Recently got my truck lifted came here for an alignment after another job did it my truck just didn't feel right and turns out I was correct. 4 wheel parts let me know the alignment was horrible and all my bolts needed to be pre torqued which is where all the vibrations were coming from. They called me every step of the way they also shaved my bumper for me so I would rub anymore. Told me if I had issues or anything felt wrong just bring it back and they would take care of it. I worked with Tyler in the past and had a great experience. I received a very unfair quote from a different associate and will never come back after that experience. Needless to say I went somewhere else and saved $1500. You have to treat repeat customers better, and all customers for that matter, especially in this economic environment. Made an appointment, waited a week for an appointment, brought my truck in to do a minor wheel balance. They told me 2 hours, so I took a $25 Uber to work to get stuff done. Spent $25 to Came back at 130 and my truck was still in the same spot parked in the spot I parked it in. Asked how long it was going to take and they said another 2 hours minimum, cause supposedly the inspection is 2 hours long. I couldn't wait because I have to pick up my kids so I just took my truck and they tried to keep my deposit, but i ended up getting it back. I took my truck to 4 Wheel Parts for an alignment two weeks ago, and I'm very disappointed with the service I received. 1. I specifically asked about rotating my tires, but I was told the computer didn't recommend it. Anyone could clearly see my front tires are more worn than the back, so that should have been addressed. 2. The technician didn't check my tire pressure. One of my front tires was at 25 psi when I left. Once my mechanic aired it up properly to 42 psi, the difference in handling was night and day. 3. My mechanic also confirmed the alignment wasn't done correctly. Proper procedure requires checking tire pressure and rotating tires before performing an alignment, and none of that was done. I paid for a service that wasn't performed to standard, and I expect better from a shop that specializes in trucks. This was careless and a waste of my time and money. read more

My husband bought 5 tires from this place. He had to wait several days for them to come in, and he finally went to get them. They only had 4 of the 5 tires and not all the bead bags he ordered. They installed the tires and he came home. Once he got home he noticed he recieved the wrong tires! He called the store and they said it would be another several days to recieve the tires correct tires. NEVER recieved a call back. My husband finally called back today, the store gave him crap for not coming in sooner. When he got to the store they said they had called several times and he hadn't responded. We recieved ZERO calls or texts from the store! ZERO! Then they let him know they had MISPLACED the rim he had left there! They couldn't find it, so they offered a replacement. 2 hours later my husband finally left the shop. Absolutly ridiculous! Don't go here unless you want the wrong order and your items lost! Friendly staff, took ten weeks to get my parts delivered to store. I would have been fine with that, but I was told multiple times my parts are on "today's delivery ".After the parts were installed i was informed I would need to upgrade other components to have my truck sit level. Basically stuck getting the upgrades, I was not informed about them on the original order/quote. I was getting my information from the staff.If the upgrade was a known requirement for the work they should have disclosed it to me. Poor communications, delays on order and when scheduled installation no confirmation for 5 days, then wanted to switch to different day, I got frustrated and went in and picked up parts for another company to install then get home and find parts missing, sales rep then asked if I could drive back and pick up the items he forgot to include, then he offered to ship to Van Nuys which is an hour drive in other direction, so I threatened call to the boss and then he shipped the parts to me for free, which was the least he could do. Called several times...each time was asked to be placed on a "brief" hold. On my second to last call, I waited 15 minutes before deciding to hang up and call back one last time. On the last call, I waited about 5 mins on hold for a salesman who picked up and of course asked to put me on hold again so I requested a call back instead. He said he'd call me before end of day but never got a call. Obviously they don't care about their customers. That's ok, there are many other options. read more

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Tyler was awesome and answered all the million questions I had about my 98 4Runner when I got a bilstein 5100 with ARB springs lift kit installed. They did a killer job, finished it the same day (make an appointment beforehand). Joe and Adolph did the install and it rides as smooth as a cloud even though it's almost older than me hahaha. Good service when selling you things. Horrible service when it comes to getting it installed. When I purchased the power steps I was told it would take 4-5 hrs. When I actually dropped the truck off at 9am, they told me it would be ready by 6pm(9 hrs) and they'd give me a call when it was done. I figured "by 6" was worse case scenario but I'd prob get a call in about 4-5 hrs like they had told me when I purchased the steps. Called at 5:20pm to see what the status was and they said it would be ready after 6pm. Also they asked me when I got there to pick up the truck if I had something plugged into the electric port because the steps needed the port. I did. A camera. So they had the truck for 9 hrs and barely realized they couldn't plug the steps in? What was the point of taking the truck at 9am? Bad business saying one thing then changing it after the transaction is made and still not following thru Got my keys at 630pm I could've installed them faster myself read more

Extremely Disappointed. I came in on Friday July 5th and placed an order for some shocks. I was told they would be available for pick up after July 8th. I called to confirm that they have arrived. I ordered a full set of shocks. When I arrived to pick up my shocks, I asked if they had any installation specials. They did, so I decided to have four wheel parts install all four shocks. Two hours into the installation, the manager comes out and tells me they ordered the wrong size of shocks for the rear. Disappointed. I said no problem. The manager assured me he ordered them on Monday July 8th And we made another appointment for installation July 11th. Guess what, I show up July 11 at my appointment time. He did not order the shocks until Wednesday, July 10th. They were not just up the street like he said they were. They were coming from Reno Nevada. The manager never gave me a courtesy call, saying he forgot to order them or not to come. This is my third time sitting in traffic. It took me an hour and half to arrive. Still no apology. He said I'll just make it up to you. I couldn't believe this was happening. The manager promised me phone call July 15th. I waited till almost 3 PM. I finally called. Found out my shocks had been delivered and he once again failed to call me to let me know. I made another appointment to have my rear shocks installed. Once again, he never apologized saying oh my God I forgot to call you again. It took another two hours to install my rear shocks. It was so awkward walking into the shop. They made it seem like it was my fault. All these problems were happening. I am really trying to support local businesses. It's really not worth my time and frustrations. I very easily could've ordered them on Amazon. They would've been at my house the next day. I would've saved time and gas. Don't forget, this bad service came from the store manager. The head person. The decision-maker. How do you expect your employees to give great customer service when management can't do it. Unbelievable. read more
