They provided me with the information that I needed over chat. Marshall Keller worked on getting me a good price over the phone the following day. Then my aunt and uncle provided me with the details of their deal. Marshall called me during the week to set up a time for me to come in. I told him that I wanted the next model up and about my aunt and uncle's deal. I told him who it was that they bought it from and said that I probably should be dealing with that salesman. Marshall wanted the spelling of my uncle's name and said that he would get the paperwork. When I came in that weekend, Marshall was no where to be found. The girls at the desk said that Marshall left on his bike. I thought that it was rude that Marshall had not called me to cancel the appt., but it was not a big deal. I asked to speak with Jason James, who my uncle told me to deal with, but he was busy, so Eli took over. Eli needed my uncle's number to look him up in their system. It did not pull up the 2015 Toyota Corolla LE Eco that he bought 6 months ago. It did pull up the Highlander that he bought 5 years ago. Very fishy. I needed to find documentation of the deal that my aunt and uncle got. I guess that it was just such a good deal that this dealership had to cover it up. I gave Eli my aunt's number and it did not come up. Marshall Keller told me that he would get the paperwork pulled up and he was not there. I gave Eli my aunt's husband's number and the records for the Corolla were somewhat found. It said (duplicate lead). Anything about the price that they paid for the car was gone. Eli seemed confused about what he was seeing in the computer system and excused himself to go speak to a manager. Eli then came back and told me that sometimes they purge their records. My aunt's brother (my uncle) just bought the car 6 months ago and the dealership purged the records when I specifically asked Marshall Keller to pull them up??? And then Marshall leaves for the day without telling me? Eli explained that they priced the cars to sell back in January, but things have changed now because of management. I asked when management changed and he said--a month ago. Eli took me for a test drive. He was nice, but didn't seem to know much about the car. He wasn't really telling me much of anything about it. My uncle got on the phone with Eli and sent him photos and a video of the paperwork with the price that he paid for the car. This dealership went into cover-up mode when I asked for the deal that my aunt and uncle got. When I left, I asked the girls at the front desk, again, as to what happened to Marshall Keller. They told me that he got to leave because he rode his motorcycle to work and they didn't want him to get caught up in the rain storm. It sprinkled a bit that evening, but I think these girls were covering for him. This dealership was not going to let me have the deal that my aunt and uncle got and they practically DELETED MY UNCLE'S RECORDS from their system. I was really in disbelief about all of this because I had read their amazing yelp reviews and was expecting a good experience. I will say that they didn't treat me poorly like the manager at the dealership in Chandler. You can go to their page to read what I wrote about Rusty. I will most likely buy a Honda because of these of these two bad experiences at Toyota dealerships. read more

The level of service we have received from start to finish ( still isn't resolved, so unfinished, I should say) has been the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I have been dealing with numerous employees who have all promised me resolution, only to find myself with no answers or resolutions to any of the problems we have had. Between an employee selling us a warranty our car didn't even qualify for, employees promising to take care of the problems only to find out weeks later they no longer work there, to being told the vehicle would be ready for pickup and never was ready when they said it would be or services completed that were supposed to be. First we paid for a warranty that our vehicle didn't even qualify for, only to find this out when less than a month after purchasing the vehicle we had our first of many issues and had to have something fixed. They never contacted us to say it didn't qualify, they simply kept our money and hoped we would never have to use it. We were told we didn't even have a warranty even though we paid almost 2800.00 out of pocket for one. We had to go into the finance department once again to dispute this and were told they were very sorry that someone messed up and sold us a bad warranty. At this time they gave us another warranty that was comparable to the one we had originally purchased. Then a few weeks later another thing broke on vehicle and we took it in. Again we were told it wasn't covered bc we didn't have a warranty. We were sent to speak with someone again to rectify to issue. A month or so later another thing broke on the car and the same thing happened. Needless to say this went on for months and months always leading to us having to argue with the dealership to cover what was broken on "the lemon" vehicle they sold us. After about two years and countless issues and being promised this would never happen again, we decided enough was enough and bought a new vehicle for twice the price at a dealership that treated us great and knows how to take car of their customers. We were told that since we had so many issues over the past two years with warranty issues and Toyotas employees lack of concern or ability to fix any of the problems that we would be getting a partial refund for the warranty that went unused. We were promised this back in April of 2017. It is now almost August 2017 and I have left two messages with Chris who is supposedly the finance manager and never a call back. I did get him on the phone the other day and he said he was busy with other customers and would call me back in 20 minutes. Its been three days and no call back. I have resorted to calling the warranty company who says they see where they have completed everything on their end and shocking, they are still waiting on tempe Toyota to do their part. This has been an absolute nightmare and not that anyone from that place cares but we have purchased over 8 vehicles from them and will NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!! The only thing that makes me happy is knowing I have told everyone who will listen my story regarding all the heartache and headaches they have caused and know that at least three of our family members and friends have bought elsewhere bc of it. So thank you for nothing Tempe Toyota. You are truly and embarrassment. read more

