Recently got my truck lifted came here for an alignment after another job did it my truck just didn't feel right and turns out I was correct. 4 wheel parts let me know the alignment was horrible and all my bolts needed to be pre torqued which is where all the vibrations were coming from. They called me every step of the way they also shaved my bumper for me so I would rub anymore. Told me if I had issues or anything felt wrong just bring it back and they would take care of it. Two weeks ago, I attended the 4WP event at the Ontario Convention Center and made a significant purchase from your sales representative. I was convinced that they were the experts and spent $10,500 on the installation. Despite being promised that someone would contact me in a few days to schedule the installation at the Gardena store, I was not contacted until two weeks later, on the original order date. When I finally called the store, I was scheduled for installation. I brought my truck to the Gardena store and left it overnight, but no one contacted me for an update, and the store was already closed. I went onsite and spoke to an employee, requesting more time to complete the installation. Around 7 pm, I received a phone call informing me that my truck was ready. However, I was unable to inspect the work due to the late hour and darkness. I even gave the technician a $100 tip for their work. Upon returning home the next morning, I discovered that both of my rear fox suspension components were damaged. I immediately reported the issue to the manager, who apologized and offered to fix it. He arranged for a replacement and even called me to inform me that the wheels (which should have been included in the original order) were ready. I am unsure why they were not included. The manager assured me that Friday would be the day for the installation, but no one called me again. This is a second instance of poor customer service. Additionally, my skid plate was not reinstalled on my truck because the screws were too short. I had informed them from the beginning of the installation that they were the experts and should take the initiative to fix the issue. I expected them to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Why did they not sell me the long bolts necessary to fix the problem? What is a few dollars for long bolts when I have already spent $10,500? I am deeply dissatisfied with the recent experience I had with your company. The sales representative failed to fulfill my order for method ring wheels, resulting in poor installation and a lack of communication regarding the installation and follow-up orders. I wasted my time visiting your store multiple times, which could have been avoided if the issue had been resolved promptly. I also noticed that I do not have an upgraded spare tire wheel and tire that was supposed to be part of the package deal when I bought the sets during Ontario convention 4WP event. I was very upset and felt being mislead of your marketing sales and installation. I demand a partial refund for the damage to my suspension or you will remove all the parts you installed and receive a full refund. I expect a resolution to this matter promptly. I worked with Tyler in the past and had a great experience. I received a very unfair quote from a different associate and will never come back after that experience. Needless to say I went somewhere else and saved $1500. You have to treat repeat customers better, and all customers for that matter, especially in this economic environment. Made an appointment, waited a week for an appointment, brought my truck in to do a minor wheel balance. They told me 2 hours, so I took a $25 Uber to work to get stuff done. Spent $25 to Came back at 130 and my truck was still in the same spot parked in the spot I parked it in. Asked how long it was going to take and they said another 2 hours minimum, cause supposedly the inspection is 2 hours long. I couldn't wait because I have to pick up my kids so I just took my truck and they tried to keep my deposit, but i ended up getting it back. I ordered KMZ wheels and Ridge Grappler Tires and a week later went back to have them installed. I dropped off at 9a in the morning and by 6p it still was not even started. They said come by anyway and they would finish up. Long story short is I have the 4 wheels on but I'm still trying to install the spare because I bought my Jeep used and don't have the spare tire lock key. Now here's the surprise. Neither do they. They refused to switch the spare because they don't have the standard locking wrench for the McGard locks that have been used on Jeeps for the last 25 years. And I'm betting over half if not 75% of the brand of vehicle they work on is Jeep. Come on man? Really? There's lots of vehicle specific tools especially on suspensions and these guys don't have the STANDARD wheel lock wrench that has been used for 25 years? I find that ridiculous. read more

Went into this location looking for a part for my truck I needed a skid plate that protects the catalytic converters. They didn't have anything in stock for my old truck, but the guy that I talked to was super nice and knowledgeable and referred me to a website that has parts for this truck. I also looked around and they have a lot of cool parts on site lots to choose from and a wide range online to look at and choose from as well. Came to get my steps removed. I should've gone somewhere else after the horrible experience I had the first time but I figured that was about 5 yrs ago. Maybe they improved. Dropped my truck off. Picked it up in good time this time. When I went to check the steps they placed in the back of the bed I noticed a bunch of scratches on the tailgate above the handle. Only way those could have gotten there is if someone leaned something against it or someone tried to drop the tailgate and it hit something. They said they were already there. They weren't. I would've noticed it right away like I did today when I open the tailgate and I've only gone home and to work. I reverse park next to a wall at both locations so there's no way I would've hit anything without the bumper making contact first. I asked to see the cameras and they said they don't have any. 2 for 2 on horrible experiences at this place. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here read more

