This conversation took place in front of customers and created an unprofessional atmosphere. Throughout the interaction, the cashier came across as rude and inattentive, showing the same dismissive attitude toward customers that he was expressing toward his manager. After I paid for my items, I asked for a bag. The cashier abruptly responded "We don't have any" and shrugged his shoulders. He made no effort to offer an alternative solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience. My merchandise was simply left on the counter, leaving me to gather the items and carry them out myself. Customer service is a major part of the retail experience, and this interaction reflected poorly on the store. Employees should remain professional, focus on assisting customers, and avoid discussing workplace disputes or disregarding management instructions in front of customers. Items on hand, lo prices, easy to navigate store, and the excellent customer service will absolutely have me driving back to this location before I even check stores that are closer to my home base. The parking lot has an epic amount of spaces available with plenty of handicapped parking near the front entrance. No steps or flights of stairs are needed to access this business. EXTREMELY DISHONEST EXPERIENCE…read more We purchased an engine from this company in good faith after confirming by phone that we were purchasing the engine shown in their listing with approximately 45,000 miles. That is NOT the engine we received. The engine delivered to us was visibly different from the engine pictured and represented to us during the sale. When we contacted them, the conversation only made the situation worse. In my opinion, what occurred was a bait-and-switch: we agreed to purchase one engine based on the listing and phone confirmation, and a different engine was delivered. We then performed a compression test on the engine we received. The results, which I have included in the attached photos, raised serious concerns about the condition of the engine and whether it was consistent with what had been represented to us. I contacted the company within the same week and asked for a replacement engine or to exchange it for what we had actually purchased. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told that their "warranty policy" requires us to INSTALL the questionable engine into a vehicle before they can submit a warranty claim through their third-party warranty provider. Think about that. They want a repair shop to spend the labor and take the risk of installing an engine that has already produced concerning test results just so they can attempt to process a warranty claim. I specifically asked them to provide the written warranty policy requiring this. I was told it was simply "their policy." This is not how a reputable company should handle a customer who immediately reports receiving a product that appears different from what was represented and has documented concerns about its condition. I have recordings of our phone conversations that document what was discussed. Out of respect for the business owner, who still has not contacted me personally, I am not posting links to those recordings at this time. I am posting this review so other repair shops and consumers can make an informed decision before purchasing an engine from this company. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them. I am also reporting this transaction to Car-Part.com and providing documentation regarding the engine we were sold, the engine we actually received, the test results, and the warranty representations made to us. If the company continues refusing to provide an appropriate resolution, I intend to pursue the matter in Small Claims Court and present the documentation there. A reasonable solution would have been simple: stand behind what was represented, take back the questionable engine, and provide the engine we actually agreed to purchase. Instead, we have spent our time chasing a resolution for a problem that should never have happened in the first place. Repair shops: document everything before buying from this company.

Two weeks ago, I attended the 4WP event at the Ontario Convention Center and made a significant purchase from your sales representative. I was convinced that they were the experts and spent $10,500 on the installation. Despite being promised that someone would contact me in a few days to schedule the installation at the Gardena store, I was not contacted until two weeks later, on the original order date. When I finally called the store, I was scheduled for installation. I brought my truck to the Gardena store and left it overnight, but no one contacted me for an update, and the store was already closed. I went onsite and spoke to an employee, requesting more time to complete the installation. Around 7 pm, I received a phone call informing me that my truck was ready. However, I was unable to inspect the work due to the late hour and darkness. I even gave the technician a $100 tip for their work. Upon returning home the next morning, I discovered that both of my rear fox suspension components were damaged. I immediately reported the issue to the manager, who apologized and offered to fix it. He arranged for a replacement and even called me to inform me that the wheels (which should have been included in the original order) were ready. I am unsure why they were not included. The manager assured me that Friday would be the day for the installation, but no one called me again. This is a second instance of poor customer service. Additionally, my skid plate was not reinstalled on my truck because the screws were too short. I had informed them from the beginning of the installation that they were the experts and should take the initiative to fix the issue. I expected them to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Why did they not sell me the long bolts necessary to fix the problem? What is a few dollars for long bolts when I have already spent $10,500? I am deeply dissatisfied with the recent experience I had with your company. The sales representative failed to fulfill my order for method ring wheels, resulting in poor installation and a lack of communication regarding the installation and follow-up orders. I wasted my time visiting your store multiple times, which could have been avoided if the issue had been resolved promptly. I also noticed that I do not have an upgraded spare tire wheel and tire that was supposed to be part of the package deal when I bought the sets during Ontario convention 4WP event.