Warning!! Be aware! Avoid this dealership! They are a bunch of thugs and crocks. Here's the story. Sale didn't go through, I also told them I was not interested in buying a car. Yet, Those people threatened me that they were going to cash my check for down payment. The $20,000 used car I was not qualified to purchase at the point. They even voided my check and gave it back to me. A few days later they told me they said they could sell the car on the phone (shady as hell). I declined and told them I no longer interested in purchasing from them. It was very strange because their reason why all the sudden i was able to purchase the car after they clearly told me twice that they couldn't sell it to me. At the point, I was so suspicious with their business, no longer wanted anything to do with them. You won't believe what happened after this....not only the Sales never happened, the car never left the dealership's property either. They had the car the whole time. Yet they still "threatened" me that my sale was official and they were going to cash the $4000 voided check without giving me the car! They said they have my bank info, therefore they can get my money w/o actually selling the car. That's a criminal act! ******************* This is the copy of the message I received from the sales person of Auto Nation Toyota of Tempe: "Your check gets deposited electronically. We give the original back with "void" written on the check. Attached is a copy of the check being electronically run through your bank. " ******************* I am planning to report to Toyota Manufacturing as I used to work in the group company. I hope someone from the Corporate see this review and flag the dealership also. After working with Inside Toyota Motor Company corporate people, I do know that Toyota keeps eye on anyone who is involved in their business, any type of business practice even down to small dealership level. They do not want to let such bad corrupted dealership tarnish their good Toyota value. Again, This dealership should not be in business. I want to warn anyone who's interested in purchasing a car to stay away from Auto Nation Toyota unless you want to give away thousands of dollars to those crocks without actually getting a car! "Andy Tena" was the name of Sales person who kept threatened me by text messages like a psycho stalker thug. They never admits such business is illegal or never sent me and my company any apologies, not even from the managers or owner. Must stay away from the group of thugs at any cost! *****Update***** I found out that they "FORGED" my signature on the document that authorizing themselves to withdraw thousands of dollars from my bank account! The fraud Section of my bank stopped them from stealing my money and reversed the transaction. I am in the process file a report with the law enforcement. My bank has been investigating this also. They had the car classified running this whole time. AutoNation Toyota Tempe people are real criminals! read more

TL;DR Version: Get off of your couch, get your buns down to AutoNation Toyota Tempe, and buy a car from Cody Morrison NOW. Short Story Version: I went here yesterday to look for a new car after my trusty '98 Toyota Camry finally kicked the bucket. Originally, the plan was to look at several different dealerships for several different makes/models of cars. I had never personally bought a car from a dealership before, but I had tagged along with friends and family in the past (completely different locations than this dealership) on their quests for a new set of wheels before, and I was very familiar with the BS salesperson attitude where they make all sorts of false promises through a crap-eating grin just to get the sale from you, so the idea of actually going to a dealership to purchase a car for myself had me a little anxious about ending up in a position that screwed me. However, when we got there, we were greeted by Cody Morrison who asked us what we were looking for, then immediately took us where we needed to go. He asked questions about what we were looking for in a car, rather than trying to sell us on something that we didn't need or want. On top of his attentiveness to what our needs were, he was very personable and down-to-earth. Cody never made us feel pressured to buy anything and talking to him was like talking to a real person and not some stupid sales catalog or someone who only wanted our money. I test drove a car that I really liked and they worked hard to come up with a figure that we were happy with. I was so pleased with the service and honesty of everyone who played a part in the sale and the numbers they were able to provide, that I decided that rather than going to any other dealerships to try out any other cars, AutoNation Toyota Tempe would be the one to get my business. We went on one of their busiest days, so we were there for quite some time while they were working on getting us ready to go with keys in hand, but I really didn't even mind so much because even after we had agreed to take the offer, Cody stuck by us, not only answering any questions that we had, but having regular conversation with us almost like we were friends. He kept us entertained while we waited. It was all very laid back and stress free and, for someone who has anxiety issues like myself, that's something that is worthy of the highest praises. My experience with AutoNation Toyota and with Cody Morrison FAR exceeded any expectation I could have ever hoped to have in a car dealership or any sales person, and I would recommend both to anyone looking for a car. Thank you so much for a service well provided! read more

