The quality of their ingredients is good - probably the best I've found in the Eugene/Springfield area. They have a bright, rustic interior with high ceilings, a variety of indoor/outdoor seating, and surrounded by a few local businesses (spice & tea, antique, plant stores). Not only did we use Yelp but we backed up our decision with a google search and that took us to Reddit. Equiano was a top suggestion on both sites. And we understand why. The service was 100% top notch. Helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable, not only about what they offered but about the regions best shops! The coffee itself was very expressive. The Camaroon was totally my style with an earthier tone and the Chai was delightful. The outdoor seating was so very comfortable with a unique sort of panache that I would love to have at my neighborhood coffeeshop. The raked gravel was a nice touch.