I took my truck to 4 Wheel Parts for an alignment two weeks ago, and I'm very disappointed with the service I received. 1. I specifically asked about rotating my tires, but I was told the computer didn't recommend it. Anyone could clearly see my front tires are more worn than the back, so that should have been addressed. 2. The technician didn't check my tire pressure. One of my front tires was at 25 psi when I left. Once my mechanic aired it up properly to 42 psi, the difference in handling was night and day. 3. My mechanic also confirmed the alignment wasn't done correctly. Proper procedure requires checking tire pressure and rotating tires before performing an alignment, and none of that was done. I paid for a service that wasn't performed to standard, and I expect better from a shop that specializes in trucks. This was careless and a waste of my time and money. read more

He called the store and they said it would be another several days to recieve the tires correct tires. NEVER recieved a call back. My husband finally called back today, the store gave him crap for not coming in sooner. When he got to the store they said they had called several times and he hadn't responded. We recieved ZERO calls or texts from the store! ZERO! Then they let him know they had MISPLACED the rim he had left there! They couldn't find it, so they offered a replacement. 2 hours later my husband finally left the shop. Absolutly ridiculous! Don't go here unless you want the wrong order and your items lost! Friendly staff, took ten weeks to get my parts delivered to store. I would have been fine with that, but I was told multiple times my parts are on "today's delivery ".After the parts were installed i was informed I would need to upgrade other components to have my truck sit level. Basically stuck getting the upgrades, I was not informed about them on the original order/quote. Poor communications, delays on order and when scheduled installation no confirmation for 5 days, then wanted to switch to different day, I got frustrated and went in and picked up parts for another company to install then get home and find parts missing, sales rep then asked if I could drive back and pick up the items he forgot to include, then he offered to ship to Van Nuys which is an hour drive in other direction, so I threatened call to the boss and then he shipped the parts to me for free, which was the least he could do. Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Tyler was awesome and answered all the million questions I had about my 98 4Runner when I got a bilstein 5100 with ARB springs lift kit installed. They did a killer job, finished it the same day (make an appointment beforehand). Joe and Adolph did the install and it rides as smooth as a cloud even though it's almost older than me hahaha. Called several times...each time was asked to be placed on a "brief" hold. On my second to last call, I waited 15 minutes before deciding to hang up and call back one last time. On the last call, I waited about 5 mins on hold for a salesman who picked up and of course asked to put me on hold again so I requested a call back instead. Extremely Disappointed. I came in on Friday July 5th and placed an order for some shocks. I was told they would be available for pick up after July 8th. I called to confirm that they have arrived. I ordered a full set of shocks. When I arrived to pick up my shocks, I asked if they had any installation specials. They did, so I decided to have four wheel parts install all four shocks. Two hours into the installation, the manager comes out and tells me they ordered the wrong size of shocks for the rear. Disappointed. I said no problem. The manager assured me he ordered them on Monday July 8th And we made another appointment for installation July 11th. Guess what, I show up July 11 at my appointment time. He did not order the shocks until Wednesday, July 10th. They were not just up the street like he said they were. They were coming from Reno Nevada. The manager never gave me a courtesy call, saying he forgot to order them or not to come. This is my third time sitting in traffic. It took me an hour and half to arrive. Still no apology. He said I'll just make it up to you. I couldn't believe this was happening. The manager promised me phone call July 15th. I waited till almost 3 PM. I finally called. Found out my shocks had been delivered and he once again failed to call me to let me know. I made another appointment to have my rear shocks installed. Once again, he never apologized saying oh my God I forgot to call you again. It took another two hours to install my rear shocks. It was so awkward walking into the shop. They made it seem like it was my fault. All these problems were happening. I am really trying to support local businesses. It's really not worth my time and frustrations. I very easily could've ordered them on Amazon. They would've been at my house the next day. I would've saved time and gas. Don't forget, this bad service came from the store manager. The head person. The decision-maker. How do you expect your employees to give great customer service when management can't do it. Unbelievable. read more