I wanted to get another Avalon lease (my 4th) and I specified my exact requirements and put my request out to bid through Edmunds. Jon at Autonation Toyota answered by email (and did not barge down my door with an immediate phone call.) His was easily the best bid and once I confirmed he had my vehicle in stock, I quickly committed to an appointment and the lease. Other bidders were quick to ask what the bid was so they could see if they could beat it. Frankly, if they were going to beat it, I expected them to play straight with me from the start. Jon gave me a better price than I asked for without playing any games. I wanted to spend as little time in the dealership as possible and Jon accommodated me. Due to life, I had to change my appointment time three times and each time Jon was accommodating and respectful. He did have only a few papers for me to fill out. I then sat with a finance person who only asked me about one option which I had on my prior lease and she was very good at explaining how it would affect my lease payments. No hard sell or surprises. Amy, the Internet Sales director introduced herself to me and made sure I was pleased with my lease experience. I walked in, dropped off my old lease and drove off in under an hour. Sweet! Throughout Jon was helpful, low key, pleasant and service oriented. He even offered for me to keep my old license plate. NOW: here's the coda. I surprised my wife with the new lease. She is the primary driver of the car and hated the interior color scheme (chocolate brown, black and tan interior). So, I called Jon and asked what my options were. Jon in his unflappable manner said he would check into that with his managers and get back to me. In fifteen minutes, Amy called and reviewed what I could do and what was not possible. Again, she was very pleasant and helpful. About fifteen minutes later she called back with another option: the three parts that were chocolate brown might be recovered in an acceptable color by a custom leather shop they worked with. We are in the process of working through the details but that looks like it might be a viable option. All this on the last day of the month when they were scrambling to make end of month closings. Put me down as impressed. I had a great experience and actually drove past two other Toyota dealerships to get to theirs and I'm glad I did. I would recommend them in a flash. Five stars. read more

Autonation Toyota Customer Service is the Worst! I had my Toyota taken there. It needed a new starter. Went to pick it up, paid. Waited and waited. And was told, "your car won't start."! I asked for my money back but the cashier refused a refund. I asked for a ride home, but the cashier who handles the shuttle said that no one was available and that I'd have to make my own arrangements. The only option was to rent a car! When I get back there the next day to get my car which now is apparently fixed, instead of an apology, I'm presented with an additional bill!! When I asked why? I was taken to the service director to get an explanation and decide to just pay it and never go back there - when he tells me I can't pay it with the cashier because I frightened her the day before. I was frustrated and confused. I decided I wanted to clear it up and apologize- but then was threatened by the service director (BRANDON REED) that he'd call the police. It is unconstitutional that I, an American citizen, have been aggressively mistreated with verbal abuse and racial profiling. It is inadmissible. The cars made by Toyota are good, however the customer service against me as a Toyota customer provided by some staff, especially BRANDON REED, the service director at Autonation Tempe Toyota, was lousy, abusive, mediocre, unprofessional, offensive, threatening, discriminatory, aggressive, disrespectful, insulting, humiliating, degrading, and unacceptable. It is very sad and lamentable that a well-known multinational company as Toyota, hires such low professional level employees as BRANDON REED. He does not any right to mistreat me, insult me, threaten me, disrespect me, and humiliate me, as a customer. AutoNation Toyota needs to provide more and better training for the customer service staff, in order to teach them to be helpful, attentive, professional, respectful, nondiscriminatory, and to take the needs of the customary, no matter their color or accent more to heart. I guess that's how Toyota treats, disrespects, and discriminates a client who feels he wasn't provided appropriate auto or customer service. Just another verbal abuse and racial profiling discrimination case in Autonation Toyota Tempe, brought to you by TOYOTA!!! and its Service Director Representative BRANDON REED!!!! Without any doubt Autonation Toyota Tempe provides the worst customer service in Arizona. read more

