I was browsing yelp looking for someone to help me with the truck unloading in Scottsdale. Initially, I've sent the request to another company. Still, after getting the quotes, I decided to give Efficient Moving Solutions a go since their reviews were stellar. It only means the company does its absolute best to leave all customers satisfied. Jeff was quick to provide the quote, we connected over the phone, and he confirmed my reservation. Even though I had a bit of a specific start time request (we had to start at 4 pm), Jeff and his crew were right on time, well equipped, and ready to move stuff. His crew was very friendly, helpful, efficient, and showed no hesitation. My move certainly wasn't the most complicated (an average 1 br apartment), but judging by the attitude and what I saw, I can tell these guys were ready to work hard, and they treated my stuff with extreme care; nothing was damaged. We hired Jeff and his team a week before the actual move to help 1) move boxes to storage in Tempe, AZ and 2) to load up our rented Uhaul truck going to the Bay Area. They got their own truck to help move stuff into storage. Jeff and his team: Frankie, Joel, and Reggie, were extremely patient. They wrapped up all our furniture with blankets or cling wrap. They asked clarifications regarding the destination of the boxes/items. They assessed the volume of things and suggested we exchange the 20' truck for a 26' truck. They had a lunch break while we did the exchange. We were not charged for it even though it was our misjudgment in getting a smaller truck. They did a great job thoughtfully packing up the truck in a way that nothing moved on the 13.5 hour road trip. They Tetris-ed the items impressively. They were very careful about loading boxes with fragile items and some instruments we had. They built a wall of items and secured it with rope. They didn't just drop boxes in the truck and call it moving! They also moved a 125 year old extremely heavy piano. It was a tricky job but they did it well. We were charged a very reasonable amount which included material. They gave us the two straps that held the piano. this is a moving company that you can trust with your personal belongings. It is always a stressful time when you have to move your stuff because you have to and trust complete strangers with all of your personal belongings. Especially if you have children and they have their priceless possessions that they love so much you have to hope that the movers respect your items as much as you do. Jeff and his guys were truly a blessing. After experiencing an utter nightmare with another moving company, I contacted Essential Moving Solutions. I scheduled everything, and thought I was set. 2 days later, my car broke down, and I wasn't going to have the money to pay for movers. These guys are amazing! Really handled all our furniture and belongings with care! Wrapped every item carefully with padding and blankets. They were cautious to not damage anything, including both houses. They stayed busy and really knew how to pack a truck top to bottom! It was nice having help taking apart beds and then putting them back together!! They all were so fast to help! Also great with making sure all the big furniture pieces were where we wanted them! The guys ended up finishing their morning appointment early and called to see if we could start earlier, which was great! Gary, Skylar and 2 other men came, moved us out of our 2 storage units and then came and moved us into our new home. They were AMAZING!!! Matt and Donte were amazing! Even though the it was raining they still helped me move. It was fast efficient and professional. They even helped me park my U-Haul because I've never drove it before. They really are efficient! The movers arrived on time and were dedicated to ensure that we had an efficient move so that we did not have to pay extra. We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor to a one story house that was 10 minutes away; 4 hours total for the move.
