We drove around looking for a smog place that was open on Saturday. When we arrived at EcoSmog the smog test fellow had just left for lunch. The man at the front desk call and the fellow who does the smog tests and he came back to do our smog test! I have never had that happen before. He was such a nice man (kind eyes) and the smog check went very quickly. The waiting room has lots of upholstered seats and a customer bathroom that is pleasant and clean. The people in the waiting room seemed very content. No drama just nice people. read more

Seriously amazing customer service. Armen is so accommodating that he will spoil every other encounter you have with anyone who works with customers. Several texts led to the revelation that my car had to go to a Star station, which Armen is not. My fault for not verifying that in the first place, but Armen was so gracious that he didn't even mention that I should've checked initially. He treated me like I was a long-time customer. Called a couple places around La Crescenta today trying to have the smog check for my car done. Want to make sure I dont get stuck there for a long time, and making sure they are not going to charge me an arm and a leg. The first place I called that offered a $10 off on their website was going to charge $60, when did smog check get so expensive? Anyways, then I called EcoSmog, the guy over the phone was very professional and friendly, when asked for a quote, he told me $40 out the door. I think this is more reasonable than the last one, and no catch like 35 for this, 18 for that...blah blah blah. I want to support small businesses, but not if they make you feel like you are getting ripped off. So anyways, I went over and he did it right away and finished in like 5 minutes. Fast and friendly service, no gimmicks. Definitely will come back and will recommend others to come here as well. read more

I had an appointment at 3:45. I came in at 3:40. I left to get coffee at the Starbucks across the street, came back and my car is done (3:52). I did not get to sit and drink my coffee. So fast. I highly recommend ecoSmog to anyone who wants quick and speedy service. read more

So after going to the place I usually go for my smog checks that supposedly opens at 8am....after waiting until 8:15am to them still not being open (I was on a deadline for time), I did a Google search from my phone for other smog check test stations in the area and I was just up the street from Tires 4 Less/ecoSmog, so I went there. NICEST PEOPLE EVER and great service. I was in and out of there in MAYBE 20 mins? Still well within my time restriction and now I know where I will be going for tires and anything else they provide. Ya sleep at the wheel ya lose a customer. Awake at the wheel and you gain one...me! Could not have been happier with the service and how friendly they all were. Needed to get my smog check done ASAP and I was worried that I couldn't get it done because it was on a national holiday. I called ecosmog and they pencilled me in immediately. I arrived 15 minutes later, and by the time I got comfortable in the waiting room they already finished and sent all the information to the DMV. It was my first time coming here and I will definitely come again. I called less than an hour ahead of time and once I showed up I was tended to immediately.