Looking for a newer vehicle, found low mileage 2017 Toyota 4Runner listed online at Tempe AutoNation. Decided to see if all the pictures shown on the site were actual represetations of the vehicle. Because we knew exactly what we were looking for, we were happy to be greeted by Dale Ballard who immediately had the vehicle brought forward for our inspection. The vehicle was exactly as it was shown down to a small dent I could see in the rear door; not deep, no paint missing, very minor and barely visable...unless you are me looking for any issue; e.g., scratches, paint chips, tears, dents etc. Dale was friendly And not pushy. I did happen to find a small problem and Dale promised to get it repaired if we decided on the vehicle. Because this was a "Certified" Toyota I had no qualms and decided on this one. Mileage was right, vehicle was beautiful and price was representative of what I had seen across the U.S. for this make/model/year and mileage. We were told the business was having some problems with their computer connectivity so Dale entertained us with some card tricks while we waited. It was half an hour wait but with Dale's entertaining distraction it seemed like 10 minutes. Dustin Ainann (Finance) was assigned to draw up the contract and get financing but we walked in with what we thought was great financing from our credit union. Dustin told us he was going to get us an Excellent interest rate and he absolutely got us an Excellent rate! We found the facility comfortable and everyone who approached us friendly and definitely Not pushy. I think this is due to their "No Haggling" policy. The price on the sticker is what the vehicle is. The vehicles have been inspected and detailed before they are put out for sale and I believe the buyers for these vehicles are very selective on the vehicles they bring in. This helps to maintain a high standard for the company. We would definitely return to AutoNation Toyota in Tempe if we needed another vehicle. And I highly recommend anyone needing a newer used vehicle (afterall, why pay all those new car taxes and registration fees if you can get an almost new with low miles) to take a ride out to Tempe AutoNation Toyota and check out their inventory. read more

We had been shopping for months trying to decide among a Kia Sorento, a Mazda CX-9, and a Hyundai Santa Fe. The last car we considered was the 2014 Toyota Highlander. After much deliberation and test driving, Autonation Toyota in Tempe won by a long shot. They were, by far, the most informative and accommodating of all of the dealerships we visited. We did the True Car buying process and had all of the Toyota dealers in the "Valley of the Sun" competing for our business as well as three Toyota dealers in Las Vegas. Jason was the first to greet us the first time we visited the dealership. We were interested in using the internet sales group. This is when Laurence got involved and he made the entire process so simple. From the first e-mail and phone call to Laurence, everything has been handled in an unbelievably good fashion and true professionalism. We have purchased a lot of cars over the years and the only purchase experience that comes close was when we purchased a Mercedes in California. The treatment we received from Laurence far exceeded that experience. We felt so welcome every time we visited the dealership and there was absolutely no pressure. We special ordered the Highlander Limited on a handshake. We loved this! This is what brings the fun into the car buying process. We had several "special circumstances" and Laurence handled all of them quickly and professionally. We actually almost felt as though we were being a pain in his side. All he kept saying is, "We're here to help." Even the people in the finance department made this easier than we've ever experienced. This is absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had and when it's time to replace our 2004 Solara, there will be no need to shop - we will go straight to Autonation Toyota in Tempe. The night we took delivery of the Highlander, Laurence and Jason stayed overtime to meet us and personally showed us all of the features and uses of some amazing technology. Our thanks to the entire staff and especially to Laurence, Kirby, Jason, and Tom. read more

Thanks for not wanting our business Autonation! I went in with my son for him to purchase a car from your dealership this past weekend. You gave him a written document to trade in his car for a 2019 Avalon. Pricing wasn't exactly what he wanted but he decided he still wanted the car. He told you he would be back on Friday(the next day) after he cleaned out his car and looked over the documents. Early Friday morning the sales guy started texting him asking him if he would be coming in that day to sign the papers. He said yes he would be in later in the evening. They said they wanted to get the car ready for him since he didn't want the aftermarket wheels that were on the car and it needed to be detailed. (Both were not done, car had never been moved). After several texts during the day around 4pm the salesman sends him a msg saying oh hey by the way we made a mistake on the discounts we gave you and we can't honor those prices. What?!! It's in writing, but they want to say oh no we made a mistake and we're going to lose a couple thousand dollars. But hey if you take those aftermarket wheels that are on the car we'll do it. Hahaha right, well they can't find the stock wheels. But he didn't want the wheels and wasn't going to pay the $2500 for them. So he goes down to the dealership with his friend who also wants to buy a Toyota, and sits there for a few hours while they (the managers) are deciding what to do. The manager finally comes over and says well if you had taken the deal last night you could've had that deal but today its too late! So him and his friend left. Best thing he did! They went to Earnhardt Toyota on Saturday my son got the same car he was looking for in a nicer color, they honored the prices that Autonation wouldn't, and actually gave him more for his trade and he got a better interest rate!!!! Earnhardt's people were super friendly and Autonation lost out on 2 sales!!!! read more

