Horrible service, was waiting 5 minutes while employees were just talking to each other, phones ringing and ignored me. I had to ask if I could get helped with purchasing items. They didn't even greet me, they just said the price and didn't ask if I was a rewards member, I asked for a bag and they said "we ran out" like damn people don't have customer service anymore? A simple smile or I'm sorry we ran out. Or just act like you're happy. This place is usually good but horrible today. 4 workers doing nothing smh read more

I had an amazing experience thanks to Jesus. I came in with concerns about a urine like odor coming from my air vents. Jesus recommended an air filter and installed it. He walked me through the installation process b/c I wanted to learn how to install it myself in the future and he patiently answered all of my questions. My A/C not only smells better but is working so much better now! It's rare to find customer service this thoughtful and thorough. I truly appreciate his help and will definitely return for any future car needs. Thank you, Jesus, for your excellent service! read more

Nick is amazing! He greated me with a smile and had such a positive attitude. He helped me select my wipers and installed them for me! Wonderful customer service. Ty for the help! read more

The girl attending us was extremely rude and dismissive. We came in twenty minutes before closing and she was too busy flirting at the register with a man that was not purchasing anything, who I'm assuming is her boyfriend. She rudely asked us what we needed and when two people walked in the door she annoyingly scoffed and said "I fucking hate when we get rushes at night." We were extremely nice so I'm confused why she behaved this way and even if we weren't I'm not certain why she would think that that type of customer service is appropriate. She covered and removed her name tag as soon as she saw I began looking for her name. She was short with glasses and a bob haircut. 8/28/25 at 9:48pm read more

Terrible customer service. One of the bald managers was very rude. He didn't want to accept my return and said I have to go to the original store, which would be the Rosecrans store. By policy he has to accept the return. I had the receipt and product unused, absolutely no reason to deny my return and be rude about it. read more

I'm always treated well at this Autozone. Employees are super helpful and go out of their way to help me find parts and put parts on hold for me so I could pick them up in store. read more

I had the pleasure of being served by Chris today. I needed a battery check, cabin air filter, engine air filter, and wiper blades. He installed all of those for me in a very short amount of time and I ended up paying only a fraction of the price I was going to pay elsewhere. He gave outstanding customer service overall. Thanks:) read more

Besides having to make 2 trips back and forth which wasn't bad because Auto zone always had what I need, never out of stock, and always is reliable and prices are decent with good customer service they get a 5 star today for helping my mom and I choose some quality parts. They fact that they have so many locations within proximity too is clever. With all their rewards too they keep a good reputation with a customer like me. read more

Placed an order online, never received a follow up after several hours. Arrived at the store to follow up on my order toward the end of the work day. When I arrived I was assisted promptly but after standing at the register for a while the clerk informed me that what I needed was not in stock. Online stock does not match store stock and that was so inconvenient. read more

Horrible service. Three guys just stood there while I waited in line. Then they started to figure out who was going to help me. The sad thing is that they weren't even doing anything!! read more

Had to get some advice on a possible battery issue I was having in my truck. I called this locations as I had an AutoZone battery in my truck. It was starting to corrode around the poles. They said they had it so I went in. Jesus helped me right away. He checked my current battery, looked up the warranty for me and grabbed a new one. It was under warranty so they replaced it no charge. Jesus was knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. AutoZone you're very lucky to have him! read more

Chris helped me. HE WAS THE KINDEST! Thank you so much for your help Chris ! I give this place 100000 stars just because of him !

Helped me out a lot of a part I needed for my truck. Great customer service. The curbside pick up came in handy for the item I bought

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. The people who work here had no interest in helping anyone thatvwas there. Literally four people walked out just while we were there. I asked a lady to look up wipwr blades for my car and she told me the wrong parts. Another man was helping my boyfriend and he didn't know anything ge was talking about. They literally seemed like they were just waiting for time to pass. Horrible service read more

I came here to check my battery after buying it from a competitior 4 years ago. The manager on site could see I was frustrated after realizing I was sold the wrong battery size for my car from the competitor. I paid for the upgraded warranty and he knocked off 10%, which he didn't have do at all. Excellent service and I will be using their services time and time again. I can't stop saying good things about this company. Bravo gentlemen, Bravo! read more

So let's start here. I had to come in because I had stopped by my mechanic which is almost across the street. They did a diagnostics on my truck and told me the parts that I needed to replace. After doing that I headed straight across to this location and was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. Upon which I purchased my piece and they loaned me the tools that I needed to change out the part. Good friendly helpful staff clean the location. read more

