I love a drink trailer and they seem to be a uniquely Oregon thing, or perhaps I'm visiting the wrong states since I've never seen one elsewhere besides maybe in a couple Northern California. When we got to the front of the line, we still needed a few seconds to decide and the guy let us take our time. Service was super friendly, which I always appreciate. They had some good specials and if I drank coffee I would have wanted probably both of them but especially the huckleberry mocha. My chai latte it was good. It tasted almost like cookie or something but it had some nice spices. I'm not sure if it was an Oregon Chai-type concentrate (it's been a long time since I've used that) or something else but it was yummy to drink. Even though my family has never gotten out to the Thurston area much, I let my sister know that if she is looking for a coffee place and she's in that area she should give this place a try.

I got an iced machta with oat milk and it was great--creamy ane sweet (a tiny bit too sweet for my preference but I still enjoyed it.) The barista was friendly and my drink came out quickly. This place has a large amount of seating (tables and couches), and a decent selection of food and drinks. If you're looking for a funky, laid-backs pot to study or grab a bite, this is a great place.

Ordered a matcha ($5) and half order of sandwich ($8) with ham, fresh mozzarella, arugula, and the secret ingredient: apricot jam. Picked up a banana bc it's just $.50, too. The berry scone was delicious and skillfully baked. What caught my attention was the display of eye-catching tarot cards on sale, along with pieces of Paulo Santo to clear. A selection of unique decks that have been curated by the owner. A 3-card reading is also just $8 by a very gifted and clairvoyant psychic and medium: she's experienced and incredibly clear. Highly recommend getting a read. Tables are filled but the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable to work; there is also a couched sitting area at the other end of the store. They have a wall to celebrate canine friends, too. A clear sense of welcoming and hospitality permeates. Glad for such a community centric corner cafe.

I like that beyond the delicious chocolate flavor, there's a very pronounced coffee taste. Almost as though I chased each sip with a handful of raw beans. I dig that. I've tried any stand I can find now between the coast and bend, and there are some decent cups. But I like the taste and service here best yet. Global delights comes in second.

It's not like going to a bad bar or even restaurant where you still can eat a few hours later. Coffee has a small window and a maximum amount of intake. That being said, this morning we chose wisely. Not only did we use Yelp but we backed up our decision with a google search and that took us to Reddit. Equiano was a top suggestion on both sites. And we understand why. The Camaroon was totally my style with an earthier tone and the Chai was delightful. The outdoor seating was so very comfortable with a unique sort of panache that I would love to have at my neighborhood coffeeshop. The raked gravel was a nice touch.
