were on time, very friendly, and the communication was great. We did experience a few issues, but the reason I am still giving 5 stars is because Jeff took immediate responsibility and made it right as quickly as possible. He didn't make excuses, was extremely professional, and was honest. This is almost impossible to find, so we would still recommend EMS to anybody who needs a great, professional, reliable moving service. read more

Great moving company. I spoke with Jeff and I was very pleased on how well the whole process went. Got a quote scheduled the move date and he was there every step of the way to make sure everything was not damaged. His service is even insured which was a big relief. This company is top notch from start to finish! I interviewed 9 companies and decided to go with them! My gut feeling with Jeff, when I met him ,was that he was honest, hard working businessman! I was totally on point! He confirmed the day before my move, showed promptly at time we agreed upon! His crew was amazing! He introduced them, we did a walk through and they made a plan! Such hard working, so friendly, caring people, my friends and I thought they were the best! We have had multiple moves with my friend and these people were so much better than any of her other moves! We would definitely recommend them to everyone! Gary, Tony and Skylar are the best, hate to move, but felt sad saying goodbye to these three great guys with whom we spent the day! Thanks so taking such good care of my belongings and being so considerate of us! You're the best! read more

Very good interaction with owner and staff. I would give 4.5 stars if I could but no way to do that on Yelp. Crew was a bit late, but overall did exactly what was needed. (Took shoes off when asked as we have light carpet). Extremely friendly and courteous guys. Wrapped items appropriately and kept me informed as to their timing and progress during packing and unpacking. read more

I don't usually write reviews but these guys deserve it. Our experience was as painless as a move could be! Gary, Schuyler and Tony showed up on time and were professional and very responsive to any questions we had, it was clear to me that exceptional customer service is a priority for them. If/when I move again I know who I'm calling. Thanks guys, job well done! read more

I recently moved from Phoenix to Colorado and used Efficient Moving. Jeff and his crew were fantastic to work with. They were on time, worked hard and carefully, stuck to the timeline, great communication...and I had A LOT of stuff!! I would highly recommend this company for a local or out of state move. What really impressed me was that when a few minor kitchen items were left behind, Jeff packed up the items and drove them 10 hours to my front door!! He and his crew take customer satisfaction very seriously and I was impressed. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my belongings! read more

These guys are great. Jeff and Gary handled everything, AND a lot of pivots during move day-- more stuff than expected, having to relocate stuff back into the old place etc. Total pros. I would highly recommend!! They could be a bit more communicative-- email confirmations etc. but other than that 5 star read more

I found this company on Yelp and was impressed by the reviews. These guys were great! Their fees are simple... an hourly rate and a trip charge, nothing more. They showed up early, were friendly and knew what they were doing. They worked hard and fast. We haven't had the greatest luck with moving companies in the past but we would absolutely recommend Jeff and his crew. read more

If I could give 10 stars i would. This may be a long review but I wanted to give this company the credit they deserve. I was using them to move to a new home, twice I was delayed and Jeff worked with my schedule and on the third time he was booked but told me if I was flexible he would move me on the day needed, and he did. The crew who should up to the storage unit arrived on the time agreed on and were very professional and courteous. It took me three months to load the storage units and many items were not packed in boxes. The crew who already spent the day moving someone else addressed my move professional with care for my property as if it was their property. When they arrived at my new house now working a 10 plus hour day I again was met by a professional and courteous crew. When I looked in the truck all my property (a lot of stuff) was packed carefully and concern for protecting my property. Can't say enough good stuff about these guys and it was money well spent. read more

Jeff and crew are the best! I cannot say enough about how Jeff really went above and beyond for me. Moving from Mesa to California. Jeff showed up on a Saturday afternoon for a walk through and estimate. Picked up my stuff on Monday afternoon and had it to me in California on Tuesday afternoon. He was beyond generous in making the dates and time work for me considering I had to call him at the last minute. All my things were handle with care, wrapped and protected nicely. The guys were super professional and very nice. Thank you Jeff and crew you made a very stressful move seem like a piece of cake. read more

I'm a few weeks late leaving this. I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Efficient Moving Solutions! The owner Jeff responded to all my messages very quickly and was helpful in setting the move up. I discovered this wonderful company through a coworker that raves about them. He only had positive things to say and boy was he right! The team (Reggie and Jobe) were absolutely incredible! They were such a pleasure to work with , polite and so efficient. They helped disassemble and assemble a cumbersome bedroom set amongst other personal valuable things. They treated my belongings as if they were their own. Jeff was also great to work with giving accurate quotes and straight up with the reality of how long the move would take with a long hallway to move items. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!! read more

Super nice guys!!! I cancelled because of covid many times but they were very understanding about it.

I used Efficient Moving Solutions for a local move in the Phoenix area. The price was reasonable compared to several other quotes I received. The movers showed up on time the day of the move and were very friendly and efficient. I deducted 1 star as they did damage a piece of furniture that I had told them specifically to be very careful with since I had built it, but to their credit they reimbursed me for the cost to repair. Overall I would recommend them. read more

Not only were they able to book us on short notice, but they arrived early and showed great care and patience moving from one difficult 4th floor situation to another multilevel condo.