Michael Farrell at Toyota Autonation Tempe AZ was an amazing salesperson. He was very honest, followed through very well without putting any pressure, was very respectful, extremely professional, and did not resort to any up-selling or bait and switch tactics. Michael Farrell responded to my e-mails within the hour and sometimes almost immediately. I do not like to go to the dealership unless the price has been firmed up. This has been my 5th new car purchase and by far the best salesperson I have met. Michael is very knowledgeable about the product and I think he should be called a "Customer Service Vehicle Purchase Consultant" rather than a sales person. And that is a compliment. I started with trying to by a corolla but with the specific needs I had ended up buying a Camry SE. Too often I have met pushy non follow through salespersons, and Michael Farrell was breath of fresh air. I wish Michael Farrell the very best in his career, and if I have to buy another car I will call him up. I used the Costco Auto Program and Michael Farrell was an amazing salesperson. He was very honest, followed through very well and did not resort to any up-selling or bait and switch tactics. The price remained the same and during the purchase phase signing of papers, Michael pointed out the price to make sure I recognized that nothing had changed. In fact with the trade in the price dropped including the taxes owed. Which was a pleasant surprise. The business finance person doing the paper work was one of the most friendly and honest person I have met. Normally these people are aggressive in trying to up sell financial products like insurance etc. This individual and I apologize I am drawing a blank about his name, was very knowledgeable and I was able to buy the total cost of ownership (without the gas off course) i.e. maintenance plans and extended warranties for peace of mind. read more

I don't know why they make it this way, but buying a car is one of the most inconvenient and painful processes for a consumer. Dealers still use 30 year old tactics and insist on doing the same ritual which often takes hours. I am not trying to get the last penny on the table, I just don't want to find out I paid thousands more than I need to. But I was pleasantly surprised by Auto Nation when I priced a new Toyota Avalon. Maybe it was just a lucky draw of the sales pool, or maybe they really have altered the paradigm. I priced the vehicle with 4 dealers in the valley via email. I made it clear that I wanted the best price they would be comfortable with out the door since I don't haggle. One didn't respond, one gave a price but did not include any detail about what other fees or "dealer options" were included and one gave me what amounted to the published MSRP. One indicated they could do better on price if I came in to visit, which is what I wanted to avoid. Derrick from Auto Nation was the only one that gave me a true out the door price, included a pricing sheet and made it clear that the dealer add-ons were purely options I could choose or not choose. I visited them to test drive the car and decided to purchase it based on their price. I spent less time to test drive, go through the paper work and financing than I have had to spend at any other dealer when I bought a car in the past. Of course we all know the dealer ritual is to get you in a room, haggle and perform the "I need to check with my manager" ritual. This was a good experience. I have not had service there yet, so don't know how that will go. But if they use the same philosophy in the service are that they do for sales I might start using the dealer for service again. read more

I recently leased a '14 scion tc from this place. When I arrived here, I was immediately greeted by Gregg, who ultimately became my dealer throughout the whole experience. He was very knowledgeable about the car and only showed me what I was interested. Originally, my intent was to leave the lot with a purchased tC, but it couldn't be done. I understand that dealers want to make a commission and the lot wants to get rid of the car at top dollar. What I wish they would understand is while they are making a sale, I'm the one leaving with a car payment. No matter how I was spinning it, the dealer could not get the price to budge. After a few hours of negotiating, I was calling it quits and about to leave, that was until his sales manager came and took me right back. He was friendly but very pushy (in professional way) about me leaving with the TC that day. He finally sold me on the idea of leasing the TC for a few years and then buying it at residual value. He said I would be saving a lot of money going this route. I trusted them, and it sounded really good and I was too excited not to say no. After reviewing all the paperwork and adding up the figures, I'll actually be paying more than the selling price. I left that day in a brand new blue '14 Scion 'tC. I just wish that they would have put my best interest in mind instead of being just another sale. Regardless, I love the car, the dealer (Gregg) was very professional (I recommend him), the lot has tons of choices to choose from, the service department is amazing, but just beware of the sales tactics. Don't be afraid to just say no and walk out if the price is not right. read more

