This place is awesome! I pulled up thinking I needed FOUR new tires because it's been a while and my safety on the road is a big concern. The 2 employees were very polite and informed me that 3 of my tires were still in very condition, good for at least another year. Wow! Honesty like that is rare . They could've easily fooled me and charged me to replace all tires, but instead the gentlemen showed me the threads on my tires and explained the good condition. They quickly changed the 1 tire and sent me on my merry way with a smile . Easy, pleasant process Nice to not be ripped off, especially because I'm a female . Good job! read more

they gave me a price for a used tire for 45$ when it was dead . They were finishing up got more busy and people came in . Overheard the same guy give another customer a price of 40$. I did not like that please keep rates the same for everyone. Short guy helped me , usually the bald guy helps me . I've been coming here for years and it makes the business look bad . Worst tire shop ever. Got one of my tires patched and they used no plug, JUST PATCHED IT, as if it's a bicycle. Bought another tire that had the side wall patched. Quoted me one price at the beginning and went up $10 after they were done. I didn't realize I was bamboozled till the patch on the sidewall went loose n got a flat, had to go to the near by tire shop n they showed me the patches. If the price is too good to be true, theres a reason. They don't care about your safety, just making a quick buck. PAY THE LIL EXTRA AT ANY OTHER TIRE SHOP. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Well I went to my favorite tire place but of course they didn't have my tire in stock and they quoted a regular price. So u know me I'm going to get my second opinion or quote at another place. I always pass this place my hubby comes here get ok service and I dismiss it like.... He don't be knowing...well I was wrong as I was passing this place I said ok I have $150 and that's it. Asked do u have me size he and the nice worker said to me," used or new" ? I was like let me see and how much . I was like on my goodness they have what I need. Is this my day. So I said ok how much new he gave the same price as my peeps and he has the tire right now. And I said let me see the used one. Wow this place is pretty much perfect! My boyfriend found out he got a flat tire right when we woke up Sunday morning. He thought he was going to be carless until Monday since he didn't think tire shops opened on Sundays. He called Pacific Tire and found out that they opened until 4. Cool! We got out of bed and drove there immediately. They found out the problem of my boyfriends flat tire (there was a nail). They also found another nail in another one of his tires! They patched up both tires in less than 20 minutes. And they only charged $7 for each tire patch-up. Awesome service. Super speedy. And probably the cheapest price you'll be able to find! read more

I stopped by Pacific Tire today, I needed 4 new tires for my beautiful Blue car. I feel I got a good deal on the tires and they installed the tires very quickly. The process took about 45 minutes in and out. I love that! The manage spoke broken english and was not very friendly, it could have been due to the language barrier. Don't go in this place with a nice/new car, they will try to rip you off. I got 2 rim powder coated and just needed them switched. The manager told me $120 with balance. I didn't need to be balanced. So, $100 just to take 2 tires off switch out rims and put 2 tires back on the car, only service. I went to Harbor tire and Auto service a few mins away and $35 out the door. Don't get tricked by these a holes. read more

Wow, I'm sad to report that this place has gone down hill! I went there about a week ago to get several tires done and I was surprised by the complete change in attitude of the place. First off, they tried to sell me a used tire with a hole in it? The guy saw the air gushing out of the tire he had just finished mounting then he asks me, "Do you want to take it like that?" Why would I want a tire with a hole in it? I asked the guy to replace one of my old valve stems and he said they were all out of them as I was looking right at a bunch of them still in the package right next to the tire changing machine he was using? The final straw was when the owner overcharged me for everything. I questioned the total, and when we sat down and did the math on everything, he kept changing the individual prices to try and arrive at the same elevated total he had already given me? Rather than argue, I paid the total, knowing I'd never be back again! Bottom line is this place used to be awesome now they are worthless! Go somewhere else! read more
