Thank you to Service Manager- Josh P. I called in with an issue regarding my back drivers side tire. Went from 30 to 11 PSI overnight and appeared to be going flat. I called AAA for a tow, the driver noticed what he thought was a nail and asked if I wanted air instead. I drove straight to the Ford service dept quick lane, which happens to be so close to my house, I could throw a rock and hit the parking lot. Josh came out with a smile and remembered my call. My vehicle was taken straight back and was in and out in 45mins. Turned out it was a small piece of metal, not a nail and I was able to leave with a patch, rather than a $300 tire. If I could give no stars I would. I take my 2019 echosport in for the latch to the trunk to be fixed. They order the part it's the wrong part. What turns into 2 days is now a week or more. I pay 500+ for the latch. No sooner than I drive off the lot my ac was set to 78 degrees we never do that and it is blowing hot air. I call bring it back they do a diagnostic and say it just broke that's another 800.00 bucks. This is NOT a coincidence. Joe who was handling repairs was condescending and unprofessional. I asked if this seemed correct he said yes . I said so it would be as if we brought your loaner back and the ac didn't work he replied we would just fix it through the warranty. I'm so disgusted with this place! As if 500+ dollars was not enough but clearly something happened from the time I dropped it off to pick up and there is no accountability. Check engine light came on at work and I had to get it towed here. They correctly diagnosed a dead battery. They replaced it, took care of a recall issue, and also did an oil change/tire rotation. It was ready in less than two days. One star deduction because their phone number ends in four zeros which causes it to be flagged as potentially Spam. Change your phone number please! First, I just want to say that Allie in the service department is amazing. She is incredibly kind and did a great job working on my Bronco. She also informed me that my vehicle had a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed. Unfortunately, I travel frequently for work, so I wasn't able to schedule the appointment right away. I was finally able to book it for tomorrow, but I later realized I had accidentally double-booked myself and would need my car back by 3 PM. The dealership let me know they couldn't guarantee that timeline since one of the recalls could potentially take more than a day. When I originally scheduled the appointment, the representative I spoke with mentioned that a loaner vehicle would be available. However, when I called back today, a different representative informed me that a loaner could not be provided for this recall. I then asked if the repair could be scheduled on a weekend since I rely on my car to get to and from work and for other commitments. Unfortunately, I was told weekend appointments aren't an option because the dealership operates on a half-day schedule. The alternative suggested was renting a car through Enterprise, but that would mean paying out of pocket for a rental due to a recall issued by Ford, which doesn't seem quite right. I understand this may not necessarily be the dealership's fault, but it does seem like something Ford should reconsider especially when it comes to recalls, so that the process is easier and more convenient for customers. It would also be helpful if dealerships had more flexibility, such as weekend availability, to accommodate situations like this. read more

Mr. Watson you do not have your facts straight. FIRST - My brother and I BOTH contacted your dealership on 8/23/2025, which is 20 days after the vehicle was purchased, not a month. SECOND - Being in the business you should know it takes a couple of weeks for a customer to receive documentation from the lender in the mail. At time of closing, had your finance dept done a complete and thorough job on their loan documents, Lender information would have been disclosed on the contract. This did not happen. The finance dept lender was NOT listed on the loan contract as it should have. It was completely omitted. Furthermore, as previously stated; on 3 other loan closing documents prepared by your finance dept, Ally Bank was named the lienholder. It was Earnhardt's inconsistent & contradictory documentation as well as receiving correspondence in the mail from yet another lender Western American Loan on 8/16/2025 that prompted our phone call on 8/23/2025. On 8/16/2025 it would also be the first time my brother learned who his loan was financed with. THIRD - What you have claimed as having taken place between Mr. Ferrier and I is a flat out lie. It never happened. I have never spoken to or had ANY interaction with Mr. Ferrier whatsoever. I placed a phone call to your dealership on Monday 8/25 asking to speak with Chris Shepherd as his name was listed on the loan docs as the person to contact if you had any issues after your vehicle purchase. I was told by the Cassandra that Mr. Shepherd was not in until Wed 8/27. I then asked who was taking Mr. Shepherd's calls and Cassandra told me Mr. Ferrier. Then she offered to transfer me to him. Upon Cassandra attempting to transfer me Mr. Ferrin immediately refused to take my call. The only person I ever spoke to was Cassandra. This fact can easily be corroborated by Cassandra herself, [who apologized to me more than once for Mr. Ferrier refusing to speak to me] as well as the recorded audio I have of this call. FOURTH - The sole reason I made a trip to your dealership is to cancel the outrageous $1500 GAP policy your dealership