As easy as can be. I pulled up, and was immediately greeted. He was wearing a mask and very friendly. I handed him my paperwork and he said it would take 5 minutes. He immediately started ruining the test. They have a very comfortable waiting area that he wiped down before I sat down. The garage is very open and ventilated felt pandemic approved. VERY pleased with this shop and will definitely come back again! Cabuto and BLU Automotive a few doors down are now my Go-To Auto-Guys! Both of these shops are extremely honest & easy to work with. Why someone would blame this place for charging them even if the car doesn't pass makes absolutely NO sense! That is the car owner's problem; the shop does the same amount of work regardless of the result. Besides, they offer a FREE re-testing within 15 days. So, there! I didn't have enough miles on my car after a major service from BLU and both shops were nice enough to advise me about when to do the smog check so it would pass. BRAVO CABUTO! I don't even know where to begin.. I'm so disgusted by their so called customer service! These people were so rude and unprofessional, I'm never coming here again. Price was reasonable and everyone here is friendly and honest. They also provide services like dmv registration, transfer of title,etc (for a fee) I think it's pretty lame that the only other reviewer gave them one star because the station gave them a recommendation for repair. So what. People do much worse things and driving above the speed limit and lots of things are illegal, get off your high horse. Or become a cop if you're that uptight. I'm not even sure it's true, I know it's illegal for s test-only to perform repairs, but to give a recommendation? People should quote the exact law rather than just make accusations read more

I used this station years ago because it was my first time needing a SMOG test for my registration. The price was decent and came with a free re-test. My complaint was that I did not pass the test and the tech running the station that day gave me a business card of a repair shop to go to so I could pass on my re-try. What I did not know at that time is that referring a car owner to a repair shop is ILLEGAL for Test-Only stations to do! If I had know I would have reported them, but I did not realize it until my next smog check a couple years later. I will not be going back just for that. This smog station is the best! Cesar and Justin are very professional and courteous. They will explain to you if your car has a problem! And what you need to do to correct any problems. They also saved me time by not going to DMV! You know it takes hours of waiting in the lines at DMV. They provide registration renewal as well!