I just had the best service from the AutoZone on Alondra and Lakewood Blvd in Bellflower. Employee Abram went well above and beyond. He was already off work and he helped me by changing not one but both my break lights! One of them had melted inside the housing unit and was stuck but that didn't stop Abram. He took the entire unit inside the store so he could see it better and when he came out he had successfully dislodged the broken bulb. He then went on to change out the middle break light as well. Abram went the extra mile in all respects and even gave me suggestions where I cold go for additional services that I am in need of. AutoZone should be very grateful for having such a wonderful, caring, thoughtful young man on their team!! I am forever grateful!! Kathryn Brailsford read more

Even through all the craziness... Abran G was an amazing help! He went beyond his services to help. His daughter has the same car as me.. and helped us out with all our needs! Go see him!! I don't ever write bad reviews but this people were unnecessarily rude. The girl that initially helped me was nice but she did a bad job installing my battery, she left it completely lose, I went back the next day because my car radio kept turning on and off. The manager or whoever it was a man was very rude and said that, her installing my battery was a Curtesy, I understand that but that doesn't mean that you do a shitty job at it. She messed up my posts. And said that my car was defective when it was literally the first time I ever changed the battery. Anyways I learned my lesson to never go to autozone. read more

I consider Autozone to be a third tier auto parts chain. Their parts lines are cheap and not durable, and most of the employees I've interacted with weren't very helpful, knowlegable, or professional. Why should they be really, when the company works them hard and pays dick? I've seen them recommend the wrong parts with their "free diagnostic scan" especially oxygen sensors. Then they sell a cheap part to replace a high quality original part that isn't bad, and now the car has two problems. I believe the state Bureau of Auto Repair made them stop because they aren't licensed auto repair dealers, just clerks selling auto parts. Good if you need something basic like fluids or accessories, especially evenings and weekends. Also if you care about convenience and cheapness more than potential quality and longevity; amazing numbers of people choose cheapness over everything when servicing a durable item such as an automobile. This is AZ's core target customer base. AutoZone: Auto parts place of last resort. read more

I visited AutoZone yesterday to have my battery and/or alternator checked. I was helped by a young man named Wilmer. He checked my battery but not my alternator. My brother explained that both parts should've been checked. I called spoke with Edgar, the manager. He had me return and he checked it himself and because I had a warranty on the battery, he replaced it. Edgar took the time to apologize and explain that the young man tried to help because they were busy but it's not his typical duties. I was a little disappointed but Edgar saved the review for AutoZone! Great job Edgar and AutoZone and thank you Wilmer for trying to help the customer! read more

Ridiculous!!! 0 stars!!! I took in a battery that was at 50% to get charged and when I picked it up I was told it was completely dead. Then I took it to another auto parts and it was charged completely and was told it was a good battery. We bought a brand new battery Duaralast gold battery with warranty from this auto zone a month later for a truck. We decided to test this place out so we took the brand new battery to get charged without telling them that it was brand new. When we picked up the battery they told us the battery was no good and needed to be replaced, they said it was at 0% charged. I then told them that it was a brand new battery that was purchased 2 days prior, after I showed my receipt they wanted to replace the battery using my warranty. Do NOT take your battery here. It's a scam so that they make more sales off you. read more

I was changing fluids in my Corvette. So I went to AutoZone because I had a $20 off coupon. It took me a few minutes to figure out all the fluids and filters that I needed. Then i was a little perplexed and asked for assistance from a passing clerk. He assisted me, and went to the computer to get some information for me. Now I have everything I needed and went up to the register. The woman assisting me (Assistant Manager?) noticed I had a Bosch oil filter and asked me if I really wanted a Bosch? She said that another brand was on sale and proceeded to get it for me. Now I was ready to pay and the trouble hit, They were having computer problems and it took a while to get my transaction going. She was having trouble getting the computer to accept my coupon. So the manager stepped in to assist. He had the same trouble as she did. He then backed off a couple of items (almost $20) and gave me my coupon back for being so patient waiting for the computer problems. So I saved $20 and got to keep my $20 coupon. What a deal. They were helpful and efficient and nice. They just were having a bad computer day. read more

It's so crazy how stuff here is $5 to $10 more than at Walmart. I'm not talking about the total either, each item from the air filters, oil filters, oil and more. The Mobil 1 five qt is $22 at Walmart and $35 here. Fram air filter is $20 here and $12 at WM, Mobil 1 oil filter $15 here, $10 at WM. When it comes to certain car parts I will come here but anything else is just a waste of money. read more