sold my brother because Mr. Shepherd continued to be unavailable and Mr. Ferrier refused to take my phone call. Upon arrival, I not only presented the Power of Attorney document, appointing me as my brother's agent-in-fact, to one individual in the finance dept, I presented it to TWO individuals in Earnhardt of Chandler's finance dept! First to Gabriel Salazer and second to Alex Aaslid. When Mr. Aaslid walked into Mr. Salazer's office to speak to me prior to me giving him the POA the very first words out of his mouth were a sarcastic "Nice review you wrote". Moreover, Mr. Aaslid in fact acknowledged my POA document and said verbatim "I don't need that" and pushed it back across Mr. Salazer's desk towards me. This can be corroborated by the security cameras inside the dealership which will demonstrate Mr. Aaslid did exactly what I've explained. FIFTH- My brother and I BOTH spoke to Chris Westermann on Saturday 8/23/2025 at 4:42PM for a total of 6min 23 seconds. As previously stated, Chris was asked TWICE why financing was shopped around when my brother had already secured financing with his credit union and had the pre-approval letter in his possession. Both times Chris stated verbatim "We did send it to his credit union, and he was denied for Low Fico". This can be corroborated by my brother and the recorded audio I have of this call. SIXTH - Not only did my brother show his pre-approval letter on his phone to Mr. Ronald Qayumi, the Salesman, Mr. Qayumi then took possession of my brother's phone and physically walked it back to the finance dept and showed Mr. Alex Aaslid, the Finance Director! This is another flat out lie and complete fabrication by this dealership. What took place can be corroborated by my brother and by the dealership's security cameras. LASTLY, on 8/26/2025 my brother refinanced his loan with his credit union where he had been pre-approved all along. A fact that Earnhardt Ford of Chandler took it upon themselves to ignore. His interest rate decreased by almost 8% lowering his monthly payment $160. The GAP policy he added to his new loan was only $649 versus $1500 that he was charged by the Sub- Prime lender Earnhardt Ford of Chandler sent his loan to. Not all consumers are versed with finance and lending. Earnhardt Ford of Chandler took advantage of the wrong person. Little did they know they would be held accountable for their unethical behavior. Apparently, they still have not learned a lesson because the more they talk, they only continue to lie and be dishonest. This is overwhelmingly demonstrated with Mr. Tommy Watson's response to this review. I strongly do not recommend this dealership. read more

This review is a reflection on the Commercial / Fleet Dept.. First, when I entered the location I was not addressed, rather I stood there looking for someone to assist. Finally, after saying. "hello", Jason offered to help. I knew I was in trouble when Jason, eating chips and queso, wrote down my needs on a scrap paper saying. "I'll be sure to have them address your concerns". Wrong! After leaving my car for 2.5 days I returned for pick-up. Again, I walk in, three guys sitting there, no one acknowledged me. Finally, Shane looked my way and I asked for my car. He handed me papers then said, your car will be along the fence right outside the door. After walking along the fence in 108 degree heat, I hit the alarm, locating the car 50 yards away on the other side of the fence. Seat wrapped in plastic and a paper mat on the floor, I started the car. I noticed very quickly the tire sensor light, one of the reasons I brought the car in, was still illuminated. Any mechanic should have seen this too as it's so obvious. Yet, it wasn't addressed. I took the car back to Shane and said what's next? The issue still exists. He apologized and offered for them to address at some point later. Of course, I returned my rental car of 2.5 days and will have to get this fixed by someone other than Earnhardt Ford Commercial /Fleet. No offer of a loaner while they kept the car longer, no offer to fix immediately all while making you look like an idiot standing there waiting for someone to address you. Terrible customer service. My brand new Bronco 2026 broke down today and I haven't even made the first payment mind you, I call and not one person even offered an apology for my situation all they could do was tell me to get it to a dealership and they would have a rental for me so I drove it 25 mph to the closest dealership and of course no rental available so I call back to Earnhardt and Craig tells me there is nothing he can do and gave me the customer care number. After being on hold with them after i walked 2.5 miles in 110 degree weather after working a 10 hour day they say they can't help either!!!!! So here I am in Arizona no car and have to be at work for the next 5 days with no vehicle and my work 32 miles away. We arrived on a Sunday morning and was immediately greeted by our sales guy. He was exactly what I do not like when it comes to a salesman. Typical jokes like the old joke of not giving you, your ID back until a deal is done. I point out obvious flaws in the used car we were looking at and he would come up with an excuse for it. Like "Every car in the valley has rock chips on it" "Oh the car doesn't smell like cigarettes that's just me". Even if we fell in love with the car we drive on Sunday I would never in a million years buy one from Scott. The sales manager was a nice guy and gave us a fair value on our trade but when you are buying from a greasy sales guy it is tough to feel comfortable in the buying process. My husband and i have had the Ford Escape SE 2021 for almost 4 years. The car was great although we went through a tough time with AC Compressor going out on us due to the Phoenix weather. We got it replaced. A couple weeks ago our alternator needed to be replaced. We went to Earnhardt Ford for a diagnosis and a replacement. They helped us and fixed the problem within two days. We also rented a car with enterprise and we were able to drop off the car at the dealership. They were nice to return the car for us. We got our car back and we were relieved. 