Whatever you do, do not take your car here. They will make you wait for weeks if not months before they work on your vehicle. They will complain to you about their own jobs. They will rip you off with prices, the work and craftsmanship is garbage and the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in the automotive industry. They used to be a great shop, I was a frequent customer for several years but the new management and staff is beyond rude and clueless when it comes to customer service and quality control. Worse customer service I've ever experienced!!!!!!! More than once!!!! I had read a review that they never have anything in stock. When I went in for a side mirror, what do you know, they didn't have in stock. The guy told me it would be in in 2 days so I thought what the heck, I'll do it. He said he'd call but I never heard from him. After a week, I called, still not in. Went in after about 10 days......nothing! I had to keep calling to check on the item which finally got in about 3 weeks later. Not once did they apologize for the extra time. I don't know how they stay in business treating people like that. I had the convertible top and headliner for my mustang replaced here in 2010. At the time I was satisfied because I didn't know any better. A couple years after having the top replaced at Mustang Country, the headliner started to fall down in the back, blocking my vision out my rear window. I took it to a convenient local shop and they said it was put on too tightly and that's why it started to rip. He put a "band aid" on it for only $10, so it wasn't a big deal, but still. More recently I've had to have the entire top replaced again and took it to another shop. This new shop only took one day to do the job, literally I dropped in off at 7:30 am, and picked it up at 5 pm and its perfect! However, Mustang Country had my car for an ENTIRE WEEK! I'm not sure what they were doing for a whole week with it, but clearly the job could be done in less time and less inconvenience to the customer. If you want a job done fast don't come here. Mustang Country wasted my time and didn't even do a great job. read more

I recently purchased an item that I thought I needed as part of my mustang restoration project, when I realized that I could salvage the Original part, I called the store and asked about return policies the Person who answered the phone (Carl) told that there are no returns on sheet metal, I explained that I still have the product in the box and he repeated "No returns on Sheet metal". There must be a better return Policy. Parts are expensive and repeating customers could steer away with these policies. Its bad business practice and bad customer service. read more

Mike is normally the guy I speak to and he's very helpful. I do appreciate this store being somewhat local for me because other mustang stores are far. My only gripe is that the store is always out of stock. I would suggest calling to see if they are stocked. read more

I came here last week to get a part and the guy helping did a good job making sure I was getting the correct part by asking me a few questions. Come to find out Ford mixed & matched different years of parts even in the same year. This place is a little slow as I had to wait 15 mins but I will go back as they have hard to find parts. read more

Like these guys a lot. They were out of stock on a part I had to have that day and I mentioned I'd probably have to go to a competitor to get it (though didn't want to). Later that day they called and said they found the part and that they would arrange to personally drop it to my house the next day and I live 20 miles away! Very impressed. Funny! I read the reviews because I was curious what other customers had to say about the business. After reading the reviews, I noticed the consensus was that their always out of stock which I've experience from doing business with them in the past. Today, I was in need of a part and do to convenience, I decided to call them to ensure they had my part in stock prior to driving out there to waste my valuable time. Guess what? their out of stock! really? they really need to figure out a better system to keep parts in stock and keeping their loyal customers from going elsewhere. These people not only have the parts you need. They have the know how what else you need when you come in as a novice or a professional. Experience goes along a way in this industry and having a guy sell you a part and take the time to tell you how to install it and what to be careful with when installing it is priceless. These guys are PROS and know there stuff if your going to complain about a price or say that another vendor has it cheaper than you should not shop here they sell quality here. Coming from experience I am an ASE certified tech i own several old cars and these guys set me straight on a part i kept buying over and over from another vendor. These guys are pretty good. They have gotten better more helpful. Prices are a little higher but the location is better hours are good.

Overall I have to give the team at Mustang Country 5 stars. They carry so much in stock the team has some serious knowledge between them all and it's always a pleasure shopping there. If your local you've seen the place and if you have a classic mustang chances are you've come in. If you come in on weekends etc expect to wait they are always busy take that into consideration be nice and patient and they'll do everything they can for you. Allen the owner knows just about everything there is to know. Carol, Brandon, Mike all know their stuff and can help the DIY's out there. Never feel intimidated to ask they'll always help if your trying to do the work. I know the service shop moved but I can tell you Freddy knows his stuff and will have your car fixed or upgraded correctly. One thing to know is if you have to order a part or if they have to re-stock it can take some time but again be patient and nice and they'll thank you tenfold.
