I have been trying to go to all Local coffee stands and tried this one out today and was pleasantly surprised! The Barista was sooo polite and friendly, nicest one I have seen in a long time! The salted caramel cappuccino is delicious!! It's perfect! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for atmosphere is the outside of the coffee stand could use a facelift. Well I'll start out with how amazing the drinks are here!!! Every time I drive into town from Oakridge I have to stop!!! However, the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Unless you have the lady that works mornings during the week with longer brownish hair. But if you see a White Jetta do not I repeat do not go there!! She is horrible at making the drinks and is so rude!!! And makes the drinks half-assed and wrong unless you tip her! My drink today was pure ice!!! I ordered a BLENDED white chocolate milkshake! So disappointed. This is the second lady that sucks and is rude! This is my 4th time going there and not only my drinks are wrong but my wife's! Love the coffee and three girls that work in the mornings, always polite, fast and even remember my order! *However, the weekend girl NEEDS TO GO! She's not polite, or fast, I wait twice as long for a latte then the other week day girls (including the new girl!), she makes my order wrong 50% of the time (iced 20 oz hazelnut vanilla latte w/ whip cream), she also charges my more then anyone else... I love the coffee here. I think they make the best blended drinks around. However, the price of my order is different literally every single time. I get a blended mocha, sometimes 2, once in a blue moon I may add an extra shot to it. The base price of it, which is what I order 99% of the time, should be (for the 24 oz) 4.25 ( I usually buy the 16 oz but I cannot remember off the top of my head what it should be). However I am always charged anywhere from $4-$5, usually ending up paying more than what the board says. Every single time I check to see if there is an added charge for blended drinks, and I can never find one so I don't know what is going on. There is also at least 1 barista I think that just assumes I mean a mocha milkshake and makes that without clarifying with me, because that is definitely not what I am wanting. I also once bought 2 of them and requested an extra shot in each, and I was charged for 4 total shots... So yeah, great coffee, but I think the baristas need a lot more training in understanding the board/prices/clarifying with customers read more

For a place that advertises mocha milkshakes on the side of their building like it's a specialty of theirs, I was expecting it to at least be decent. I had to actually ask the barista if they used ice cream in it because for one, I did not see either of them put ice cream in it, and it had the texture of just a regular blended coffee drink made with just ice. You know the kind where you have to wait for it to melt as you drink it otherwise it's just slushy ice. The girl who wasn't making my drink said yes, but I'm positive there is no ice cream in this. Regardless, who in the world puts ice in a milkshake? A milkshake is ALWAYS ice cream, and milk. And a mocha milkshake should be that with the addition of coffee, and should have the creamy thick consistency of ice cream, not that of a slushy. This was a blended mocha, like a rage or Frappuccino at best, which is a far cry from a milkshake. I could tell the flavor WOULD be ok, but it was so diluted and watered down from the amount of ice that it barely tasted of anything. The only mocha "milkshake" I've ever gotten from anywhere that was made with ice, and it is my go-to order even when traveling. If you do in fact put ice cream in the milkshakes, it has to be such a small amount and supplemented with ice to save money is my only guess why they would do this. You should HIGHLY consider not taking the cheap way out by charging 6$ for a drink that is 90% frozen water. Customers don't appreciate feeling ripped off. read more