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SALES AND FINANCE (wish other reviewers would make this clear) I definitely recommend this dealership. I prefer to do business at first through email and then come in later. I'm sure it's not most sales person's preference but that's the future. People shop online. Jon Mefford was extremely patient with me and put up with multiple emails. He never once hassled me about just coming in or any kind of pressure to purchase. I'm not overly fond of the no haggling Scion policy, but supposedly that's a Scion thing and not a dealership policy. However, with that said they had the lowest advertised price for my car anywhere in the valley, which is what eventually brought me into this dealership. The purchase of the car was painless since there really wasn't anything to haggle about. Perhaps I could have pushed them harder for something, but I got the feeling they're pretty strict on their Scion policy. YMMV The finance department only tried to upsell me once but didn't belabor the issue, which was a nice change of pace from many others I've been to. In addition, I also found the fees at this dealership to be one of the lowest around. They do pre-tint their vehicles, all AZ dealerships do, so you should expect to have an additional $399 on your bill for that, but no other strange fees common to other placed I've worked with (like window anti-theft etching, etc). I'd prefer if they'd let the customer decide any additional options, but I've never been to a dealership in AZ that didn't charge AT LEAST for tint. I recommend asking for Jon when you contact this dealership, he will take care of you. read more

My best car buying experiences have been with Autonation Toyota Tempe. I used the internet sales dept. both times. The first was buying a new corolla for my son in 2012. Shopped the internet and Derrick Gay gave me the best quotes and had a great slection of cars to pick from. I spoke to Derrick on the phone to confirm the price quote and that there would be no suprises such as add ons like paint protector, alarms, fabric protector, high priced window tint, etc. when I came in to the dealership. When I met with him it was just as he said. He was straightforward and I got the impression of honesty and trustworthiness throughout the process. The buying went smooth with no unexpected surprises or pricing changes. I decided then I would definitely contact him when shopping for my next purchase. So when shopping for a new car in Dec.2013, via internet depts. Tempe Toyota had good prices again compared to other toyota dealers and I decided to visit Derrick first based on his price quotes and his patience & professional demeanor. The buying process went well again and my wife and I never felt uncomfortable, rushed, or concerned we would be subjected to tricky sales tactics we had seen at other dealers in years past. I found a significant scratch prior to delivery on the tailgate of the new highlander we picked and Tempe Toyota made good on scheduling and repainting within the first two weeks we had the vehicle. I spoke with John Stanley the general manager of the dealership while working on the purchase and he impressed me as the kind of person who will do the right thing if you bring him an issue. read more

Who knew buying a car could be so pain-free! The team at AutoNation Toyota Tempe is amazing! I found a car on CarFax, sent an email that I wanted to look at it. The next day I got a call from Kim Franklin, Internet Sales Manager. She knew I was serious about the car so she reserved the car for me until I could get to the dealership. While test driving the car I heard a loud squeak coming from the passenger back door. I told her I loved the car but could not stand that noise. She told me she would have her manager, Mike Farrell, Director Fleet Sales, test drive it and they would get back to me. That same day, I got an email from Mike saying that he would take the car to his shop manager and have him personally look at & fix the noise. Kim kept in constant contact with, even on her days off. She was able to reserve the car for me until I could get back to Tempe which was not until the next Saturday! I showed up to test drive a squeak free car! She promised she would get the noise fixed and she delivered on that promise. She also made sure to set me up with a finance person that would work with my budget. Brody Longo, CFS Manager not only worked with my budget, but he was also able to provide me with an extended warranty that fit within that budget too! I am now the proud owner of an amazing car, thanks to Kim, Mike & Brody! I will be sure to tell everyone I know where to go when they want to buy a new or used car and the "team" of people that need to ask for by name! Best car buying experience, EVER! read more
