This kiosk is easy to find in Ray's parking lot. There is easy access on both sides of the drive up. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I really like this particular coffee they used for my breve, rich but not too strong. A decent coffee stop due to the milder coffee. read more

Stopped in the other day for a pick me up late in the day. I had a migraine creeping up, so I needed the caffeine. I went with a blended Carmel mocha. After ordering, I realized I could have ordered a real ice cream mocha milk shake. Will have to get one of those another time. Service was top notch, and my drink was delicious. They use the real caramel, and it was so full of flavor. It also helped my migraine that was trying to creep up on me. It is nice to know they have good drinks, because I do often frequent DB in town. I will definitely be stopping by a little more often. read more

Just went there this morning and ordered a iced latte with carmel and hazelnut and a kids hot chocolate. I was asked if I wanted a jacket for them and I said I only had the one hot drink and the gal there said "No, you didn't tell me the latte was iced." So ok. I don't like hot coffee so I always make sure to say iced. If I could give zero I would! The girl was rude to start off with. Ordered two drinks both were suppose to be hot. They were cold no flavor a Mexican mocha and a white choco mocha no flavor. It's rainy we wanted a hot drink. Then I order a muffin it's solid frozen! Good OLD frozen Costco muffin. I'm really angry. This is hands down the best coffee place in this area. Wonderful service from the employees. They seem to have a good attitude and they are very polite and respectful. They are eager to please their customers. This morning I had to wait just a few extra minutes to get my coffee and because of that they gave it to me for free! They are so kind and accommodating . Also, the espresso milkshakes they serve should be outlawed because they are extremely addictive and I've spent way too much money on them. Anything that dangerously delicious should be a crime. Friendly people are always there, they make great coffees (mocha milkshake is amazing wonderful) and have great snacks (only place west of Eugene who sells Sugar Shack treats). Many coffee places either make their lattes with scalded milk, ruining the foam & too hot to drink, or the coffee tastes burnt. Hillbilly's is the best! read more

I think they're awesome! I see these reviews about watery drinks and rude attitude and I think these people are full of crap! The drinks are quality the girls are wonderful! I always get a 24 ounce iced coffee with lots of oat milk and it was perfect I can taste the coffee through the milk and it's got richness but no bitterness! As for people complaining that they're slow well duh they are making each drink from scratch...Not pre-mixed crap like they have at Starbutts. Drive thru on our way to Eugene today to get a caffeine fix, I was also hungry. My bagel was pretty good, but oh my lord the coffee was HORRIBLE. I asked for a Dirty Chai Latte with Soy, and it's so watery! I don't feel like there's any soymilk or coffee in it, it isn't frothy like a LATTE should be!! It's like a cinnamon water that's bitter. My boyfriend and his mother got White Chocolate mochas, my boyfriend's with an added flavor (you couldn't tell the difference between them) and theirs was watery too! Overall, super disappointed. I can't even count how frequently that I've bought coffee (and left good tips) at Hillbilly Brews. Today my wife and I pulled into the drive-through to buy a coffee and I asked to use the porta-john on their property. The barista curtly informed me that the john is only for employees. Well Hillbilly Brews, you can choose to let whoever you want go into your toilet. And I choose not to do business with you due to your extremely poor customer service. read more

The coffee was good, but... Do not give them your debit/credit card. We did and they charged us twice, once on the day we were there and once the next day, We live 100 miles away so I am sure we were not there for the second charge. Our family has been coming here for years. Usually good service and coffee with only minor complaints. Today the young woman working the Hwy. 126 store at 2pm was so rude and unprofessional, it was shocking. I won't be returning if she's there. Great staff and coffee! I routinely hit the one in Veneta, on the east side of Territorial. The owner works that location a few days per week and may just make to best mochas of the lot.
