THIS BAD COMPANY GAVE ME BAD TIRES AND REFUSED TO HONER THEIR WARRANTY! In the beginning of the year I got a nail in my rear tire and because the tires were kinda old I decided to replace both my rear tires. I bought the extra warranty so if I ran over a nail or something they would replace the tires. 6 months and 5000 miles later my rear passenger tire kept on going flat so I brought it in thinking they would just replace it because it's still under warranty. The tire guy told me my tires were bald. I LITERALLY JUST GOT THESE TIRES!!!! First the guy tried to suggest that I was drag racing them which was very insulting. I take good care of my car and I'd never do that. Then he said it was a mechanical problem but didn't tell me exactly what kind of mechanical issue so I can get it looked at. Then he suggested that the manufacturer might have had a bad batch but that's not their problem, I'd have to take it up with the manufacturer. I don't know what planet he's coming from but where I come from if a buy a defective product you take it back to the store that sold it to you and stock it on their shelves not the manufacturer. 4 months ago....I replaced 4 tires on my suv...and I paid for the alignment. Today I was getting work done to it...and the mechanic noticed my upper control arms were loose ans extremely worn. It's a 2003 expedition. They aligned my wheels....they were too incompetent to see the problem. In May 2026. I demanded that they absorb the cost of a new alignment....because of their incompetence. From the moment I was greeted, Damon provided exceptional customer service. He thoroughly inspected my car, helped me understand my tire options, and made recommendations based on my vehicle's needs rather than simply trying to sell me tires. He took the time to explain the importance of tread, why tire rotation matters, and why my vehicle needed a wheel alignment--not just for the safety of my car, but for my safety and the safety of everyone else on the road. He even walked me through the tire wear chart and explained how to recognize when tires are nearing the end of their life and need to be replaced. I left it there, got a call and they told me I had two nails in my tire and they were both going opposite directions and close together so they were not able to patch it and they suggest I get a new tire. I bought my tires a few months ago, and I was happy with the service overall. Recently, I accepted an offer I got via email for a free tire rotation. I was in a hurry so after they told me the service was done, I left without checking. 2 days later, I saw one of my hubcaps roll off my tire. I pulled over and picked it up and saw that 2 of the tabs that hold it in place where broken. I sent a review about the service and received a call back immediately. I already knew I was planning on coming in to replace 3 tires as the tread was getting a bit low. I ended up getting a flat tire late at night, 2 days before I was planning on coming in..so I guess my car luck knew! I showed up without an appointment 7:45a on a Friday to hopefully be one of the first people in. I looked up which tires I wanted to match to the recently changed one and even made sure it was in stock, and the rep just had to make sure it was truly the case. The rep was super nice and helpful and explained the process very well. I mentioned I needed my TPMS' replaced too and we were able to handle quickly. The service itself was fine but definitely can't give a higher rating due to my experience. Left my car to get my tire repaired. I sat in the lobby and saw two workers talking in the parking lot. One of the workers put both his hands down his pants and started scratching. He was digging in there deep under his boxers and unfortunately right after he was done I saw he was the one who went directly to my car to move it in. I have been having problems with my tires for MONTHS. still dont know why i'm constantly loosing air in the same tire (no holes or nails, water test and everything was good). If you have to buy Tires Take your money somewhere else, I don't recommend this place at all save your self a headache. On March 28 I ordered 2 tires they told me that they will they would be there on Monday, they made me an appointment for Monday at 5:15P.M, when I got there at about 5:00 they told me that the Tires were there but when they went to look for them they couldn't find them. They were never ordered. I had to go back on Tuesday when I got there they offered me an alignment I told them to check if it was needed and they said yes. They did the alignment but then they said that they can only do the front alignment because they didn't have the tools needed to do the back. I ask if they would be able to do the rear alignment ones they get the parts needed and they said yes. When I went to pick up the car, the manager was there when he asked me how, I was going to pay I asked him that, ones they get the parts needed for the rear alignment, I was going to be able to take the Car back for them to do the alignment on the rear and his answer was that what I was paying was very cheap compared to what they charge at the Dealer. One of the other employees said that he would honor what they told in the beginning but the Manager said that he was the boss and the parts needed to do the alignment were too expensive. I purchased the replacement certificate when I first purchased our car about 2 years ago. Which they repair or replace your tire for free if it gets damaged for the life of tire or 6 years. At the time I purchased it I didn't know if the tread is too low or tire is bald then it isn't covered. One of our tires was leaking air and brought it in to replace but they said it's not covered because the tread was too low and I had to pay full price for new tire. This was all news to me because when I purchased the protection they only said if it's damaged we'll repair or replace it and that's all, no mention of the tread. Joseph was the one helping me out and was kind enough to explain it and also provide discount on the new tire since I was never told the full details of the replacement process. All in all was a little upset at first and still kind of upset the fact that I still had to pay based on something that I was misinformed on but Joseph took care of it so it's all good now. read more
