Located off Avalon in Carson shared parking with another business across the way. Mainly came here to purchase my ticket for the Lucas Oil Off Road Expo since it was discounted and cheaper than the box office or on line. The place is clean and looks well stocked. The process for getting the ticket was fast and easy and when you go to the show you just show and give them the receipt. Overall I'd do that again for tickets.

    Better than the Costco price!

I had a disappointing experience with a cashier during my recent visit to AutoZone…read more When I approached the register, the cashier seemed uninterested in assisting customers and was engaged in a conversation with a coworker instead of focusing on the checkout process. During the transaction, he openly complained about his manager, specifically mentioning that his manager had repeatedly told him to put his phone away. He went on to say that he had no intention of following those instructions and would simply wait for the manager to walk away before taking his phone back out and continuing to use it. This conversation took place in front of customers and created an unprofessional atmosphere. Throughout the interaction, the cashier came across as rude and inattentive, showing the same dismissive attitude toward customers that he was expressing toward his manager. After I paid for my items, I asked for a bag. The cashier abruptly responded "We don't have any" and shrugged his shoulders. He made no effort to offer an alternative solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience. My merchandise was simply left on the counter, leaving me to gather the items and carry them out myself. Customer service is a major part of the retail experience, and this interaction reflected poorly on the store. Employees should remain professional, focus on assisting customers, and avoid discussing workplace disputes or disregarding management instructions in front of customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. This took place on Tuesday, 6/16/26, between 5:00-5:30pm at Register 4.

I spoke with the manager and was told it would be looked into. Was told they do not know what happened to it and was told to come back to get a replacement battery. I came back on Nov 27 and was helped by who I believe was the night manager Nick who seemed to make it my problem and if I actually dropped off a battery that day when he was working as well. I told him the make and model of the car for the battery and he pulled up the battery and then he asked me for my phone number for my account and decided to give me a battery for a different car that I ordered last year instead of the correct battery that we already established previously. I assumed he was correct in giving me the correct battery and found out it was the wrong battery when I brought it home because it was too small. As a customer I do not appreciate being accused of something and was following their procedures. On top of being given the wrong battery as a replacement when I clearly established the information for what car it was for. He did not bother to verify why the battery was different from what was discussed and just gave me the wrong battery.

I walked out with a subwoofer and amp that sound incredible and are installed perfect but more than that I walked out knowing I'd been treated fair and that these people actually cared about doing the job right instead of just maximizing the invoice. if your tired of the typical sales pitch where every visit turns into a conversation about upgrades you dont need this is your spot they respect your time your budget and your intelligence and honestly I couldnt recommend them more.

I had some time this weekend, so I stopped by Audio Motorsports to get some advice and ended up just doing the install, since they could do it now, and the price they offered me was great. Nick was an excellent salesperson; he's an old-school guy with a deep history and knowledge of audio, and he helped me get off the fence with the different brands and boxes I was researching. I was originally looking at some subs for under the seat, but ended up getting a Kicker sub with Nick's advice, since he said under-the-seat subs aren't that great and, for the same price, a boxed sub with an amp will sound better. The installation took about an hour and a half, and you can either wait in-store or at a few nearby plazas to eat and wait. The install itself was clean and professional. Overall, loving the bass. I might be back soon if I upgrade the stock speakers in my ride to improve mid- and high-frequency clarity. On another note, I didn't know they also do tinting. Nick offered a good deal, but it's too bad I just recently had my tint done elsewhere. If I had known, I would have saved some money on my tint by doing it at Audio Motorsports.
