The store was quiet and only one other customer was seated at a table on their laptop. The staff came to the counter and helped us immediately. I got a plain bagel sandwich with turkey, cheddar, and egg. My friend got the California bagel sandwich. We both enjoyed our food! The egg tasted premade and the turkey tasted a little cheap, but it hit the spot and was pretty much what I was craving this morning. I wish I had ordered a drink because some of the specials looked good, but I didn't look until it was too late. The staff were friendly and attentive. They worked quickly and chatted while they prepped our food without getting distracted. The restaurant was clean and pretty cute. There's a decent amount of parking since this place is in a shopping center, but the parking lot is horrible to get out of on weekends since it's such a busy area. I will probably be back in the future! Hopefully I'll order a special so I can try their drinks next time too.

She's a local and has worked at some of the best coffee shops in Eugene, and you can tell. She knows her craft always great service. The coffee art is always on point, and the service is consistently great. I actually check to see when she's working because I know it'll be dialed in. I'm vegan and there are plenty of options, which I appreciate. I had the Lovely Bowl this time -- fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling heavy. Their juices are amazing too. Everything tastes clean and fresh. Kudos to the kitchen for how efficient they are -- food comes out quick and well done every time. I've had both breakfast and lunch here and it's all been solid. Sat outside with my dog, who loves hanging out and chilling while I drink my coffee. It's a clean, relaxed space and just easy to enjoy. What a lovely place. I asked if the butterscotch syrup was vegan. The women looked at it for a sec and then confidently said yes, which I thought was odd because it appeared to be Torani and I know the ingredient list says stuff like "natural flavors" which means you would have to email the company to find out. Anyway, I decided to order the drink since the syrup was vegan and saw they had alternative milks (specific options weren't listed). I was never sure if this drink was supposed to have milk though and she didn't asked so I assumed it didn't. The drink was tasty, but then I stared to feel not great and had a stomach ache. This was very unusual for me since I have a strong stomach. I've been vegan 10y so it is very likely I am lactose intolerant. I thought back in my memory and did think I remembered the drink being a little white, but I thought since it was so obvious I was vegan that hopefully she used plant milk. I decided to contact themt to be saafe. Website link doesn't work, phone doesn't work.... so I sent them a message on Facebook. They opened it later that day and IGNORED me. I am very upset about this as that is horrible customer service and this could be a serious issue if I were allergic to dairy and they used cow milk. TL;DR: My main issues are: 1. Likely used cow milk when it was clear I was vegan. I am suspicious since she did not ask about plant milk preference. I felt sick after drinking it. 2. Ignored a message from a concerned customer who might be having a medical issue after consuming one of their products.

Ordered a Nutella crème mocha and lox toast. Fabulous combination of flavors for both items. Will definitely make this my go to cafe for future stops in Eugene!