2 weeks later we were curious on a trade in for the vehicle and put in our information on Earnhardt Ford website for Chandler location. Our car was good for a trade in and we got a text from Ron Q asking us to come in to look at the 2025 Ford Escape and we could be able to trade in our old car. So we went to the dealership. As we pulled in Ron Q greeted us first and we mentioned about the trade in. He asked us if we wanted to take a tour. We test drove the car. It was nice and the new changes on the car were so different than what we had. It had everything we needed. With a new baby on the way, we were happy to find a new car. Ron Q was super understanding of our needs and made sure we chose the right one. We process took some time. He also ordered us food as we waited. He gave us popcorn and water. He kept checking on us and reassuring us about the process. Anna also was helpful. She showed us the Ford Connect, gave us a new plate cover, helped us move our stuff from our old car to the new one. Also gave us nice reusable bags. The whole experience was nice and we felt very happy leaving. We are very proud to be apart of the ford. Recently took my companies fleet vehicle to the I-10 and Ray Road Fleet Service center for a minor warranty repair. Prior to going to the service center I had our in house mechanic trouble shoot the problem so I could hopefully reduce the amount of time the fleet vehicle was out of service. I dropped by on the way home to make an appointment for drop off only to find they don't take appointments. Just leave it and we will get to it when we can is what I was told by Service Advisor J. Stokes. The vehicle issue needed to be looked at by the "trim guy", but Mr. Stokes didn't know when the trim guy would be in, saying it varied. I asked if I could bring it back another day to have the trim guy look at it but was told just leave it. Mr. Stokes clearly had no desire to provide quality customer service and lacked any initiative to solve the problem. Thankfully the Service Manager was more receptive to my concerns and agreed to have the vehicle looked at the next day. Before noon the next day I received a call saying the vehicle was done, ready for pick up and even had recall work completed which I didn't not know needed to be done. Although I live in the East Valley I will no longer take the vehicle to Earnhardt Fleet Services, congrats Sanderson Ford you just earned a new customer. read more

I really don't understand why dealerships continue to play into the stereotype that they all treat customers poorly, especially within the service department. No confirmation of service appointment. When I called to confirm, they acted like I was inconveniencing them by calling, and that I was crazy for asking for confirmation of my appointment. No greeting when I walked in, acted surprised again that a customer had walked in. Specified service and was told they couldn't do the service when I was already there, not before. Told me I had to bring it back in the next day. Cancelled and taking my car in somewhere else and I suggest you do the same. Stay away from this place. When I purchased my car it was missing the second key fob. They told me this when they were delivering the car. I had to pick the car up from Rodeo Ford also owned by Earnhardt and 35 miles from my home. They promised to get me the second key fob. Weeks went by and nothing. I had to hound them for it over 3 months. They refused to send it to me so I could have it programmed at a local Ford dealer claiming it would cost ME $100. I had to go out to Earnhardt and wait over an hour for the key fob to be programmed and the representative was rude. I had a 40 mile round trip to correct their error. They are all over you to make a deal then kick you to the curb after the deal is made. I will NEVER go back to Earnhardt or Rodeo. I made an appointment to have the brakes looked at under warranty. There was some confusion when I made the appointment whether I needed to drop the car off or go to the quicklane. The receptionist transferred me to the quicklane. I made an appointment and my son took the car in to the quicklane. Apparently the brakes were filthy, which caused the squeak. Earnhardt cleaned the brakes, lubricated the tires and did some other minor maintenance and DID NOT charge my son. A few years ago I had a few really poor experiences at Earnhardt Ford. Lots of bad communication, work not completed properly and lack of solutions. At the time I received a survey and left feedback appropriate with the service I received. About a week ago I called for an estimate on tires and was advised that I would not be serviced at their location. I reached out to both Tommy Watson, their Customer Relations Manager and John Nissen to find out that because of my low survey responses, they have made a "business decision" to not service me. Most companies use surveys to improve their product, get better at what they do so clients choose them over competitors. Instead, Earnhardt Ford will ban you if they don't like your survey responses.
